Guest UserThe hotel boasts a strategic location, perfect for classic shopping trips and sightseeing. The rooms are larger than average for London, and the services are good. The building itself is quite old but well-maintained and partially modernized. The tea room and Indian restaurant are excellent. The main drawback, typical for hotels of this kind, is the bathroom – while efficient and clean, it's definitely dated and offers limited amenities.

Guest UserGreat hotel in great location. Really pleased with facilities in the room which was super quiet and really clean with exception of carpet, few bits not hoovered but a minor issue for us. However, please ensure you have either a photo driving licence or passport at check in as we encountered quite an unhelpful lady who insisted that despite showing her the Trip emails and my bank cards said she still didn’t know that I was the person in the booking. I generally DO NOT travel for a weekend away to London with my passport (I have an old paper driving licence so not photo ID anyway) she didn’t seem to know what I was talking about when I mentioned this and looked confused! When I asked what I was supposed to do as I’d paid for two nights and had all the bookings just looked at me and repeated that she didn’t know who I was!!! My friend could see I was getting stressed and asked if we could get my husband to email copy of my passport, at which point she ashes if I had another credit/bank card and then proceeded to check us in!!!! Why could she not do this in the first place????? Anyway putting this to one side I would stay again, armed of course with passport!

Guest UserWe went to Art’otel Hoxton for our 23rd anniversary. Our experience was stellar. From the service, to the spa, to the accommodation, to the views, artwork, and the restaurant (Solaya) - the experience was unique and amazing. Every person working there was conscientious, warm, and willing to go the extra mile to make our stay special - from front of house to housekeeping. They added little touches -notes, a complimentary treat at dinner and to our room. Juliet, Vanessa and the rest of the Art’otel team, thank you - you made our anniversary memorable. The location is great, too! We will definitely be back!

Guest UserThere were three things that made this stay less than ideal:
1. I had already told the front desk to prepare the sofa bed, but when I returned that night, it still hadn't been set up. I had to call the front desk again to have someone take care of it.
2. At around midnight, someone knocked on the door, but there was no reason for it. The whole family was getting ready for bed, so I called the front desk to report it. Later, a staff member knocked on the door again. I opened it to check and found a takeout bag outside the door, but we hadn't ordered any takeout...
3. This morning, after breakfast, I returned to the room around 10:45 a.m. to find that none of the room keys were working.

Guest UserWe are regulars of this hotel as we frequently enjoy it but this time was a little different, main thing was we tried to ride the bikes, which we needed a password from reception to unlock, asked reception they said nothing to do with them ask concierge, so we asked them and they said exactly the same thing, kept fobbing us off to each other back and forth about 3/4 times, was then told to wait 5 min for the manager. . 45 min later still waiting in the lobby, complete waste of time and nobody tried helping us. Not sure the last time the pool was cleaned as we kept standing on bits that were floating around the water and touching our feet so we got out pretty much instantly, paid for executive room for the lounge and whenever we down to grab a snack there was only peanuts there for the whole day. Been here 5-10 times as a nice regular getaway but think I’ll be finding somewhere new in the future.

PranavagarwalChecked in here for managing an early morning transit. While the checkin was smooth and rooms were comfortable, the bed linen can be better from a hygiene perspective.
I’d still feel for the price and a short stay, the hotel is quite convenient as there are periodic shuttles as well to all terminals.

Guest UserAMAZING STAY! WOULD BOOK AGAIN AND RECOMMEND.
Came with family for a birthday weekend trip. We were all very impressed. Location is excellent- basically in the heart of London with breathtaking views of St Paul’s Cathedral. The hotel itself was outstanding - scaly considering its 4 stars. It’s more like 5 to be honest. Free water on site and in rooms, which is extremely helpful. The hotel is very spacious, modern and beautifully designed. The rooms were very spacious with the BEST shower! There is even a hair dryer and iron provided in the rooms. Spa facilities was amazing- lovely sauna, steam room and jacuzzi. The breakfast had a variety - very accommodating to those who have dietary requirements/ need veggie options. Staff were so kind, helpful and accommodating. Service was outstanding overall and I would most definitely return. Thank you for allowing us to have such an enjoyable experience.

Guest UserOverall, it is ok, the location is also very easy to find, the environment is good, if it is a business trip, it is a good choice. With the early price, it is acceptable in the UK.

YunyanThe location is good, very near to the Waterloo station. I stayed in the UK for 1 week in the very hot season in June, therefore I need to book a hotel with air conditioning. I used the fitness centre every day, not many equipement but adequet for my daily wrorkout. It's not very far away to the sight seeing area in London, like the Big Ben, Westminister Abbey, etc. I have been staying at another Park Plaza hotel near Westminister Brige before, I have no doubt to recommend Park Plaza brand hotel.
One comment on the shower water pressure. The water was either all hot or cold water, difficult to adjust to warm water and the water flow was a bit slow and small.
