Quiet and comfortable, and very clean. The suite has a balcony, two toilets, a washing machine, and a stovetop, which is super convenient. The staff are all very warm and friendly. When I checked in, I requested a quiet room, and both rooms they gave me were quiet and comfortable. The view from the room is truly beautiful and healing. There's no entertainment center inside the hotel, but there's a supermarket on the first floor where you can buy some food and daily necessities. It's just a few minutes' walk to catch a bus, making it convenient to go anywhere. The shuttle service seems to be hourly, but there are also ** cars nearby that make getting to the gate very easy, or you can take a bus. There are some downsides, though. Calling for delivery at night was very quick, but in the morning and afternoon, the phone lines were unreachable. I had to go to the hallway to find the cleaning staff, but the aunties were very quick and had super good attitudes.
I had a truly fantastic stay! I usually stay in Taipa, but this time I chose Harbourview Hotel since I was visiting the Grand Prix Museum the next day, and I was pleasantly surprised. Huge thanks to the hotel for upgrading me to a suite – the room was incredibly spacious, and most importantly, it was spotless and well-maintained. I'll definitely book here again on my next trip to Macau. It's super convenient; you can take the Sands shuttle and just cross the road, or use public transport as there's a bus stop right opposite the hotel. There are water dispensers in the hallway, though only cold water, which was perfectly fine.
It was the best boutique hotel I ever experienced. We stayed 4days3nights there. Fast check-in, friendly staff especially Selene who help us with the check-in process, she gave the room that I request-high floor, near lift& room with a view of Macao tower. Selene handed out 2 roses for us. 🥰🥰🥰Such a sweet gesture. Fullly equiped hotel with AI toilet bowl, Dyson hair dryer, coffee machine & complimentary nail clipper. There is paid laundry area with iron& resting area with microwave& complimentary oats&tea!
Hotel S even gave us a complimentary photo at their rooftop bar as a memory with Macau tower as a background. Thank you Hotel S for making our stay a memorable one!Highly recommended hotel to stay in Macao!
The place was very convenient and highly accessible to Senado Square. There’s a nearby 24/7 convenience store and the place is surrounded by plenty of food options. The place was clean, and everything worked perfectly during my stay.
I arrived close to midnight, and while the staff when I checked-in was a local with limited English, I was still able to go through the check-in procedure smoothly. The staffs were friendly and accommodating, especially the morning shift, which was a fellow Filipino so it was easier to ask for some recommendations around the area.
Overall, I highly recommend this place! For directions, simply search Naughty Nuri on Google Maps. The alley on the left side will lead you to the accommodation.
The food options are quite convenient, and the hotel's location is great for catching the House of Dancing Water show. However, the soundproofing isn't great. You can clearly hear children running and shouting in the hallways, which I don't think is up to par for a five-star hotel; that was a real downside. The complimentary water and minibar drinks were decent. There's a bit of a view from outside, but unfortunately, the Ferris wheel was out of service for maintenance when I visited, so I didn't get to ride it.
This stay was truly a more-than-five-star experience! When I booked this hotel, I thought it would be a typical hotel, but to my surprise, it exceeded my expectations after checking in. If I ever come to Macau again, I would definitely choose to stay at this hotel!
**Facilities:** I stayed in a sea-view room with a balcony that offered direct ocean views – the scenery was absolutely stunning! It's really hard to find a hotel with a balcony in Macau. The hotel also has an outdoor heated swimming pool and a hot tub, and there's even a sauna in the changing rooms, so you can fully enjoy yourself even in winter! The hotel's decor is incredibly luxurious, making you feel like you're living in a palace, and the facilities all seem well-maintained.
**Breakfast:** Breakfast is served at the hotel's Parisian restaurant and is a buffet with a diverse selection. You can also order noodles, sandwiches, and omelets made to order on the spot, and they taste pretty good. What's more, they even offer ice cream for breakfast, which is really special! If you choose not to eat at the hotel, there are plenty of 'cha chaan teng' (local diners) and other restaurants just across the road, some even open 24 hours!
**Transportation:** The hotel is located right in Fisherman's Wharf, particularly close to Casino Oceanus and Sands, so you can take their shuttle buses from Gongbei Port to get near the hotel. There's also a bus stop not far from the hotel, so transportation is incredibly convenient. If you need a taxi, the hotel concierge can even help you call one.
**Service:** The hotel staff's service attitude is genuinely excellent – very warm, thoughtful, and makes you feel right at home!
The room facilities were a bit dated, but very clean, and the towels were of good quality. All the basic amenities were provided, including a phone charger, mini-fridge, iron, and hairdryer. We booked a sea view room, and the view from the window was great, though it rained both days we were there, which was a shame as it would have been even prettier. The hotel breakfast offered fresh ingredients and a rich variety, a mix of Chinese and Western dishes. Even the jam for the bread was homemade, and the juice was high quality.
From the front desk to the baggage services, gym, and spa, the hotel staff provided excellent service. The gym was small but had basic equipment, and the swimming pool was outdoors. The massage therapist at the spa was from the Philippines; I highly recommend Michelle, she was fantastic (I got a promotional deal: 60 minutes for MOP 599 including service charge, plus tax, so the total was MOP 680-something, originally MOP 890). When leaving, the concierge helped call a taxi, but the waiting time was a bit long, especially in the rain.
The hotel is located in the old town, within walking distance of attractions like the Ruins of St. Paul's, Senado Square, the souvenir street, and St. Lazarus Quarter. There's a 'Geng Ji Dim Sum' right outside the hotel; if you cross the street and turn right, it's delicious and affordable – highly recommended. Also, the ice cream shop in the picture is excellent.
Macau is small, and I recommend experiencing local transportation. This time, I unlocked the public transport mode. You can enable overseas travel on Alipay, search for Macau, and use the travel code to scan and pay for rides, which are a flat MOP 6. For the light rail, you need to buy tickets at the counter; scanning is not an option.
Location: It's a 20-minute walk from the Outer Harbour Ferry Terminal, and a 30-minute ride from the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge border gate on the Sands Hotel shuttle. After getting off, Artyzen Grand Lapa is right next door, which is very convenient. Within a 10-minute walk, you can reach attractions like Fisherman's Wharf, Golden Lotus Square, and the Grand Prix Museum. There are many elevators on the streets of Macau for crossing overhead walkways or underpasses, which is very user-friendly. Macau cars drive fast, so be sure to follow traffic rules and make the most of escalators and elevators on the roadside. You can take the Sands shuttle next door to places like The Venetian in Taipa. Walking to the Ruins of St. Paul's and Grand Lisboa takes 30-40 minutes. Public buses are also very convenient; use a ride-hailing app to automatically convert currency and pay.
Ambiance: The hotel is indeed a bit old, with a retro feel, but it's very clean. There's a slight damp smell, but it's not bothersome. The room windows are sealed, offering a decent view but not much airflow. We booked connecting rooms with a double door in the middle. We had staff open it beforehand for access. It was essentially one king room connected to one twin room, perfect for families. However, be sure not to close the door to the twin room, as it can't be opened once shut. If you need soundproofing, just close the door to the king room. You can use mainland chargers directly in the room, and the hotel also provides adapter cables, which is a thoughtful touch. Although a bit old, it's clean and tidy. The toiletries and bath products are high-quality, with a white tea scent. There's a capsule coffee machine and tea bags, and two separate bathrooms are very convenient.
Service: The hotel management is very organized. From the moment we entered, the service was excellent. During our two-night, three-day stay, I never had to open the lobby door myself; the doormen were always friendly, greeting us and offering help. Check-in was orderly, and every staff member was very nice, automatically switching languages for each guest without any arrogance or discrimination. They listened patiently to guests' needs and offered excellent suggestions. Luggage storage was also very organized, with room numbers on tags for each piece of luggage, so there was no worry about mixing them up. The staff were very diligent and friendly. At check-out, they proactively asked for feedback and didn't pressure for good reviews, sending us off with smiles.
Complaints: The room's soundproofing isn't great. We could clearly hear conversations from next door, not to mention the sound of flushing toilets, which was even more noticeable. Light sleepers should consider this carefully. Because I didn't want to be disturbed, I pressed the 'do not disturb' switch every day before leaving, but upon returning, I found that someone had still entered and cleaned the room. While I appreciate the cleaning service, since I had already pressed the 'do not disturb' button, I hope the cleaning staff will pay more attention.
Regarding smoking, the hotel has clear no-smoking signs, and there's a designated smoking area outside the lobby. On the streets, 'no smoking, fine' signs are everywhere. Self-awareness is key!
Overall, the check-in experience was good value for the price. The hotel isn't as lively as some casino hotels but is more suitable for guests who prefer a quiet and quality stay. I would choose Artyzen Grand Lapa again on my next visit to Macau.
Had a fantastic stay at YOHO Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel, Macao. The hotel feels modern, classy, and well-maintained, with a stylish design that gives a premium vibe the moment you step in. One of my favourite parts was the beautiful sea-facing view towards Hengqin, which made the stay extra relaxing.
My room was very spacious and comfortable, and I loved having a private balcony to enjoy the view. The highlight for me was definitely the huge bathtub — perfect for unwinding after a full day out. The amenities were also great, with stable Wi-Fi, mini-bar, and in-room entertainment, making it a very complete and luxurious stay overall.
If you’re booking the Suite King, do note that these rooms are usually limited in units and are often located near the last few rooms on each floor, likely because of the bigger room size and layout. So it’s best to book early if you want to secure this room type.
I also enjoyed the facilities, especially the outdoor pool and fitness centre. The hotel is also family-friendly with a kids’ pool and play area, which makes it a great choice if you’re travelling with children. If you’re looking for extra relaxation, the spa treatments are a nice touch too.
The hotel provides a shuttle bus service, which makes travelling to nearby attractions more convenient. However, one small downside is that if you’re coming by public transport, you may need to walk a bit from the nearest LRT station to reach the hotel.
The room was nice; I booked a sea-view room.
My daughter and I used to come here when she was little. Back then, it was quite new, with a beautiful and very comfortable environment, and it was called The Westin Resort Macau.
Originally, The Westin Resort Macau opened in 1993 and was renovated in 2004. In 2013, it won the Silver Award in the 'Macau Green Hotel Award.' In 2020, it was rebranded as the Grand Coloane Resort.
Now, under new management, the attention to detail in the decor is not as good as before, and it hasn't been redecorated, so it feels a bit dated. However, its unique location, right by Hac Sa Beach, makes it perfect for a family vacation away from the hustle and bustle. The original hotel architecture and garden design still retain that holiday vibe.
I'll definitely come back, hoping for some improvements, especially with the details.

My 2nd & 3rd visit in staying here at Studio City. My very 1st time in Macau was a hotel next street. Many restaurants in Studio City from basic dining to fine dining all under 1 roof. Most Suitable for young kids to old folks. We strongly recommend to stay here.
We celebrate here my daughter 8th birthday and the room was so big and the balcony view was do good. Love their services from check in up to check out.
Staying at Harbourview Hotel Macau for 15 days was a wonderful experience. The location is excellent, offering stunning views of the harbor and easy access to nearby attractions. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to assist. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay. The amenities, including the pool and fitness center, added to the convenience and relaxation. Breakfast options were diverse and delicious. Overall, Harbourview Hotel Macau offers great value, combining comfort, service, and a prime location. I highly recommend it for both leisure and business travelers looking for a memorable stay.
It is a great hotel with view. Like all other hotels nearby, it is huge. Walking within the hotel can sometimes be tiring. It is connected by foot bridge to Parisian and Londoner hotels. Lots of high end shops. It is a bit too many to my opinion. One issue of this hotel is the sound proof. You can actually hear other guests in the room. Although there is no cigarette smell in the room, I do smell that in the lifts left over by the guest breath. I don’t think anyone actually smoke in the lift. Otherwise, the staff are very helpful. BTW, the Eiffel Tower offer is nothing special. It is free to visit to the viewing platform at 7th floor to everyone. To go to the top is not included. Hotel bus transfers between ferry ports and borders are free to everyone, not just the hotel guests. All hotels in the area offer the same.
The room we stayed is big and it has everything we need included. The location was convenient and we could easily travel from one place to another on foot.
Amazing hospitality of the staffs from the reception (alice) and the ambassadress (diane), the joyful vibes of each of them. The housekeeping (lorence) who really make effort to help us bring somethings to the room even its not his work, greetings and welcoming vibes. Thankyou galaxy for the amazing experience , a luxurious hotel indeed! From The Grand Resort Deck and Galaxy kids edutainment a very high recommended for family. You dont get bored, everything is exciting and amazing. Thankyou again for all the amenities and effort. Till our next visit.
Lovely luxury feel for a lower budget. Corner room was lovely, had a view of the race course from our room. Mini fridge and water was well stocked. Reception were attentive and provided extra amenities (ie cutlery) upon request. Clean communal areas. The products provided in the bathroom felt luxurious. The do not disturb / door bell system was simple to use.
This is the 1st time I stayed in hotel Lisboa , I am so so happy as they have given a very nice room with great view , nice musical fountain show every night from Wynn macau hotel just across my room and we can see the Grand Prix macau too. The hotel staffs are super friendly, helpful and always have a nice smile on their face. Anne was the one to showed us to our room she was very helpful n patient to explain every single detail in the room to us. Location wise is super good and can easily excess to many places . Overall we are happy and blessed to stay with Hotel Lisboa . Thank you guys 😘
