Our room was lovely. The location was perfect and exactly what we were looking for—away from the crowded town, making it peaceful and serene. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. My only suggestion would be to provide a few more rugs or floor mats to wipe our feet, as we only had one and the room can easily get wet after island hopping tours. The shower drain was also a bit slow, but it wasn't a big deal. Other than that, we had a wonderful experience at the resort and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting El Nido.

Perfect place to stay!

We had a wonderful time at this hotel. The staff were very kind, helpful, and always greeted us with a smile. Our room was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.The free breakfast was delicious with plenty of fresh options to start the day. We also loved having free access to all the hotel facilities, which made our stay even more relaxing and fun.Everything exceeded our expectations. We will definitely come back and recommend this place to our family and friends!

I really enjoyed my stay at Zuri Resort. The service and facilities were excellent, and everything was clean and well maintained. The room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable, and the view from the balcony was beautiful. The swimming pool also offered a lovely view, and the Jacuzzi was a great place to relax. The breakfast was delicious, but I would recommend going early. We arrived at around 7:00 a.m., and some of the food was already unavailable. Overall, we had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay!

This room was a nice treat, the room was massive! I love the Japanese inspired design and the smart toilet. The hotel is quiet and very close to the Lio beach front with cafes and restaurants (2min walk). It’s a nice beach too, to watch planes take off from the nearby El Nido airport. The hotel offers a free loan of electric bikes which was fun to explore the surroundings. I spotted monkeys outside the accommodation too! They offer a free shuttle every hour to El Nido town which is helpful if you have a tour, are going to the port, or just want to explore. Ron, the driver, is nice and helpful. The service really is the best part of the experience. Every single hotel worker and cleaning staff greeted us with smiles and welcomes, and went out of their way to look after their guests, particularly the reception staff Marv, Par, Rich, and Dan. Marv gave us local recommendations.

The resort is nestled in a quiet harbour within a small village just a short distance from Puerto Galera — you can reach the town in about 10 minutes by tricycle for 50 pesos. The property sits right on the waterfront, with its courtyard opening directly onto the bay. The setting is incredibly serene, cosy and picturesque. The grounds feature plenty of relaxing spots: comfortable chairs, sun loungers and hammocks where you can unwind. We especially loved the chair near the large tree — it was the perfect place to relax! The sea near the resort is a bit murky due to local currents, so not many people swim here. However, this isn’t an issue at all, as you can quickly and affordably reach the stunning beaches of Sabang (I highly recommend La Laguna) by tricycle — or even on foot if you’re up for a walk. During low tide, you can explore the seabed right near the hotel. The resort also has a small swimming pool, and despite other guests staying there, we never had any trouble finding space to take a dip. The rooms are clean and well‑maintained, featuring a small kitchenette, stylish bathrooms and even a bathtub. We stayed on the ground floor, so we occasionally noticed small ants and once spotted a gecko — but they never caused any inconvenience. Please note that the air conditioning is rather weak, so the room might feel a bit stuffy or not quite cool enough at times. There’s both a ceiling fan and a standing fan available, though, and overall the accommodation was comfortable. The on‑site restaurant offers a wide selection of dishes for breakfast and other meals, with prices typical for a resort area. We were very pleased with the food. The staff are attentive, always smiling and eager to help. During our week‑long stay, the resort wasn’t crowded, which made for a truly relaxing experience — you really get what you came for. Occasionally, local guests can be a bit noisy, laughing loudly or singing karaoke, which might disturb your sleep or meditation. However, this is not the resort’s fault, and it’s still relatively quiet compared to other spots around Puerto Galera, such as White Beach. What could be improved: 1) Flip‑flops. It’s odd that a seaside resort doesn’t offer free flip‑flops like most similar places do — they only rent them out here. Even budget hotels usually provide this small convenience. 2) Charge for outside food. Corkage fees are normal, but charging an extra 150 pesos for any outside food is too much. Even though we weren’t charged, the mere existence of such a rule makes the resort look stingy. This rule should be removed. 3) Wi-Fi was dead almost all of the time. Don’t rely on it. Thanks to the Blue Crystal Resort for a nice stay! I highly recommend it.

My stay at El Nido Resorts Lagen Island was nothing short of extraordinary. Special thanks to Carell, Jojo, Harnie, John, and Arvin for their outstanding support. The resort's happy vibe upon arrival sets the tone, and you leave with a smile, longing for more. The complimentary tours, seamlessly integrated into the package, were made exceptional by the supportive guides, creating a private and well-timed experience. Opting for the overwater bungalow was a unique and enchanting experience, adding to the paradise that is El Nido Lagen Island. The buffet-style meals offered three times a day were a culinary delight. I wholeheartedly recommend El Nido Resorts Lagen Island for an unforgettable and highly recommended getaway. Honest Review Pros: - The lady who was in charge (We think she's the manager) is really nice and helpful. - Distance: THIS WAS THE ULTIMATE DEAL. Hotel is near the beach and most of the local restaurants so we didn't experience any problem. (I recommend the cafe and 'Terminal' near the beach 😊) - AC and the room was perfect. It was really hot outside and the temp plus the room felt really homey and comfy - The hotel was really pretty or what we call aesthetic. My baby really liked the designs - Free breakfast and coffee was a good deal, but don't expect too much. - How much we got the reservation for 3d2n. Great offer from this app :) - Staff are nice especially the ones in the restaurant. Wasn't able to ask her name but she was a waiter there and also served our food (afternoon) and the guy who was at the front desk when we checked out Cons: - Service fee. I do understand that this is necessary to support the staff, but if you are on a tight budget it might be better to eat outside (sorry...) - Food was too expensive for the quality and the quantity... I recommend the chicken inasal since it had a big portion. - Room service and cleanliness - Manager said we could ask for a room service and we could just call them of we need one. We called them on our second day and we waited until our stay ended but no onr came to clean 😅 The girl who answered the phone was kinda masungit or maybe it was the tone of her voice. She told me that they are quiet busy at the moment and told me to just wait - I do understand if they're short staffed or something? But the dirt was kinda bothering us already so we just tried to clean the room on our own - Cockroaches and ants. So in connection to my previous review... Yes, there are cockroaches in the room especially the bathroom. It doesn't help that they don't clean the rooms daily. - Breakfast is not a room service. You have to go down to the restaurant and eat it there. - Room view. Our room was in the corner of the hotel. Our view was okay because we are can view the pool... And our neighbors ac unit lmao. On the plus side since the units were emitting hot air, it was easier for us to dry our towels 😂 It was really different from the picture. - Pool was kinda dirty - Overpriced goods. They have a mini store in the hotel but it would be better to pack up snacks or drinks before coming here. - OUTSIDE FOOD ARE NOT ALLOWED. Better be careful when bringing meals in the hotel. Even after listing this, we would still love to come back and stay here. I do hope they give us a better room next time 😅

It is 74 kilometers away from Coron Town and 55 kilometers away from the airport. You must make an appointment for hotel transfer in advance when checking in. The hotel is very quiet and provides free kayaking for playing in the nearby sea. There is also a seaside boardwalk rest area for leisure, paid massage and sea tours nearby. The restaurant food is delicious, and all charged items are subject to service charges. It is suitable for a quiet vacation and I will come again!

We stayed for a night at this hidden villa, and it felt like a true home away from home. The staff were incredibly kind and respectful, providing excellent service that made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The food was a highlight—absolutely delicious, with a healthy breakfast offered in the morning. You can even request a floating breakfast, which added a special touch to the experience. While the villa is tucked away down a short gravel road, the peaceful and private setting made it worth the effort. The villa is kid-friendly, but families should be cautious around the tiled swimming pool area. There’s no TV, so if you’re traveling with children, make sure their devices are charged. Fortunately, the Wi-Fi is strong and reliable. Overall, it was a lovely, relaxing stay with amazing food and warm hospitality. We highly recommend this villa for a cozy and memorable getaway.
