Love Sheraton's friendly who upgraded us to a room with balcony that has a great view of the sea fronting the hotel. The indoor pool was great for my kids and they enjoyed it to the fullest. A big surprise was that there is a seafood wet market that are lined with restaurants that you can pick and choose to cook your basket of seafood purchase. The bill cost a couple of hundreds of rmb that would have more than a thousand dollars. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to zhuhai.

We booked the Snowhouse Family Room. There's an igloo toyhouse in the room which my son really loved. There are also a lot of other activities for children inside this hotel besides going to The Ocean Kingdom. The buffet dinner was a surprise to us because there were so many kinds of food and different seafood. I hope they could have Snowhouse Family Room with View (for seeing the firework) in the future coz we would love to see firework in the room after a long day.

Excellent choice for a one-night stay. The hotel was unique and clean, the staff were nice and friendly. There were plenty activities at night and you should definitely get a package to enjoy the buffet dinner with many stalls and varieties! The hot springs were great, towels and drinks were free. Remember to bring your own swimsuit or borrow sterilized from the counter.

The hotel is very nice, big and clean. All the staff work there are very professional, friendly and helpful to their guests. Especially several names I want to mention here: Ashley 丹丹: She was the first one to show me the hotel room we booked in the VIP building. She tried her best to fix the family room for us so that my parents can stay there comfortably and safely. She even offered free coffee to us and our friends before the room got ready. She also showed me the hotel spa place when I asked her yesterday. Angel works in the cafe took pictures for us and offered to get drinks for our breakfast. She is very caring. Jessy works in the lobby is also very concerned with my parents safety when they get on and off the cars. Wang (𤣩) si fu, the driver drove us to the port area to return to Hong Kong today. He is also a very professional and friendly guy. The bellboy Wai and his co-worker in the lobby (the Indian guy) are both kind and friendly to us too. In conclusion, we really enjoyed our stay there and will definitely recommend to our friends and families to stay there when they travel to 珠海。I will also definitely return to this 5 star hotel next time traveling to China with my two girls and husband. This hotel really deserves a 5 star rating in every aspect.

Enjoy the room with outdoor hot tub. Having a taste of Onsen in Zhuhai. Overall impression is good but the service standard by F&B staffs could be enhanced. Thanks to the surprise arrangement by housekeeper after check-in. Overall speaking, the environment, hardware and food are great. 👍🏻

The hotel location is very strategic, opposite and across Beijing lu. Renovation is modern, just the toilet is quite open, which covered by curtain and you can see through the toilet bowl from the glass door, which is not convenient and no privacy . The basin is not inside toilet, so the toilet has limited space and no space to hang clothes. The outside hotel is a bit noisy due to there are dining restaurant downstairs. Other than that, the hotel is very good, staff service is good, breakfast is simple and nice.

Very good service, I was warmly served by the front desk staff. The breakfast was a bit under expectation though. Amenities are good too.

Arrived very late after having cancelled a booking in a nearby apartment, we were lucky to have the room upgraded to a twin suite. Large, beautiful, very convenient for a family. Maybe the living room could have been decorated with more themed items. The whole concept of the Hotel is very well organized around the Safari Park. Tigers in the garden and even in the central atrium of the breakfast restaurant. Huge hotel, very crowded even in the weekdays. That makes the breakfast moment a bit confusing. Offer is rich, quality is ok, but not at the level of a 5-star Hotel.

In fact, it is really close to Gongbei Port. The bus can reach the port in 1-2 stops, and there is a bus stop right downstairs of the hotel! There are plenty of food options and supermarkets in the street behind, which is quite convenient! Opposite is the seaside of Lovers Road, where you can enjoy the sunset!

Travel with parents The view was amazing and all conditions were good but there’s no lotion in the bathroom I checked with the desk for checkout time but someone else claimed it was an hour early That’s confusing

Second time I've stayed here opposite the school I work with. This is a very friendly and easy going place to stay. It is a little cheaper than the few other surrounding hotels and big rooms with lots of breakfast options. I also like staying here due to close by to hiking up the hill and other places to go running by the ocean...

This hotel was available of the three or four within the park area. There is a shuttle bus which takes you to the Chimelong spaceship and the amusement park. I bought a ticket for the spaceship and thought it was also for the amusement park, so that might have been a translation confusion. I think the area in general is a bit overpriced, but I also think the value of the amenities at this hotel were better than the rest of the hotels. I still walked around the other hotels. It reminded me of back home and Vegas going to Circus Circus. There are really nice pathways to walk around as well as a boat ride. The views and nature spots are found everywhere. I only gave a four on the cleanliness because I feel that some of the furniture is older, and I don’t understand what’s going on with the empty parking lot space outside of the window. One thing I did notice was a water bottle which was not sealed. Easy to miss from housekeeping because the cap was on tight. Also, even though I got the twin room, I didn’t have any children with me. There should probably be some rooms that are geared towards adults only. I referred the hotel to some friends with children where I live, but I don’t think it was necessary to have children slippers and bath robes and bathroom supplies. The whole area is designed for families, but occasionally there will be a solo traveler. I chose this hotel because there was a full bar inside of it with entertainment, and that was great. The lounge staff were amazing and attentive, aling with the buffet staff. I am suggesting more Buffet items without pork/meat. I think all hotels in this area should go down in price by about 200 RMB. There are so many people working there that it’s surprising things like check-in lines, water facility, furniture wear and tear, or updated QR codes on room service cards can be updated. Adding some basic beverages in the refrigerator, or sugar sweetener with the kettle are things that a hotel room priced over 1000 should have. Aside, all staff were on alert, and so were the characters and toy sale people. The shops were good with neccessities/souviniers. Beautiful place, but i did not swim in the water world. I took the ferry into the port specifically to see the spaceship area, and that was a pretty neat place with the food street despite an over the top ICBC stage. The Chill House on the water is also 2.6km away, so i had three good meals and drink sessions in the area. Personally, I would do some special marketing advertisement towards school employees in neighboring cities so they can see the area for weekends and field trip purposes.

The hotel is not far from Gongbei Port. There's a lot of food around, and there's a night market not far away. The oysters are good. There is also a rice noodle shop that is also quite delicious. The room was spacious and tidy. I felt pretty good so I extended my stay. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful.

This is the second time I stayed at Forest Sea Hotel. I am very satisfied with the hotel service, environment, and facilities, especially Alin, the lobby manager. When I booked the hotel, there were some details that I didn’t understand. When we encountered trouble, the manager ALin came forward to help us solve the problem enthusiastically, with an attitude. Very kind, considerate service, let our family feel like home ~ take the children to leave good memories ~ can't help but look forward to the next time!

It was a great vacation staying at the Chimelong Panda Hotel. We spent a full day until nearly sunset exploring the animal zoo, its free tickets came with the hotel package. The breakfast in the hotel was delicious with plenty of choices, and we sat next to the floor to ceiling window enjoyed watching pelicans,swans and monkeys strolling leisurely outside. The hotel provides very convenient and free shuttle services to various locations of the park and the metro station linking to Guangzhou city. I'll surely revisit Chimelong and the Panda Hotel again.

Nice location, near attractions and the train station. the renovation was in progress during my visit and nice decoration for the lobby & serve for tea & snacks. Nice breakfast and supper. My luggage was delayed and the receptionist was helping me check the courier status and make a call with them. Advantages - Good receptionist service Disadvantages - only one lift for usage.

Location of this place is perfect! It is right on Beijing Lu, so you are extremely close to food and shops. The room was clean and all of the workers we encountered were very nice. Only thing that was not great was that the elevators take a long time because it is used by everyone in the building. Although, that is not the hotel's fault, it is just something to remember when booking this location. Would definitely stay here again!

Service is excellent. Front desk, Herman, Nat and Krystal at Concierge , Stark at the front door and Winnie at Execute lounge have been very helpful. Location is great. We also suggest their offer of one day (5 meals) plan for like RMB$450 per person, the executive lounge can see the beautiful view of the Pearl River and the Canton Tower. Very happy with our stay for 3 days.

The clerk in the lobby is a super nice and warm hearted gentleman. when we need some help with typing a smaller notes, He finished it in one minute. He is quite efficient ! here we want to say thank you again. 

Service Apartment was located combination with residential & commercial units together. So within same level you will see business shops with residential units. This building has total 3 service apartments companies. Lobby is locate at level 15 small room. Comes with washing machine with dryer limited capacity. Wifi and T.V connection to internet is slow. Total rooms 60 units. Below surrounded with street shops and famous Big Temple

Very strategic location, walking distance from Ximenkou subway Station. Very near Xihua Lu, the main street for eateries in Guangzhou. It is next to Guangxiao Si and near Liu Rong Si, 2 of the 4 main historal temples of the city that worth visiting. The hotel is clear, front desk staff were friendly, accommodative and helpful. I will definitely stay here again in my next social visit to Guangzhou.

What a beautiful experience I had, I came here with my mom and we both had a good time. The stuff was so friends, apon arrival we noticed our room had no sea view the stuff members helped us get a room with a sea view. This place is so beautiful it felt like we were far from China, the language barrier was not that much of a problem as we had the translater this place is truly beautiful and clean. unfortunately its Winter so I didn't get to Explore the place properly, but I 100% recommend it, I am definitely coming back in Summer.

We stayed here for a big Thanksgiving party. The space was even perfect for 20 people cooking and having a good time. The price is amazing for the type of apar**ent. Well worth the stay. Outside the area there are many restaurants and food, but it also comes with a full kitchen so we cooked and brought our own food. The staff is very friendly to foreigners and make it a point to communicate with foreign guest. I will definitely stay here again.

Very good and very comfortable. The room is clean, the environment is very comfortable, quiet, the scenery is good, you can see the sea, well-equipped, you can project and broadcast songs, the customer service is very warm, the service is thoughtful, the explanation is very detailed, and you take the initiative to help. The room is huge, the service staff are very friendly and enthusiastic, the gym is well-equipped, and there is free bottled water, so you don't have to bring water to the gym. The children's playground is very clean and the baby has a lot of fun. There are many restaurants nearby, and there is also a small aquarium. You can also watch fireworks at night, which is really great. The baby's doll was forgotten in the hotel, and Stacy notified me by email in time and helped to mail it, which is really nice. this is my 3rd time booking for this hotel. I stayed for more than 1 week each time. The front desk receptionist and manager were very helpful and friendly. We were greet politely from the moment we step in the hotel main hall. During the stay our problems with hotel facilities such as card access and request for bottled drink were attended immediately without delay. They reception service is available 24/7. During my stay, the team extended their help on our Alipay issues, food ordering issues, medical attention and taxi booking. The payment for hotel stay and laundry was not tedious and the process is easy and fast. The location is strategic where it is close to a few convenience stores and restaurant. Outlets is just walkable distance from the hotel entrance. The hotel has a guarded compound therefore even though is near to the public beaches which is very crowded yet very secure and tranquil within the facility. Recently the construction work in front the hotel has completed where new pedestrian path and crossing traffic light were up and functioning. The hotel room is clean (daily room keeping) and provide all necessary personal consumable. Worth mentioned that they provided shoe cleaning kit, umbrella, additional slipper and towel for beach use. Overall, the hotel stay is worth the cost and will stay with them again.

This is my first time staying in this hotel. It is much better than expected. The hotel lobby is clean, the rooms are well decorated, and the pillows are very comfortable. The key point is that the price is cheap and cost-effective! The transportation is convenient, and the girl's service is good. She also handles the problem in a timely manner. I was delayed for an hour and needed to eat. The lady also delayed check-out for free. It was very user-friendly and I am very satisfied with it. It is worth recommending to everyone. The price, hygiene, etc. are much better than those of the same-priced express hotels. I really didn’t expect to experience such a cheap hotel. It feels so good, and there are free washing machines and dryers available, which is very convenient! The room environment is really worth staying here. The service is good, the environment is good and the hygiene is good! ! !

Our first choice’Regular Room’ was very cold with a small heater inside of it. We tried to get the second one but the duty officer was playing dumb and showing us the second layer of blankets 🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️😂😂😂 haha! Then, the lady manager came and very kindly offered us an alternate room in wooden house with a big heater inside. She was very nice and offered a hot coffee to warm up. The stay for kids was amazing. So many attractions are in the park beside. This compensates the old design and furniture of the hotel.

We were so noisy that night but no one complains (sorry and thank you neighboors haha) So perfect for our party . Special mention to one of the staff at the hotel his name is (BAKER) for upgrading our room it's so perfect for us thank you for all the help 🥰 Thank you much again interlaken hotel for letting us celebrate our Christmas party this is our second time and we very sure next year we will still celebrate here again ❤🥰 This place is the best! Highly recommended. 💯
