We visited for my husbands birthday and our Wedding anniversary. The hotel was stunning from the entrance to the lounge decor to the room. We were kindly given an upgrade and were so very grateful. The room was amazing, nice and clean. The staff were all very friendly, nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was brilliant, a great selection and something for everyone. The location is perfect. Thank you so much for making our stay in London just perfect. We will definitely be back. Thanks Jade and Simon

I arrived early to the hotel and asked if there was any possibility I could check in early? The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and fortunately there was room ready so I checked and had a wonderful breakfast and enjoyed the facilities over two days. I particularly enjoyed the gym, the pool and the sauna. I was attending an event at the Excel Arena so location could not have been better. Thank you to the staff for wonderful service

Everything was normal , except that the pool smelled very much like chlorine, and I used it once, and then I got a strange earache, so I went to the doctor and she prescribed me sodium drops ... I wish I had never swam in that pool.

I would recommend this hotel, especially because the rooms are spacious compared to other hotels in the same price range. Check-in was smooth even with a late arrival, which was a relief. Pros: • Spacious rooms • Clean and well-maintained property • Convenient location with nice views • No issues with late check-in Cons: • Long wait times at the front desk due to only one staff member handling check-ins and other requests • No slippers provided in the rooms

The room was large, bed fairly comfortable but not for the price being charged. I never got to the pool or gym as I’d planned to do but that was the main reason I booked. The shuttle service is a bit annoying that you have to pay and there are only set pick up and drop off times, so if you want to catch a different bus (which I did) to the nearby Renaissance hotel then that one is more frequent and only a short walk away from this hotel. The shuttle price isn’t expensive through, at around 6£ each way, it was useful. Breakfast options were decent with enough choice for a vegetarian, but nothing to write home about and I opted not to pay the 16£ for the second day I was there. Overall it was decent, but cleanliness of room needed help. I asked the cleaner if she could hoover the room as when I arrived there were bits all over the floor, she did in front of me and her technique was great, she did a wonderful job but when she left there were still things all over the floor so it was obvious it was the tool (the hoover needs to be updated). The staff were kind and obviously hard workers, good customer service, they just need more support from management or corporate to update their capabilities like with new hoovers. The chair also had “something” on it, so I general it would be good if staff had access to better cleaning tools to steam out stains on furniture and curtains. I’d probably stay again if it was a bit less expensive or if these issues get sorted.

It was a nice 4 star hotel. I loved being right beside the outlet shops. Also the receptionist was very kind and made my stay exceptional. Some areas seemed a little old but it was generally a lovely stay. Breakfast was exceptional too.

It is a nice property. I think in summer it would be especially nice. I arrived and left in dark hours. Room was nice . Bedding and amenities were good. Tea and coffee in room. Hair dryer fan and ironing board in cupboard. The breakfast was very good. Cereal, juice, tea and coffee , fresh fruit and cooked breakfast. Only one thing which was a let down was cleanniness in communal areas. Especially in restaurant , carpet with bits on it and floor that looks in need of mopping was a put off. It is a simple fix . I would stay again.

Staying at a Hilton generally doesn't disappoint. The breakfast offered a small selection of Chinese dishes, which was a nice surprise, though nothing exceptional. A real bonus was having several Chinese restaurants conveniently located right downstairs. The location is also quite good, with many nearby attractions just a 10-15 minute walk away.

Mixed Experience at Hilton Syon Park: Room Delays, Unexpected Pool & other charges Rating: ★★★☆☆ I recently stayed at the Hilton Syon Park for four nights and had a mixed experience overall. While the hotel had some positive aspects, there were also a couple of disappointing aspects that affected my overall satisfaction. Let's start with the positives. The majority of the staff members I encountered during my stay were friendly and helpful (80% are foreigners). They were always ready to assist with any questions or requests, which made me feel welcomed and valued as a guest. Additionally, the hotel's breakfast, while very basic is just acceptable. The room was quite spacious and beddings satisfactory. Unfortunately, there were a few issues that detracted from an otherwise pleasant stay. Firstly, upon checking in at 5pm, I was disappointed to find that my room was not ready until 6:30pm. Although the gentleman at the front desk was kind and apologetic about the delay, it was an inconvenience after a long journey and negatively impacted my initial impression of the hotel. Another unexpected disappointment was the pool usage policy. I was surprised to discover that there was a charge of £25 per person for a 90-minute session to access the hotel pool, something that isn’t mentioned anywhere on trip.com. Considering the Hilton brand and the premium I paid, I did not anticipate such an additional cost for utilizing the pool facilities. This seemed disproportionate and out of line with the expectations I had for a hotel of this caliber. I heard other people complaining about it, even others complaining that they had paid for it and it was smelly. Additionally, it's worth noting that while complimentary water was provided in the room on the first night, I was surprised to find that there was a charge for the water on the following nights. This was unexpected, as I would have assumed that water would continue to be complimentary throughout my stay. It would have been helpful for this information to be communicated clearly, again not a nice feeling from a Hilton. On the whole, while the Hilton Syon Park had several positive aspects, such as friendly staff and an acceptable breakfast, there were a few disappointments that affected my overall impression. The delay in room availability during check-in, the unexpected charges for pool usage, and the shift from complimentary to paid water in the room were not in line with the level of service and value I expected from a Hilton.

AAlexaMy main complaint was only booking for one night. A hotel with stunning views, 1000 amenities and amazing service. Upon arrival I was greeted with great service provided by the staff, who were all very helpful and friendly throughout the stay. On the ground floor you are greeted with amazing art work leading up to the escalators to reception, as well as a modernly designed lobby with plenty of seating and charging ports, and the restaurant/bar just on the left. The hotel was easy to navigate and had around 6 lifts which came very quickly and dropped us off to our 9th floor stop in around 30 seconds. Wow! We had booked the King’s Suite for our stay which ended up exceeding our expectations - Stunning views from the window which stretches all across the living room, a record player with records provided - perfect for music lovers such as ourselves. Ironing board, A Dyson air-wrap & hair dryer (for the girls) and very artsy decorations overall which match the atmosphere of Shoreditch/Hoxton area. A cocktail making station & coffee machine with coffee pods as-well. We had also received a “milk delivery” at our door with fresh milk which was so lovely. Spa access is included in the stay, a lovely heated pool which has stunning led lighted walls and calming frequency noises playing - to further play in to the relaxing atmosphere of the spa. Steam room and Sauna were also placed by the end of the spa which was nice. I loved it so much I woke up extra early the morning of check-out just to enjoy it one last time! And started my morning with a peaceful swim. However some people slowly started gathering around to do the same thing as well from around 9am, So I’d recommend the best time to be right after check-in (3-5pm) as it was completely empty and just refreshed. With all the pool towels reset and floor mopped clean. And a 24-hour gym which I would definitely recommend to go to at night for a late night session, as it was empty and had stunning views of the city. There was a good amount of equipment - at least one or two of each machine & it was quite spacious too so didn’t feel crowded at all. With gym towels & Water cups provided as-well. I do have a few very minor, nit-picky complaints, to mention. However I would like to say would not at all regard my overall positive experience of my stay and will to return : From the Cocktail making station - the shaker was completely sealed shut - although it’s an item that’s airtight sealed and needed pressure to open we had tried EVERYTHING - and with so much effort my partner had cut himself trying to open it , also no strainer was provided so we had quite seedy cocktails. Another minor issue was our milk frother machine was not cleaned and was still dirty from the previous user, a small and fixable issue but should be pointed out in case someone’s craving a nice cup of coffee and pours milk into a dirty frothier without their knowledge. And from the spa - the Sauna inhumanely hot - to a level that the stone floor was unable to step onto without slippers and wood seats unable to be sat on for longer than a second, whilst of course it’s a Sauna - the temperature was unbelievably high, at the max of the thermometer the wall. So was unusable for us. Overall, The hotel was the best place we could’ve chosen for our couples get away staycation. We had enjoyed ourselves too much we ran out of time to visit the art gallery & bar. Guess we just have to rebook again, with a longer stay of course.

HHayleyLNThis is our second stay in Leonardo’s and it was lovely this time around as it was last time. The only thing that’s different is the hours children can attend the pool, it’s pretty limited. However this didn’t impact us as we weren’t there to go swimming. We did have an issue with our neighbours banging doors constantly when we spoke with the front desk they were happy to change our room, which worked out perfectly as it was dark and quiet at night which is what we needed. Highly recommend

FfantasylandForgot to take photos of the actual room. Compared to the photos, the room is 10x darker irl. It’s very dim - if that’s the kind of vibe you’re after go ahead. Location is excellent, 2mins walk from Piccadilly Circus station. Walking distance to Soho, Covent Gardens, Regent Street. Average customer service, nothing unpleasant but nothing to shout about. Same goes for cleanliness. I like that they have infused water and fruits for guests at the lobby and 2 packets of cookies that they replenish everyday.
