AAnonymous UserI’ll start with the highlight of our stay: the ski rental team at Yabuloni Hotel. Since rentals are included in the stay, we spent a fair amount of time with them, and they are truly world-class. Led by a charming and compassionate boss, the team of four （photo attached) is incredibly professional and approachable. They don’t just hand you gear; they perform thorough safety checks, ensure a perfect fit, and offer genuine tips for the slopes. They made our trip seamless and safe. They will be the reason why we will come back and stay here
Unfortunately, the hotel itself doesn't live up to that same standard. The hallways are dimly lit and poorly ventilated, a theme that continues into the rooms. The biggest issue was the bathroom, a persistent, foul sewage smell made us feel like we are using a public toilet that has not been cleaned for years. If this is 5 star standard, i'm afraid they have to do much much better.
To top it off, the reception staff felt poorly trained. Despite having plenty of people behind the desk, no one could answer basic questions about local attractions, slope openings, or even help us arrange a driver for dinner around the area. For the price point, they should think of how they can justify their service other than having a world class and helpful ski rental management team.

11360171****Arrived at the hotel with a mix of excitement and apprehension for winter in Harbin. As soon as we stepped out of the car, a handsome bellboy at the entrance, upon learning we were checking in, immediately helped with our luggage and escorted us to the front desk. The young lady at the front desk was warm and efficient with the check-in process, and the manager proactively upgraded our room. During our stay, a friendly host came to introduce the hotel's history and available services, then led us to our room, explaining how to use the facilities. We instantly felt at home. The century-old Russian-style aristocratic elevator is still operational, and the antique gramophone still plays music. The lobby is grand and opulent, with old artworks adorning the walls, truly showcasing the ceremonial charm of an historic hotel. Breakfast was also good, with specialties like pan-fried steak. While having coffee in the room, I accidentally broke a saucer, and the manager promptly assisted with the issue and waived the fee. Upon departure, they even gave us thoughtful little snacks. It was a very pleasant stay. My fondness for Harbin now comes from the warm people we encountered. I will definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends.

The moment you push open the hotel’s heavy wooden door, you’re struck by a dramatic contrast: outside, temperatures can plunge to minus 20 degrees Celsius, while inside, the space is warmly heated and filled with the soft, comforting tones of wood. This sharp contrast creates a deep sense of “safety” that many travelers find especially reassuring in extreme winter destinations.
The location is highly convenient. Numerous restaurants and entertainment facilities are nearby, making it easy to dine out or explore without long travel times. I was particularly drawn to the hotel’s Russian-style architecture—its pointed roofs, wooden structures, and strong geometric lines. These elements are not just decorative; they are practical designs shaped by the realities of heavy snowfall in high-latitude regions.
Heating at the hotel is excellent. Even in the depths of winter, it’s comfortable enough to wear short sleeves indoors while watching snowflakes drift past the window. The rooms are relatively spacious. While some of the furnishings show signs of age, they are well maintained and add a certain sense of character rather than detracting from the experience.
The staff are friendly and welcoming, always willing to help and provide information when needed. Their warmth and attentiveness contribute greatly to the overall comfort of the stay.
Overall, Yabuli Yabuluoni Business Hotel offers a cozy, reliable retreat amid the harsh winter climate, blending practicality, atmosphere, and genuine hospitality—an excellent choice for travelers visiting the Yabuli ski area.

I like this hotel very much. There are only five plank road snow view rooms in Xuexiang, all of which are in this hotel. The housekeepers at the front desk are super nice. They will pick you up at the mountain gate. You can find the front desk if you need anything. It is very convenient and warm. And the location is also very good. It is also very close to the big stone tablet. It is very convenient to take the scenic area bus. Xuexiang is really good. The price is not as expensive as it is said. There are also many performances. It is recommended to wear a pair of non-slip and waterproof snow boots, and you must wear gloves 🧤 It is a must for the little fairy who is afraid of cold.

I just wanted to take a moment to share my incredible experience at Snow Mushroom Hotel. Our stay was nothing short of fantastic, but what truly made this trip unforgettable was the amazing support from the hotel staff.
From the very beginning, they arranged all our travel needs, including car rentals and a wonderful driver who also acted as our guide. Wang Jingyu was our primary contact at the hotel, and his excellent communication skills in English made everything even smoother. They also accommodated my food preferences, which added a personal touch to our experience. Their attention to detail and personalized service made our family vacation one of the best we've ever had.
We’re filled with beautiful moments and cherished memories thanks to the care, support, and guidance provided by the team here. You all showed remarkable patience and kindness towards my family and me, making our stay truly special.

The bedding was spotless and odorless, the desk and floor were immaculate, and the bathroom was dry with no dirty corners – not even a speck of dust. It felt so clean and reassuring to stay there. As someone who pays attention to details, I'm extremely satisfied. I'd highly recommend it to anyone who values cleanliness. Plus, the hotel offers a very thoughtful pick-up and drop-off service from the station.

AAnonymous UserI highly recommend the twin room at the Xueshen Forest Hotel! The room facilities are new, and the layout is well-designed. The huge TV offers an excellent viewing experience, and there's a separate work area, making it very convenient for business travelers. The bedding is clean and tidy, and the natural light and ventilation are top-notch. It offers incredible value for money, and I'll definitely choose this place again next time! Plus, it included complimentary hot spring tickets and tickets to the Fairy Tale Forest, which was a super deal!

JJinxiaomaoThe hotel's afternoon tea was a highlight; the milk tea was delicious, and the Western-style pastries, yogurt, and desserts were all commendable. The room was a bit small but clean, with a Russian architectural style. The faucet was incredibly high (I'm 168cm, which is quite tall for a southerner, but I still couldn't reach the drying line in the bathroom – surprising for a Russian-style building with not-so-large rooms). The indoor heating definitely made you forget the outdoor cold. Recommended: It's very close to Metro Line 2 (3 stops to Harbin Ice and Snow World, Central Street, and Hongzhuan Morning Market are just a short walk away). There are plenty of BBQ joints and traditional pork stew restaurants nearby. It would be helpful to have two room cards for guests returning late at night. The service felt a bit robotic, understandable given the high foot traffic in the commercial area, which can lead to service fatigue. I'd still recommend this hotel for first-time visitors to Harbin, but the service needs to catch up with the room rates.

MMilansecretEverything about this hotel was great. Even though it was cold outside, the moment we stepped in, it was wonderfully warm. It's really close to Central Street and the subway station, and there's a bus stop right outside, which made it super convenient for traveling with seniors and kids. The staff were very attentive and helpful. We stayed for four nights and managed to see all the main attractions like Snow Town and the Ice and Snow World.

MM2g5sc2hr****I randomly chose a guesthouse in Xuexiang, and the service was absolutely amazing! The room was clean and cozy, and they even provided floral cotton-padded jackets for taking photos—it was so thoughtful! Most importantly, they offered free pick-up and drop-off. I'll definitely choose them again if I have the chance. I wish the owner great success in their business!
