Small old school hotel/motel. Still uses an actual metal key for the door. I got a queen bed room and that is what I got. Tiny room with a queen bed. The problem was the entire room was windows and couldn't open the curtains. Also because it was windows, it was loud. Could hear all the noises, the cars and buses and all the people walking around and talking. AC in the room was fantastic.

As soon as I entered my room, I was struck by the stunning marina view. The hotel is old, but the rooms have been beautifully renovated, so even picky Korean guests will be satisfied. The pool and view are beautiful, and you can even see the Hilton fireworks every Friday. I highly recommend it. Ala Moana Shopping Mall is also within walking distance.

The hotel has a parking lot, a small gym, and a swimming pool, all fully equipped. There's even a small microwave in the room, which is quite convenient for heating up food. Shell and Foodhall are right next door, and it's less than a 5-minute drive away. Since it's a newly opened hotel this year, everything looks very new and clean, and it was indeed very well cleaned. There's even hand sanitizer next to the elevator, which is reassuring, haha. Driving to the airport the next morning only took about 20 minutes, very convenient. I recommend it for a short stay~

An old hotel but it feels very Hawaiian! Very friendly staff and it's really very clean. The shower pressure is borderline acceptable. Great laundry facilities (pay by contactless card) and the water refill machine was a nice touch. The parking is $30 a day and finding a space can be tough but this seems standard in this location.

The Rainbow Tower is perfect for a family of four, with two spacious queen-sized beds (1.5 meters wide). This tower is one of the newer buildings within the Hilton property. A higher floor offers better views. We were on the 30th floor (upgrading to an ocean view room costs an additional $65 per day, which we didn't do). Facing directly towards the Reef Island, and with half the ocean visible, it’s a 'semi-ocean view' and still offers excellent vistas. On the day we checked in, there was some small trash left in the toilet that hadn't been cleaned. We were too late and tired to call the front desk, but when we returned from our outing the next day, it had been thoroughly cleaned, and the beds were made (we left a dollar tip each day we went out). There's no kettle in the room, nor is drinking water provided. Bring a cup, and you can get water from the purifiers downstairs. There's a coffee machine, but the water inlet had a lot of scale, so it didn't look very clean, and we didn't use it. **Convenience:** The beach is right downstairs, along with several swimming pools. It's super convenient to be able to get back to the room for a shower within 5 minutes after playing in the water. **Dining:** Across from the Rainbow Tower is Tropics Bar & Grill, which serves breakfast and lunch. It's a bit more expensive than outside the hotel, but the food is good. Coffee here is $6 with unlimited refills, and you can even take a cup to go when you leave. For kids who don't like meat, I recommend the pancakes. For meat-lovers, try the Sunrise Sando. Their signature Tropical Acai Bowl is a smoothie made from blended berries and ice, topped with granola, banana, and strawberries. It tastes a bit like ice cream and is great for cooling down after sun exposure. There's also an excellent ice cream shop in the hotel; the line starts forming around 5 PM, and one scoop costs $7.99. **Shopping:** There's an ABC Store right in the hotel, where you can buy just about anything. I compared prices, and they weren't much different from outside the hotel. There's also a cookie shop where you can sample before buying. They offer local specialties, perfect for souvenirs. **Friday Fireworks:** There are fireworks on Friday night. While simple and short, watching them from the beach is still very enjoyable. They start at 7:45 PM, so go early to the beach by the lagoon island to get a front-row spot for a clearer view. **Tips:** Keep the small card you receive at check-in handy; you can use it to get free towels on the beach. If you have kids, definitely take them to the children's pool next to the Rainbow Tower. It has three waterslides and two small hot spring pools – kids can play there all day.

The room itself is OK, the air-conditioning is sufficient, but outside the window is the direction of the hotel door, there may be any exhaust fan, especially hot. Breakfast is casual, there are many people, but there is almost no choice, there are cupcakes, milk is cold, fortunately I brought hot water, drinks did not drink. The hotel is located in the middle lane of 2 nearest main road parallel to the seaside so want to be quieter. Check out time forgets 11 or 12 o'clock

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is excellent—right next to a shopping mall with Target, a coffee shop, and a cookie shop, which made it very convenient. They offer free coffee every morning, which was a nice touch, and there’s yoga available (though I didn’t get the chance to try it). The room was decent, with two beds, but the lighting felt a bit too dim for my preference. Aside from that, everything was comfortable. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made the overall experience enjoyable. Overall, it’s a nice place to stay, especially if you value convenience and a warm atmosphere.

Went there for our honeymoon, and the partial ocean view was actually better than I expected! The room condition itself was all fine, but the bathroom was the worst! It's a dry bathroom, but there's no shower door or curtain in the shower stall, so it literally floods... I almost slipped several times in the bathroom. And the towel rack is right above the toilet, so you can't even hang towels there. There's some kind of hook by the door, but how are you supposed to hang all your towels there? Also, for honeymoons, everyone usually gets welcome gifts and decorations... but after checking in, there was nothing. When I asked at the info desk, they said it's something they do after you've stayed one night, on the evening of the next day or something. They just brushed me off, and there was nothing at all during our entire stay. When I mentioned these issues at checkout, they gave me a box of cookies, but it felt like I was being treated as a difficult customer... Anyway, aside from these problems, it wasn't bad, and Hawaii itself was absolutely wonderful!

We stayed this hotel for 3days. Our airplane was arrived early so we wanted to rest. We did early check in, but there was no extra fee. Positive point • Bed making was great, clean • All room have balcony • location was very nice, near the beach, shopping area, high brand shops ex • On every Friday, we can see a fireworks at the beach • In the morning, rosters? hens? shout their noise, so it made me wake up easier. Negative point • Our room’s door was so heavy and sometimes we can’t close it very well. • Shower room’s door can’t close perfectly, so sometimes the floor got little bit wet. • the coffee maker’s coffee powder was very old and included oxygen, so taste was not really good. • Sometimes, noise of the clubhouse was so loud and it made me uncomfortable to sleep.

This resort is right next to the Kaanapali Beach, one of the best beaches in the whole wide world. We stayed in a oceanfront room, and the oceanview is stunting. The staffs are friendly, and we have a great time there.

Chose it for the airport pick up/drop off, what a pleasant surprise. Great receptionist, she got me into a room early after a long overnight flight. While room dated, it clean, full amenities and comfortable bed. Pool, restaurant and was given voucher for 2 drinks so enjoyed cocktails in the bar with very nice staff. The service was respectful and helpful. I’d stay there again.

We stayed at this hotel from October 29 to November 4. Overall, the staff was polite and the room was cleaned daily with fresh towels provided — which we appreciated. However, several issues significantly affected our experience. First, the accessible bathroom we specifically booked did not match the photos. There was no handheld shower head, which was important for us. Second, the mirror in the hallway was noticeably dirty upon arrival, with visible streaks from a wet cloth — quite unpleasant for a hotel of this level. I also reported that the faucet in the sink splashed water everywhere, soaking the countertop and the floor. I was told the issue would be checked, but nothing was fixed throughout our stay. The two-faucet system used to regulate water in the bathroom was also very inconvenient, and we consistently had problems with unstable hot water pressure. A separate major issue was the parking. I prepaid and reserved parking for 5 days, but on the second evening all the spots were already taken, and I was simply instructed to park in a different building nearby. This was extremely inconvenient — having to carry things from the 3rd floor of another parking structure and waste additional time. It turned out that even if you pay in advance, your parking spot is not guaranteed — anyone from outside can take it. So you pay, but end up without the service you were promised. Overall, the staff tried to provide good service, but the organizational issues, maintenance problems, and poorly managed parking system seriously reduced our comfort. Unfortunately, after this experience, I cannot recommend this hotel.

Nestled along the serene shores of Waikoloa, the Hilton Waikoloa Village is a haven of luxury and tranquility. Our recent stay at this breathtaking resort was nothing short of extraordinary, thanks to the impeccable service, stunning accommodations, and picturesque surroundings. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality that instantly made us feel at home. The check-in process was smooth, and to our delight, we were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a Royal Suite in the palace tower. The hotel itself is better than expected; You can tell that they went through a massive renovation in order to give a chill vibes based stay (on the outside). Inside of the room, it’s definitely an old hotel… I liked the furniture, but the windows were too open for my liking (you get the feeling that anyone can look into your room); Not as much of an issue since we used the curtains! The bath towels were covered in hair (ranging from long strands to tiny pubic pieces) which I found to be disgusting. The staff were more than willing to switch out the towels (there was still hair on them but a little dusting off mainly did the job). There was tiny pubic hair pieces in the bathtub as well, but I washed them down the drain so no biggie. The main issue that I had with this stay was that you could hear everything that was going on in rooms next door or outside. We heard loud screaming and fighting into the early ams, and it took a while for them to stop. This is not the hotel’s fault, but if you do stay here, keep in mind that the rooms aren’t very spacious, you can hear everything, and there might be hair in your towels. Overall, I really loved staying here and found it to be quite charming. The view in front of the hotel is INSANE. Though I listed negative traits about this hotel, I feel that it’s important to give some transparency to readers of this review. Mostly everyone goes into a hotel thinking that it’s 1000% clean and perfect. However, for me, the negative reviews are what I look for so that I know what to expect. You will definitely love the vibes and views this hotel has to offer, as well as the friendliness of the staff who worlds here.

Very pleased with our stay! Excellent location beachfront. Beautiful views of Diamond Head Crater. Super excellent location to be in the middle of all shops, beaches and restaurants . Short walks to explore & enjoy up and down the streets and beaches! All staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Clean and well maintained. Great assistance with booking activities. My daughter took a surf lesson. Beachside conveniently had plenty of water activities to enjoy with an area to rent paddle boards , surf boards, floats, chairs & umbrellas. The restaurants inside the resort were excellent and convenient with outdoor seating and ocean views! ABC general store on lower level to shop for anything needed from drinks, snacks, beach towels, souvenirs, sunscreen etc…The resort also offers free activities that are on a schedule week by week, such as yoga, hula lessons, Lei & bracelet making, vow renewals & ukulele lessons! My 15yo daughter took a ukulele lesson, then shopped around and bought one to bring home!!! We have absolutely no complaints about our stay! Will absolutely be coming back in the future. Our flight home was a late evening flight & our check out time was 11:00am, so the bell hop service held our luggage for us so we could enjoy the rest of our last day on the beach. Then we decided to top off our last day to pamper ourselves with a spa treat, which is located on the top floor of the resort. I got a massage. My daughter got a facial. Afterwards we got to go to the outside roof top and enjoy the awesome view feeling refreshed & relaxed. I can go on and on about the positives of this vacation stay. There were no negative issues!
