The location is perfect, this is just underground station outside the hotel within 5 minutes walk, so convenient for us to walk around in london. However, the room is abit small but its expected since its LONDON righttt
Hotel is across the street from the Underground Station. It's very convenient to get to Heathrow airport by public transportation. The rooms are basic but felt modern. The area around the hotel feels safe. There's not a lot of food options and all restaurants nearby are closed by 10pm.
Had a lovely welcome upon arrival and our room was ready early which was a real bonus. The reception staff were lovely, so helpful and friendly. We decided to use the spa facilities but unfortunaely the swimming pool was closed . We used the sauna and steam room and decided to come back the following morning to use the pool. Unfortunately, the pool was closed again which was really disappointing. Nevertheless, the bedroom was lovely and quiet at night, the breakfast staff were helpful and accomodating and the breakfast options were first class. Overall, a really enjoyable stay and would go back again as it was so convenient for the Battersea area which is so much nicer and pleasant than London
I stayed here for one night payed €128 euro and then upon check in I was notified of a 50£ hold on my card was never mentioned in the booking process but due to be released back into my account. Everywhere you look it’s rated as a 4 star property *********** etc so my hopes where high checking in. staff on the front desk were okay could have been nicer and very bare minimum. It felt like I was staying in student accommodation not a 4 star property pool and amenities very good, but room and service had the level of a 3 star hotel I asked for a room with a high floor and was given floor number 2 I checked in a few hours early and they looked for 25£ for early check in another money racket. Overall of it would have said 3 star apart hotel it would have been perfect but the 4 stars for me gave me higher expectations. for the same price you could get a London hotel for 4 star with better service and rooms like a chain hotel holiday inn, jury’s etc.
In the middle of the night, around 12:30 AM, someone knocked on my door and tried turning the doorknob. They didn't answer when I asked who it was. Then again, around 4 AM, a different person (I think) knocked on the door. I asked who it was and saw a woman standing outside who seemed to be at the wrong door. I'm not sure what happened.
The hotel was conveniently located to meet my partner as she had driven and I had flown into Heathrow.
I had searched for a hotel with parking, Sauna and breakfast! Great I thought when Radisson was in the list of hotels with my criteria, disappointingly I was met with an additional £20 charge for parking my vehicle however my partner who had been at a conference in a nearby hotel had parking included for 24 hours.
It was my sister’s birthday and the service was beautiful, the staff were very attentive and welcoming especially Sahil. We got a complimentary breakfast and a cake for my sister. The hotel room was nice and clean, the pool and jacuzzi was very well maintained and very relaxing. My sister and l enjoyed our stay and we will surely be back. Shoutout to Sahil and team for making it a memorable experience.

Excellent location steps from Gloucester Station and other amenities, The Other House was beautifully appointed and very comfortable for our short stay in London. I loved the decor, the comfortable bedding, underfloor heating in the bathroom and more. A full breakfast was also included and a great start to our full days walking! Will definitely stay again!
The front desk staff were very welcoming and friendly to Asians, and good conversationalists. The hotel is very close to both the train and metro stations. There's a bus stop right outside that goes directly to lively areas like Soho. It's also quite close to Notting Hill. The room was clean and comfortable, and the surrounding residential area was very quiet.
Great stay as expected Heathrow airport, we’ve been here before and chose to stay again travelling with family before the flight. The beds are comfortable, staff were nice. It’s just that the swimming pool was not heated enough (quite cold), steam room lack steam and jacuzzi wasn’t working at the time of our stay. Executive lounge was a good thing to have, really enjoyed the refreshments and evening canapés. Cheers

GGuest UserAmazing location, amazing service. It was my birthday and the room was decorated beautifully with complimentary drink and chocolate. Could not have asked for more. The only negative was the room was extremely hot which made is very uncomfortable to sleep. On the second night spoke to front desk and they advised to turn all air con/heating off and brought us a fan up so the second night slept like a baby in very comfortable beds. The pool area was beautiful but u fortunately we ran out of time but when we have another stay at the beautiful hotel we will certainly visit it.
Ssoph.iasuch a lovely hotel with amazing staff, very helpful and incredibly friendly and welcoming. as goes for cleanliness it was definitely clean however there were just a few areas that needed a little more attention as me and my partner found dirty handprints on the shower screen, a very small stain on the bed after it had been made up by housekeeping as well as hair and markings/dirt left on the side of the bath. These weren’t really massive issues for me and my partner as it wasn’t really that noticeable and can be easily overlooked. We notified the wonderful lady on reception at check out (Rachel) of these issues, not so much as a complaint but just really for next people in our room who could potentially be less understandable. She went to investigate our room personally immediately after we left and apologised profusely as well as offering us to be upgraded to one of their executive suites next time we stayed at no extra cost from the standard room rate as way to apologise. Honestly was so such a wonderful stay though and had the most amazing time and would definitely recommend to other travellers :)
GGuest UserMy main complaint was only booking for one night. A hotel with stunning views, 1000 amenities and amazing service.
Upon arrival I was greeted with great service provided by the staff, who were all very helpful and friendly throughout the stay. On the ground floor you are greeted with amazing art work leading up to the escalators to reception, as well as a modernly designed lobby with plenty of seating and charging ports, and the restaurant/bar just on the left. The hotel was easy to navigate and had around 6 lifts which came very quickly and dropped us off to our 9th floor stop in around 30 seconds. Wow!
We had booked the King’s Suite for our stay which ended up exceeding our expectations - Stunning views from the window which stretches all across the living room, a record player with records provided - perfect for music lovers such as ourselves. Ironing board, A Dyson air-wrap & hair dryer (for the girls) and very artsy decorations overall which match the atmosphere of Shoreditch/Hoxton area. A cocktail making station & coffee machine with coffee pods as-well. We had also received a “milk delivery” at our door with fresh milk which was so lovely.
Spa access is included in the stay, a lovely heated pool which has stunning led lighted walls and calming frequency noises playing - to further play in to the relaxing atmosphere of the spa. Steam room and Sauna were also placed by the end of the spa which was nice. I loved it so much I woke up extra early the morning of check-out just to enjoy it one last time! And started my morning with a peaceful swim. However some people slowly started gathering around to do the same thing as well from around 9am, So I’d recommend the best time to be right after check-in (3-5pm) as it was completely empty and just refreshed. With all the pool towels reset and floor mopped clean.
And a 24-hour gym which I would definitely recommend to go to at night for a late night session, as it was empty and had stunning views of the city. There was a good amount of equipment - at least one or two of each machine & it was quite spacious too so didn’t feel crowded at all. With gym towels & Water cups provided as-well.
I do have a few very minor, nit-picky complaints, to mention. However I would like to say would not at all regard my overall positive experience of my stay and will to return :
From the Cocktail making station - the shaker was completely sealed shut - although it’s an item that’s airtight sealed and needed pressure to open we had tried EVERYTHING - and with so much effort my partner had cut himself trying to open it , also no strainer was provided so we had quite seedy cocktails.
Another minor issue was our milk frother
machine was not cleaned and was still dirty from the previous user, a small and fixable issue but should be pointed out in case someone’s craving a nice cup of coffee and pours milk into a dirty frothier without their knowledge.
And from the spa - the Sauna inhumanely hot - to a level that the stone floor was unable to step onto without slippers and wood seats unable to be sat on for longer than a second, whilst of course it’s a Sauna - the temperature was unbelievably high, at the max of the thermometer the wall. So was unusable for us.
Overall, The hotel was the best place we could’ve chosen for our couples get away staycation. We had enjoyed ourselves too much we ran out of time to visit the art gallery & bar. Guess we just have to rebook again, with a longer stay of course.
WWaseem197After I made booking via trip.com for 8 nights, I sent a request to hotel for two single beds instead of one king double bed in my room and also my room to be facing the river, not the back alley of the hotel. I did not receive any response/reply from the hotel until I arrived at the hotel for check-in. The staff at the check-in desk (Ms. Kalyani) told me that there is no room with two single beds available and the only rooms available are with one king size double bed + the room is facing back alley. She said the rooms facing river will cost more as they are premium rooms and if I want I will have to pay GBP35.00 more per night for 8 nights. She kept insisting that hotel staff replied to me via email/call or message that there is no room with two single beds available and facing river side. I told her several times that I have not received any message or call or email from anyone regarding this. She kept arguing and she was joined by more staff who also kept arguing. I told her that it is not acceptable that after I have made the full payment in advance, now you are telling me that you cannot give me a nice room. If I cancel at the day or check-in at hotel, I loose a significant amount of money. So, I am left with no choice but to accept whatever room is offered to me. After an hour of unreasonable arguments by the hotel staff (mainly Ms. Kalyani), I was shown a decent room facing river with a king size double bed. I specifically requested for two single beds but I was left with no choice but accept it because of the full payment in advance. This is something which trip.com and the hotel management must look into. Because if your hotel has made an agreement with trip.com to accept guests coming via trip.com, then it is the hotel's responsibility to make sure that guests requests are replied/responded on time. You cannot simply blame it on guests and ask them to check with trip.com. You are accepting bookings via several online booking agents including trip.com. It is your responsibility to check and confirm to guests any requests coming through online booking agents. Simply pushing it on guests and asking them to check with trip.com is not acceptable and this must change. In the end, Ms Kalyani (the staff at the check-in counter) stopped arguing and trying to prove her point that they are right. I have stayed in this hotel before for 4 nights and it was a good experience but this time it was not good. Although, Ms Kalyani tried to compensate me with a free breakfast voucher for two, for one day, it was not a good experience overall. The staff on the front desk in day shift and night shift are mostly very arrogant and ill mannered. They are probably paid low wages and no training provided to them to smile and be polite to guests. Mostly the flat face and rude replies with arrogance. I think the hotel management must look into replacing the Managers in day shift and night shift and also the should consider hiring people with good attitude and provide them proper training. This is not a good hotel to stay for long term, I will not recommend to anyone to stay in this hotel more than one day.
GGuest UserI have stayed at the Leonardo Hotel London Tower Bridge on several occasions, and it is by far my favourite within the Leonardo hotel chain. From the moment you enter, you’re welcomed by a beautiful, inviting aroma that immediately sets the tone for a relaxing stay.
The rooms are consistently clean and comfortable, and the staff are friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The amenities are excellent — the pool is maintained at the perfect temperature, making it ideal for unwinding. Breakfast is particularly impressive, offering a wide variety of delicious options to suit all tastes.
The location is also unbeatable, making it a perfect choice whether you’re visiting for business or leisure. I would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying again.
KKimI do like the location although I did need my car or a taxi to go out. I really like being able to wander outside in the lovely grounds from ground floor room.
The lovely wild flower borders to entry's is very inspiring.
Even with a large wedding party it was very quiet at night. That was impressive as there were cars everywhere and still room for my little car.
I could have done with a shower cap as I was soaked in rain shower and normal shower combination. I can't quite see the point of that but if you have the knack of switching them both off I guess it's a thing nowaday.

BBafuluofusijiThe location is fantastic, right next to St. Paul's Cathedral, truly in the heart of the city. The hotel itself is generally good and convenient.
Facilities: The hotel has most of what you'd expect, though the room is a bit small. But that's pretty standard for UK hotels; this king-size room is about 25 square meters. The air conditioning was a little noisy at night, but it didn't really bother me overall.
Ambiance: The atmosphere is nice. They have a rooftop bar on the 7th floor where you can enjoy night views of St. Paul's, but there's a dress code – no casual wear allowed.
RRichardDThe Ned is an excellent hotel in central London. A big eating area in the same building as the hotel. Very nice spa and gym. Rooms a bit small but nice and quiet.
GGuest UserThe initial room assignment was problematic; we were first given the worst room type and only managed to switch to a better one after negotiation. The location, however, was quite good, right next to a subway exit, making transportation very convenient. Our room booking didn't include breakfast, but there's a supermarket nearby where we could easily pick up items like bread, cereal, milk, fruit, and salad in the morning.
