I booked the Deluxe Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge Sunrise Seaview Room and was pleasantly surprised beyond belief! Seriously, this package completely exceeded my expectations! The room offered a direct view of the bridge, plus afternoon tea, a light dinner, and soon, cocktails from the executive lounge, as well as coffee, black tea, and various soft drinks from the lobby bar – all included in the package! So nice, so nice!
Late check-out until 4 PM – you get this at Atour, but many five-star hotels don't offer it!
I thought the executive lounge benefits were only for one-time use, but the thoughtful lounge attendant, Pan Ruonan, called me back up to enjoy their afternoon tea again! Saved on dinner too!
Tell me, isn't this package amazing?! [laughing emojis]
Friends planning to visit Zhuhai, hurry up and book this!
Special shout-out to Pan Ruonan from the lounge! So attentive and warm-hearted!

Traveling during the Chinese New Year, the luckiest thing is to choose a warm and comfortable hotel. This stay completely changed my expectations for quality accommodation. From the environment to the service, from the details to the experience, everything made me feel secure and pleasantly surprised. I can't help but write this positive review and recommend it to all my traveling friends.
First, I must commend the hotel's overall ambiance. Stepping into the lobby, I was immediately soothed by the warm and elegant atmosphere. The decor was simple yet stylish, and the ubiquitous Chinese New Year decorations made us, who were away from home, feel a strong sense of the holiday spirit, with no feeling of unfamiliarity. The room was even more surprising – spacious and bright, with excellent ventilation and not a trace of odor. The view from the window was also very pleasant. Sitting by the window in my free time, admiring the scenery and relaxing, my fatigue instantly disappeared.
What surprised me most was the thoughtful New Year snack platter in the room. As soon as I entered, I was drawn to the platter on the table, which offered a rich variety of nuts, candies, and dried fruits, all suitable for the Chinese New Year. The packaging was exquisite, clean, and hygienic. It not only satisfied my cravings but also showed the hotel's thoughtfulness. These small details revealed genuine warmth, making us feel at home even when we were away. This little surprise truly touched my heart.
As for hygiene, it was impeccable, which is what I value most. When booking, I specifically requested a clean room, and upon check-in, it exceeded all expectations. The bathtub was spotless, with a smooth interior, no stains, watermarks, or odors. Taking a hot bath in the evening, washing away the day's fatigue, was simply a divine experience. The bedding was also exceptionally clean and fresh, neatly made without a single wrinkle. It felt soft and skin-friendly, clearly having undergone strict washing and disinfection. Lying on it felt incredibly secure, and I had a perfect night's sleep without any pressure. For someone with slight潔癖 (germaphobia) like me, I was truly satisfied.
Beyond that, the hotel's service was incredibly warm and considerate, especially thanks to Ms. Xiao Rou. Due to a last-minute change in our itinerary, we needed a late check-out. I was worried it would be troublesome, but I contacted Xiao Rou just to try, and to my surprise, she was incredibly enthusiastic and patient. She quickly helped us coordinate and handle the request efficiently and smoothly, without any evasiveness. We were able to check out late, giving us ample time for our itinerary and solving our urgent problem. The entire communication process was very pleasant. Xiao Rou's service attitude was gentle and friendly, making us feel very comfortable and experiencing the professionalism and attentiveness of the hotel staff.
During our stay, whether it was housekeeping, daily services, or temporary requests, the hotel handled everything flawlessly. Staying here, we not only enjoyed comfortable and clean accommodation but also experienced thoughtful and meticulous service. Every detail revealed the hotel's dedication, making our stay secure and comfortable.
This hotel was undoubtedly the biggest surprise of our Chinese New Year trip. It had a great environment, immaculate hygiene, warm service, and a strong sense of the New Year. It's an excellent choice for family trips, romantic getaways, or friends traveling together. I've already recommended it to my friends, and I will definitely stay here again on my next trip. I hope the hotel continues to maintain this level of care and provide more travelers with a warm and secure accommodation experience!

Highly recommended for business travelers! The sixth-floor sky garden was a delightful surprise – lots of greenery and fresh air, making check-in a truly pleasant experience. The housekeeping staff did an amazing job; the room was spotless, not a speck of dust anywhere, and the kitchen, bathroom, and work area were all impeccably organized. The front desk concierge called ahead to confirm my itinerary, sent directions, and even came downstairs to greet me – incredibly warm service. The room had fantastic natural light, with sunshine streaming onto the desk, which definitely boosted my productivity. It came equipped with a fridge and a high-definition projector, and with a Tencent membership, there were plenty of movies to help me relax after work. There's a stove, so you can bring your own cookware, which was super convenient for cooking a quick bowl of noodles or some porridge occasionally. The subway and bus stops are right outside the building, offering flexible transportation options to commercial districts and office buildings. Full marks for the experience!

Staying at The Langham, Shenzhen was nothing short of magical—from the moment we checked in to the second we waved goodbye, every detail felt tailored for comfort, luxury, and romance. As a couple exploring Shenzhen, this hotel exceeded our wildest expectations in every category.
🌟 Cleanliness: Flawless & Refreshing
The Langham’s commitment to cleanliness is unparalleled. Our room was a sanctuary of tidiness: crisp linens, spotless bathrooms (down to gleaming faucets), and even public spaces like the lobby and corridors felt pristine. You could tell housekeeping takes immense pride in their work—every corner sparkled, making our stay feel hygienic and utterly relaxing.
🌟 Location: Prime & Convenient
Nestled in a vibrant yet tranquil pocket of Shenzhen, the hotel’s location is a game - changer. We were steps from trendy cafes, local eateries, and major attractions, yet far enough from the hustle to enjoy peace. Public transport was a breeze, too—exploring the city was effortless, and returning to the hotel’s cozy embrace after a day out felt like coming home.
🌟 Service: Warm, Personalized, & World - Class
If “hospitality” had a gold standard, The Langham would own it. From the front - desk team (who upgraded our room as a welcome gesture!) to the ever - attentive housekeeping and the incredibly knowledgeable concierge, every staff member went above and beyond. They remembered our preferences, offered tailored recommendations (like hidden - gem restaurants for date nights!), and made us feel like VIPs from start to finish.
🌟 Amenities: Luxe & Tailored for Love
The amenities here are designed to indulge—especially couples! The rooftop pool offered stunning skyline views, the spa was a haven for relaxation, and the fitness center was fully equipped. Dining? A culinary love letter: our breakfast buffet burst with fresh, global flavors, and the evening fine - dining restaurant served dishes so exquisite, we still dream about them. Our room? A love nest with plush beds, smart tech, and skyline views that made evenings in feel like a 5 - star date night.
For couples, The Langham adds romance to every moment—think champagne upon arrival, cozy nooks for stargazing on the balcony, and staff who genuinely want to make your trip special. Whether you’re here for adventure, relaxation, or rekindling love, this hotel turns a “stay” into a memory.
We’ll be back—stat. If you want luxury, comfort, and service that feels like a warm hug, book The Langham. You won’t regret it. 💖

Amenities: The complementary items were great, but it's a shame the TV doesn't support screen mirroring from phones.
Cleanliness: Very good.
Environment: Downstairs is the Lihe business district, making it very convenient for food tours.
Service: The attitude was excellent, but you have to go downstairs to pick up your takeout.

Elena at the front desk was so welcoming and efficient; check-in was a breeze, and she was quick to respond to all our requests, making us feel right at home. The hotel's location is super convenient, close to Gongbei Port, and right downstairs from the Fuhuali commercial area, with plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options. Our room was clean, spacious, and well-designed. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and was of good quality. We had a great experience this time and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Zhuhai.

“The best hotel in Zhanjiang”
My room is sea view suite 1316 with club accessed pass where you can enjoy free dinner and drink 18.00-20.00 and I stayed here for 5 days for work.
The location is great just next to the beach and there is shopping mall where you can find something to eat and it takes only 7 mins by walk.
The room is very spacious and provide everything you need during your stay, fridge, big bathtub with sea view, robes, comb, dryer, salt bath, mouthwash, etc
Breakfast is also a competitive advantage as it offers a variety of choice (most of them are Chinese food) since early morning until 10.30.
Staff is very helpful and the front desk can speak English.
The lobby is always crowded and busy because there’s seminar / wedding event hosted here almost everyday.
Facilities of the hotel are great especially gyms and children’s room.
The only negative side is cleanliness. My shower room still got some hairfall on the ground after cleaning but the overall is ok.
I would recommend this hotel and will visit them again.

The environment and kids' facilities are great! The staff are very polite, and there were even some small activities during Chinese New Year that the kids really enjoyed. On the second night, we were upgraded to a twin-bed room with a hot tub in area B, and the view from the balcony was beautiful. Xinghu Lake is right behind the hotel, and it's a short walk to Qianyan Village where there are many restaurants and small bars. Dining and having coffee by the lake is very relaxing!
Even though there was a small incident, the hotel staff were quick to help resolve it. The service was excellent and very thoughtful!

The basic room for Chinese New Year was quite pricey due to the fireworks display.
The room itself was more spacious than expected, clean and tidy, with a well-thought-out layout. It even had a desk, a bay window, and a bathtub.
Upon arrival, a bellhop immediately came to take our luggage from our car at the hotel entrance and brought it to our room.
It wasn't until we checked in on New Year's Eve that we learned about the traffic control starting at 8 AM on New Year's Day. There were barricades everywhere on the island, turning what should have been a 10-minute walk to Yongqingfang into two or three times that distance, which really impacted our experience.
On our second day, we surprisingly discovered that our room door could be opened without a key card. I'm not sure if it was already broken on the first day, but we wouldn't have found out if our child hadn't opened the door directly. The hotel sent someone to fix it, but their reaction was quite nonchalant, as if it were a minor, insignificant issue. For single female travelers, I'd suggest being cautious and checking this first.
The fireworks over Baie Lake were stunning and truly breathtaking.
Yutang Chunnuan was overrated; Qiaomei Restaurant right outside the hotel was much better.

I chose the Shenzhen Renaissance for this trip, expecting just a standard place to stay, but it turned out to be a pleasant surprise!
When I checked in, the front desk lady was smiling like she’d won the lottery, and I wondered what made her so happy today. The moment I opened the room door, wow, that view from the window! I immediately pulled out my phone to snap a few pictures – instant content for my朋友圈 (WeChat Moments)! My friend commented, 'Are you on a business trip or a vacation?'
The mattress deserves a special shout-out – lying down felt like being embraced by clouds. I planned to scroll on my phone for a bit, but ended up falling asleep in three minutes. When I woke up and checked the time, whoa, I almost missed dinner.
The location is practically cheating. Turn right out of the hotel and you're at the subway; turn left and there are tons of food options.
Overall, this hotel is like a 'serious exterior with a hidden sense of humor.' There wasn't any groundbreaking service, but it always subtly delighted me in unexpected ways. Next time I'm in Shenzhen, I'll very likely 'conveniently' stay here again – after all, who can resist the allure of that mattress and the sweetness of watermelon?

XXiangchuanhuiSmadeshouziChoosing Hengqin Bay Hotel was absolutely the right decision! The hotel boasts an excellent location, with plenty of shuttle buses to and from the various parks, which made our trip incredibly convenient. The ocean-themed design throughout the hotel was a feast for the eyes. Our room had great natural light, a well-thought-out and cozy layout, and a fantastic view from the balcony. The hotel is exceptionally well-equipped for families, providing everything from children's toiletries and cribs to bed rails and non-slip stools.
The hotel's facilities are also very well-maintained: the indoor heated pool had a comfortable water temperature, and lifeguards were diligently on duty the whole time; the kids' play area featured new and safe equipment; the water park offered a wide array of fun attractions; and the flamingo viewing area and dolphin pool within the complex were truly unique, adding a lot of enjoyment to our stay. There were plenty of activities for the kids, including a ball pit in the lobby bar and a gym, which kept them very happy. The environment was great, and the overall hotel experience was excellent. There were also many restaurant options, and dinner was very plentiful. The buffet dinner offered a rich variety of dishes and was great value for money. Check-out was smooth and queue-free. Overall, it made our family trip even more perfect. Highly recommended!
GGuest UserThe room was great, and there were many services available. The breakfast was plentiful. The facilities were complete, and the hygiene was good. The environment was beautiful, and the service staff were friendly. The shuttle service to Shiqi Nan subway station and Guangzhou South Railway Station was very convenient. It's definitely worth a visit, and they even have afternoon tea, which the kids loved. It was excellent!
GGuest UserThis hotel is our top choice for family vacations with kids – the experience was absolutely fantastic! We got a complimentary upgrade to the Executive Floor during check-in, which was much quieter than the main building.
The Executive Floor has its own breakfast area, so there were no long queues. It was spacious and comfortable, and the food was exquisite, which made the kids very happy. The hotel also has a private beach that’s clean and not crowded, with soft sand, so the little ones could play and dig without a worry.
The family-friendly facilities are in the main building, with a well-equipped kids' club and plenty of activities to keep the children entertained and burn off their energy. Overall, it's a peaceful and relaxing place. I highly recommend coming during off-peak holidays for a wonderful beach vacation vibe, a great alternative to Sanya.
MMofahezi-lvyouThe hotel environment is like a tropical rainforest, with lush greenery surrounding the corridors, allowing for pleasant strolls even on rainy days. The dining experience was perfect; at the White Tiger Buffet Restaurant, you can dine while watching white tigers, and the food was abundant and fresh. There were also cute cartoon mascots interacting with guests, which made the kids incredibly happy. The staff were enthusiastic and attentive, and the rooms were clean, tidy, and well-equipped. From entering the park to checking in, everything was thoughtfully arranged.
Getting around was very convenient, whether going to the Safari Park, Amusement Park, or seeing the Grand Circus.
The package I purchased included unlimited access to three parks and the Grand Circus, offering excellent value for money. My child interacted with capybaras, rode the cable car to see giraffes, and enjoyed roller coasters at the Amusement Park – it was a blast the whole way through. This family trip was hassle-free and unforgettable, highly recommended!
GGuest UserOur hotel butler was incredibly dedicated and provided attentive service throughout our stay. They reminded us about show times daily, answered all our questions patiently via WeChat, and were generally very helpful. The hotel has great entertainment facilities, including an indoor play area and an outdoor mini-train, which kept the kids thoroughly entertained. Guests can enjoy complimentary luggage storage and free parking. Our room had excellent natural light, and the bathroom had stable water pressure. The bedding was comfortable, and they even provided children's toiletries, which was a thoughtful touch – lots of attention to detail! Room service for deliveries was prompt and considerate. The hotel's location is superb, right next to Ocean Kingdom; it's just a 3-minute walk to the entrance, incredibly convenient. It's also close to the high-speed train station, about a 10-minute walk away. The hotel's fountain plaza is fantastic, offering a stunning visual feast with its musical fountain show combined with Ocean Kingdom's colorful fireworks. The surrounding environment is pleasant, with fresh air. For check-out, you can simply drop your room card into the express check-out box, no need to go to the front desk, which is quick, easy, and saves a lot of time. The entire experience, from check-in to check-out, was seamless. I highly recommend staying at the Penguin Hotel.
HHendrick2952Stayed here with my family for Chinese New Year's Eve. We booked a high-floor, sea-view two-bedroom suite. The overall experience was just okay. First, the hotel facilities are a bit old. Perhaps due to its proximity to the sea, we noticed some cracks in the walls and rust. The room phone wasn't working, which is something that really needs improvement; we had to go to the front desk to communicate, which was quite disappointing. Second, the breakfast selection was pretty standard. However, the front desk staff, particularly Xiao Zhang, was very enthusiastic and allowed us to check in early. During our stay, we noticed that perhaps because it was the Spring Festival, the hotel seemed to have hired many part-time staff, which led to a slight dip in service, not quite meeting our expectations. The high-floor view was indeed excellent. Overall, it was a satisfactory stay, but the price premium during the holiday was quite high. I'd recommend visiting during off-peak times for better value for money.
AAnonymous UserRight from the moment we got off the car, staff members were there to greet us and help with our luggage! The Forest Sea (Senlinhai) resort has a wonderful environment! The scenery is beautiful! The directions were also very clear! The package included hot springs, amusement park tickets, and a buffet breakfast! They even thoughtfully provided a butler who clearly explained every activity and patiently answered all our questions! The staff we met along the way also had excellent service attitudes! The room hygiene was quite good, and anything we needed from the front desk was quickly attended to! The evening performances and activities were also very exciting. Overall, it was an excellent experience! We'll definitely come back next time to try out other room types.
SSquall912Having stayed at a few Sheratons, this one is definitely one of the better ones. The room facilities are great, quite new, and well-maintained. The soundproofing is also excellent. The location is superb, offering convenient views of Macau's night skyline across the sea. Strolling or cycling along the seaside promenade is a pleasant experience. I encountered a few issues when checking into my room, but the duty manager worked hard to resolve them and offered compensation. Overall, the service was attentive, and the breakfast was quite rich. Enjoying breakfast with a sea view was a nice touch. I'd definitely consider staying here again.
GGuest UserChimelong Circus Hotel is absolutely perfect for families with kids! The hotel is brimming with circus-themed decor, vibrant colors, and tons of little details that got my child super excited the moment we walked in.
The room was clean, tidy, and spacious enough. The bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was good too.
But the best part is the incredibly convenient location. My kid kept telling everyone the hotel was in the 'center stage'! It's just a 6-7 minute walk to Ocean Kingdom and about 8-9 minutes to the Spaceship Theme Park. On our last day, after seeing Kaka Tiger, we just turned a corner and were right there. We walked everywhere for a few days, saving a lot of travel time.
The buffet restaurant offered a rich variety of dishes, and the food was delicious. The staff were warm and attentive, and check-in and check-out were both quick.
Overall, the experience was fantastic, and it's great value for money. We'll definitely choose this hotel again next time we visit Chimelong. Highly recommend it for families with children!
GGuest UserHad a lovely trip to the cabins! The newly renovated rooms were clean and tidy, with lush greenery right outside – it felt like being embraced by nature. Waking up early, breathing in the mountain air, and feeling recharged by nature was wonderful. The cabins are right next to the scenic area, which is definitely a paradise for kids. After climbing and playing, they can even make a vase at the pottery studio. So enjoyable!
