"To all my fellow travelers visiting Harbin, you *must* stay here! The service attitude is absolutely fantastic. When checking in, they even contacted my parents to confirm my companion's identity and ask for their consent since I'm a minor – that's some serious responsibility! The water is free, and in the lobby, they have iodine swabs, nail clippers, and all sorts of daily necessities. Plus, lots of foreigners stay here too; I ran into so many Russians, haha.
When we checked out, my friend accidentally left something behind, and the front desk actually contacted us about it – what amazing service! It was a truly satisfying stay. The only minor downside is that some water tends to flow out from the shower area, but since it's a wet/dry separation, it's really quite good overall. ❤️

"Pros: Great location, very close to Central Avenue, Zhaolin Park, and Saint Sophia Cathedral, making it convenient to visit anytime. Taxis are easily accessible right outside the hotel. We stayed in a duplex family room, which had a nice decor and two large beds, offering separate spaces perfect for a family.
Cons: Our room was on the first floor, and there were some insects. The window faced a small street, so passersby could easily see into the room. The bathroom was poorly ventilated and had a very loud flushing sound, making it awkward to use if someone was sleeping. Breakfast was very ordinary; the Chinese dishes were acceptable, but the Western options like cakes, bread, milk, and cereals were quite poor. The afternoon tea was very basic with not much to eat, and I didn't see the evening congee, so I can't comment on that."

Zhangzhanger_We chose this hotel for our trip to Yabuli, and its location is fantastic. There are plenty of recreational activities right within the resort. Our stay was excellent; the room was clean and tidy, well-equipped, and the bedding was super comfortable. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and check-in was very efficient. The environment is quiet, and overall, it offers good value for money. Plus, the sightseeing cable car offers beautiful views, and the Rainbow Flying Carpet is exciting and fun! Highly recommend!

Upon entering, you're greeted by staff dressed in elegant period costumes, who are beautiful, dignified, and incredibly welcoming. Inside, you'll find a century-old elevator still in operation, a lavish lobby, and a wide selection of imperial costumes available for photo opportunities. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, featuring a stunning, bright, and elegant domed hall, and the Baroque-style rooms are exquisitely luxurious. The blend of ancient architecture with modern smart toilets enhances your stay perfectly. The hotel also provides a complimentary fruit platter, and the minibar is stocked with Madieer ice cream and Kvass for you to enjoy. If it's your birthday, the kitchen prepares a beautiful cake to celebrate, and the restaurant even offers complimentary birthday noodles. A big thank you to everyone there! Every staff member in the restaurant was incredibly enthusiastic and deserves high praise. Upon check-out, they even provided a parting gift (as shown in picture 1). The hotel's location is exceptional; a right turn outside leads directly to Central Street, and a left turn brings you to the Red Brick Morning Market in just a few minutes. In short, if I ever return to Harbin, I would choose this hotel again.

I can truly call this guesthouse a boutique gem. The rooms are clean and tidy, with a simple yet stylish decor, and the thoughtful service truly adds to its charm. The family suite features bunk beds, which is perfect for a family of four like ours.
The heating is excellent, and showering is convenient; you'll never feel cold indoors. Even when it's -20 degrees Celsius outside, you can comfortably wear a t-shirt inside.
The owner is incredibly welcoming, and the staff are attentive to every detail. You can bring any request to them, and they'll diligently assist. Every inquiry was met with a surprisingly positive response. Their meticulous service left us with a warm and wonderful experience during our trip.
The guesthouse's own restaurant was also full of pleasant surprises. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options. While it might not be as luxurious as a five-star hotel, it had a great balance of meat and vegetables, and both Chinese and Western dishes were available. The owner even prepared dishes according to guests' preferences, which was incredibly thoughtful. Lunch and dinner were made to order. The ingredients were fresh and never skimped on, and the tables and cutlery were clean and neat. Every detail reflected the owner's meticulous management philosophy.
More than half of the other guests staying there were from overseas. Everyone got along harmoniously and chatted happily at the guesthouse, unlike the isolated rooms of a five-star hotel where there's no interaction. This place felt more like a community of neighbors, where strangers became friends within the guesthouse.

Guest UserThe hotel offers a free shuttle service and has a lovely back garden. With an amusement park nearby and fantastic amenities like a gym and swimming pool, it really exceeded my expectations! The common areas are also clean and comfortable. The front desk staff were excellent, very professional and provided clear check-in instructions. Housekeeping was meticulous and the room was spotless, with plenty of toiletries. Highly recommended, it's a pet-friendly hotel too!

The butler helped with our luggage to the room and explained how everything worked. My child really enjoyed the breakfast set, and the other options were good too. While the variety wasn't huge, the taste was delicious. Afternoon tea was also nice, and the late-night wontons were tasty. We even received a farewell gift when we left. I was a bit hesitant at first after reading some negative reviews, but I'm so glad I booked this place. My child loved it, and I'm very satisfied! Thumbs up! 👍

Guest UserLet's start with the positives: The environment is quite nice, and it's very clean. The breakfast area also has a good atmosphere, and the food is decent. The service was okay.
Now for the negatives: The foot of the bed is too close to the TV, making the sleeping area feel very cramped. I kept bumping my leg on it, which created a strong sense of confinement. It was even difficult to turn around in the room because it felt so tight. Oddly, the bathroom was quite spacious. Also, the room door was warped and sagging, and the bathroom door was broken and wouldn't close.

They can arrange all sorts of activities with transportation, so you can just come by trains to Yabuli and they will arrange for everything you want.
The hotel also has a restaurant with excellent food, affordable price, and free hot drinks!!
The rooms are comfortable, clean, with basic amenities including bath towel and toiletries. Hot water was available 24/7, in a volumetric heated tank. So even if someone used up a lot of hot water, you can just wait for 15-30 minutes until the tank refilled with hot water. If I have any recommendation, the only thing would be to have more cloth hangers available in the rooms, because our trip was in winter, and we have a lot of jackets and coats.
Overall, would recommend this accommodation to my friends and families. Hope to visit you again!!

Booked this room for the convenience and affordability and it did not disappoint. If you’re looking to be well taken care off this is the place for you. The staff was very attentive and accommodative to our requests, they went the extra mile to ensure that we’re comfortable.
I contacted the hotel staff via WeChat a few days before arrival to the place. They provide free transportation to all/most attractions in Yabuli and even free pick-up service from yabulixi train station.
To save yourself the hassle, you can book the Ski attraction directly from them, 160 Yuan/pax. They will fetch you to and fro the attraction, settle the tickets and take the time to explain to you the processes. Trust me you wouldn’t want to end up lost in that place. We went for the horse sledge ride as well, 60 yuan/pax.
Overall it was an amazing experience, very family friendly and I’d recommend it to everyone who is seeking for convenience, comfort and service.

I never expected to find such a peaceful haven right in the middle of a bustling city. The soundproofing in the rooms is surprisingly good; once you close the door, you're completely cut off from the outside noise. What impressed me most was the bathroom – the shower had amazing water pressure, perfect for washing away the day's fatigue. The stay exceeded my expectations! I was immediately warmed by the friendly reception from the front desk staff, who patiently explained nearby sightseeing routes and even offered to help with my luggage. The room was clean and tidy with no unpleasant odors, the bedding was soft and comfortable against the skin, and the soundproofing was better than I expected, allowing me to get a good night's sleep even after a late-night trip. The breakfast selection was plentiful, with authentic local snacks and home-style porridge. Even the toiletries were gentle on the skin, making it excellent value for money! I'll definitely choose this place again next time and have already recommended it to my friends. It's definitely worth coming back many times!
