I highly recommend this hotel! The location is absolutely fantastic. It's just a 2-minute walk from Gangxia Station on Metro Line 1, and right across the street from a large shopping mall. You don't have to go far for dining, shopping, or entertainment; it's a one-stop shop for everything, making it incredibly convenient. The cleanliness of the room was a pleasant surprise – the floors and tabletops were spotless, and there were no strange odors in the bathroom, making for a very comfortable stay. The facilities are excellent, and having a washing machine and refrigerator was a huge bonus. I stayed for three days on a business trip, washed clothes twice, and they were dry and ready to wear. The fridge was great for storing fruits and drinks, so convenient! The hotel environment is super quiet, with excellent soundproofing on the windows, blocking out all outside noise for a high-quality sleep. The front desk service was impeccable. They called me in advance to explain the check-in procedures, and when my room wasn't ready upon early arrival, they proactively helped store my luggage. Any questions I had via WeChat were answered instantly. Their attitude was gentle and professional, making for an overall amazing experience!

First, about the room – it was actually quite good. They honored my request for a non-smoking room, and there was no smell, which is rare. My family is very sensitive to odors, so the hotel did a great job in this regard. However, the young man who showed me to the room was a bit unhelpful; when I asked him what type of room was next door, he told me to ask the front desk downstairs. A slight issue: as busy as it was (see picture), with so many people storing luggage, why couldn't they assign more staff? People storing luggage weren't queuing, and neither were those entering license plates, which completely overwhelmed the young man. I waited for a long time before I could even speak to him. Also, even though the hotel had called me before check-in and I specifically requested rooms on the same floor, at check-in they told me one of the rooms had been upgraded but wasn't on the same floor… What kind of operation is that? I clearly asked for the same floor because your hotel's key cards don't work on other floors, which isn't suitable for families who need to look after each other. I don't understand why they upgraded me but put us on two different floors, only to then move us back to the same floor. The girl who handled that didn't even smile; her mask was pulled down to her chin, and she looked exhausted. Honestly, if it's too much, just hire more people. As I was going up to the room, they even asked me for a five-star review. I originally didn't want to give it, but Oliva at the front desk helped me a great deal that day, so this five-star rating is for her, and she earned it for you.

Staying here means you never have to worry about food, drinks, or entertainment – it was truly an unforgettable experience! It's much newer than the Penguin and Circus Hotels, offering a great experience where I finally got a good night's sleep; the bedding was incredibly comfortable. As soon as I walked into the lobby, I was drawn in by the adorable themed decorations and cozy atmosphere! The hotel rooms are spacious and bright, furnished to be both comfortable and exquisite, spotlessly clean, and with beautiful views. The Spaceship Food Court on the 1st floor is amazing, with a gigantic curved LED canopy creating a fantastic ambiance. It combines arcade games and dining, and guests have direct access just by going downstairs, making getting around super convenient. The hotel boasts 7 restaurants with tons of choices, and the 15 snack stalls in the Food Market let you sample cuisines from various regions, with an average spend of just a few tens of yuan for a satisfying meal. The Coral Restaurant offers a double delight for both sight and taste, allowing you to dine while watching live coral. The hotel also has a themed shop where you can buy toys, souvenirs, swimwear, and a convenience store, so you don't have to go far for snacks and daily necessities. In your free time, you can do face painting with the kids or take commemorative photos, and the lobby bar's afternoon tea is perfect for a relaxing break. Both foodies and families with kids will have a blast! The stay was fantastic, amenities were comprehensive, and the buffet was excellent, with every detail well thought out! It also offers a wide variety of delicious food. Overall, it not only provides comfortable accommodation but is also full of fun and surprises. There's even direct access to the Spaceship Park. Whether you're traveling with family or friends, this is an excellent choice, highly recommended!

The hotel facilities was great. The room had everything you would need for a complete stay with kitchen and washing facilities right in your room. There was a convenience store just right beside the main lobby for everything that you might need. Was also surprised to see a real big indoor swimming pool facility at the end of the hotel. Location was right Infront of the scenic area so it's just a short walk to where you can rent bikes to ride around the park. A special note goes to the hotel lobby staff Lisa Li who was super helpful and checked on whether I needed any assistance daily throughout my stay.

This time, the hot spring room we stayed in with the kids was absolutely perfect. It came with a private hot tub, offering excellent privacy, so we didn't have to worry about disturbances. We could soak in the hot spring and enjoy the surrounding greenery – it was so tranquil and comfortable. The room decor was elegant and cozy, the bedding was soft, and the overall environment was clean and tidy, allowing for complete relaxation. The biggest surprise was the hotel's kids' activity center; it completely captured my child's heart! Indoors, there's a craft area, a music and reading room, and a ball pit. Outdoors, there's a sandpit, a climbing area, and a small vegetable garden. The variety of activities is incredibly rich: kids can do crafts, play instruments, and even experience watering plants and gardening – it's full of creativity. My child had a blast playing there, and adults didn't have to worry about entertaining them. Additionally, the Chinese restaurant's offerings were superb. It specializes in authentic Cantonese cuisine, with fresh and genuine ingredients, and the dishes were exquisite and delicious. The hotel's overall service was attentive, and the facilities were comprehensive. It's super suitable for both family vacations with kids and relaxing getaways. It has already been added to our list for a second visit!

I'm particularly picky about bathrooms, and the moment I walked in, I checked it out. All the disposable amenities were provided and clean, with not a single water stain. The facilities and services are comprehensive, offering not only free high-speed Wi-Fi and a large projector screen that can stream Bilibili (perfect for watching my beloved Crayon Shin-chan), but also a self-service laundry room (with detergent, a washer-dryer combo, and a separate dryer). Finally, I must praise the staff. They were online 24/7 to answer my questions promptly and provided incredibly quick service. When I needed more water for my late-night snack, it was delivered in less than 5 minutes. They also allowed for a late check-out, and their communication was so gentle and kind. They even helped store my luggage for free, carried it to my car, and recommended local eateries. They were truly amazing! Anyone who stays here would want to leave a good review. Our stay at the Hengqin Bay Hotel was excellent. The shuttle bus service to and from the various parks was frequent, making travel arrangements flexible and convenient. Check-in at the front desk was efficient, and the staff were friendly and professional. The room layout was well-designed and spacious. The king-size bed was comfortably firm, and the children's bed came with safety rails, which was reassuring. The bathroom had a children's bathtub set and special toiletries for kids, thoughtful details that we appreciated. The bedding was soft and clean, hot water supply was plentiful, and the Wi-Fi signal was strong and stable, providing a smooth user experience. The dining options were extensive and consistently good. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety, from delicious Chinese congee to Western pastries. The ingredients at the Sea View Restaurant for dinner were fresh, and the pricing was reasonable. The cartoon-shaped pastries and tableware specially prepared for children were a big hit with our kids. The hotel's recreational facilities were excellent. The Water World had a dedicated and fun children's area; the indoor heated pool provided a comfortable environment; the 24-hour dolphinarium, combined with scheduled educational talks, was both entertaining and educational; and the children's playground facilities were well-maintained. The service was very satisfying. The butler service was responsive and effective in helping us plan our itinerary and make reservations. Room cleaning was meticulous, and the staff were friendly. Overall, we were extremely satisfied!

The bathroom mirror is gorgeous, haha, perfect for taking photos! **Ambiance:** Very strong Christmas vibe, beautifully decorated. The ground floor also has Christmas decorations. **Service:** Both the aunties and the front desk staff were very polite. **Cleanliness:** Clean and tidy, pretty good.

The hotel is located on the northwestern side of Shamian Island, right by the river. It's very close to Huangsha subway station, just a few minutes' walk, making transportation very convenient. However, some of the sidewalks on the island are paved with uneven bricks, which can be challenging if you have luggage. Directly across from the hotel's back entrance are restaurants like Qiao Mei Jia, making it easy to queue for meals. To the north of Shamian Island, you can cross a pedestrian bridge to reach Link Plaza, which offers a wide variety of dining options and a Yonghui Supermarket. It's very convenient for shopping, dining, and leisure. **Environment:** For this trip, I booked a river-view room on the 8th floor. The river view outside the window was stunning. I was lucky to have great weather during my two-day stay and even caught a beautiful sunset, which made me very happy. The front desk is on the second floor. Because the hotel also houses many restaurants open to the public and has a waterfall and landscape feature, the first and second floors were very crowded and noisy, with a lot of people traffic and a somewhat chaotic atmosphere. The guest floors, however, were relatively quiet. The room faced an art center across the river. There seemed to be performances at night, which generated a lot of noise and flashing spotlights, significantly disturbing my rest. **Facilities:** The room was well-equipped with a sofa, writing instruments, a desk lamp, and a bathtub. The toilet had a retrofitted smart bidet seat. The overall room layout was sensible, with excellent natural light and an open feel. **Hygiene:** The cleaning was very thorough. The room was cleaned twice a day, and toiletries were promptly replaced, which I was very satisfied with. **Service:** From check-in to check-out, all the staff I encountered were very friendly and proactively greeted me. However, on the first day, the TV connection wasn't working, and after calling for service, there was no response for over an hour. This doesn't quite align with a five-star hotel standard, although the staff who eventually came to fix it were very pleasant. They also delivered two cookies daily as a turndown treat. Overall, the hotel is quite good. Aside from needing more attention to service and soundproofing, there weren't many major issues. I would definitely choose to stay at White Swan Hotel again on my next visit to Guangzhou.
