An absolutely wonderful stay! I booked the Jingxin King Room, which was spacious and comfortable, with a mattress that was just the right balance of soft and firm – super relaxing. The window in the room was a huge plus, providing ample natural light and allowing for fresh air, making it feel anything but stuffy. What impressed me most was the meticulous cleanliness; the sheets and duvet were spotless and odor-free, and every surface and corner, even the usually neglected spots, were dust-free. The service was impeccable too; from check-in to any daily requests, responses were incredibly prompt. The staff were gentle, professional, and made the entire experience fantastic! I'll definitely choose this place again next time.

The hotel is beautiful, clean, and reasonably priced. The location is very convenient for traveling, close to convenience stores and restaurants. You can walk around and explore. The staff can speak English. The rooms and cafe are beautifully decorated. There are a few minor shortcomings.The room isn't soundproof. If people in the next room are talking or walking up and down the stairs, you can hear them quite clearly. However, if I have the chance, I would like to come back and stay here again.

The location is fantastic, right by the Grand Tang Mall (Datang Buyecheng), and just across the street from Joy City. We didn't experience any long traffic jams either! The breakfast was really good, with Xi'an specialties like Rou Jia Mo (meat sandwich), oil tea, oil cakes, and spinach noodles. It's perfect for someone like me who doesn't take the kids to morning markets. The executive lounge offers great views of the Big Wild Goose Pagoda. Next time I'm in Xi'an, I'll definitely choose The Westin again.

The hotel environment is quite good, located in the central area of Xi'an's North City, making it very convenient for getting around. It offers good value for money, with spacious and bright rooms, and comfortable, clean bedding. The rooms are well-equipped with a coffee machine and an air purifier, which is very convenient. The service is also excellent. A big thank you to Guest Relations Monica for arranging my room in advance, especially for the free room upgrade and complimentary breakfast. This will be my first choice for future stays.

W Hotel Xi'an · A truly fantastic 5-star experience, book with your eyes closed! **① Room** I booked a Wonderful room, and it felt closer to 60 sqm – super spacious! It had a separate entryway, walk-in closet, a bathroom with a dry/wet separation, a small living area, and the main bedroom. The space utilization was incredibly comfortable. The floor-to-ceiling windows offered a direct view of Qujiang Pool, and at night, you could see the entire expanse of lights on the opposite bank (though you couldn't see the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, the night view was still absolutely stunning). W's signature cloud bed and lemongrass scented toiletries made for such a comfortable stay; I slept until I naturally woke up. **② Service** Whatever/Whenever isn't just a slogan! I was half an hour late, and the front desk directly upgraded me to a high-floor lake-view room for free. In the middle of the night, I craved some snacks, and hot steamed dumplings + cold noodles were delivered in 20 minutes. Upon check-out, they even gave me osmanthus cake as a souvenir. I felt incredibly pampered throughout the entire stay; the attention to service details was perfect. **③ Breakfast** The variety was exceptionally rich! There were Chinese, Western, and Japanese options, but the local Shaanxi specialty section was even more appealing – freshly pulled biangbiang noodles, lamb paomo, roujiamo, zenggao, hulutang, and gaga tang were all available. There was also a live egg station, fresh fruit, and a bakery section. I ate until I was stuffed every day. **④ Location & Transportation** It's right by Qujiang Pool, offering a quiet yet upscale environment. It takes about 15 minutes by taxi to get to the Big Wild Goose Pagoda and Datang Everbright City. The Big Wild Goose Pagoda station on Metro Line 3/4 is about a 10-minute walk away, and it's also very close to the Muslim Quarter, Bell and Drum Towers, and the City Wall, making getting around completely effortless. **⑤ Other** I booked this stay through Trip.com, and the entire process was incredibly smooth. The pre-communication, invoicing, and points were all handled very well. Huge thanks to the Trip.com team!

The location is absolutely perfect: the hotel is nestled right in the heart of the [city center business district/scenic area], just a few minutes' walk from the subway station. You'll find an abundance of dining and shopping options nearby, making it incredibly convenient whether you're traveling for business or leisure. Comfortable and thoughtful facilities: The room was surprisingly clean and tidy, and the bedding was so soft it felt like sleeping on a cloud. The soundproofing was excellent, ensuring I wasn't disturbed by any outside noise. The bathroom featured a wet and dry separation, equipped with [high-end bath products/a smart toilet] that felt very luxurious. Combined with the great natural light from the panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows, my stay was incredibly comfortable. The public gym is well-equipped, allowing me to maintain my workout routine even while traveling.

The lobby of the Shangri-La Hotel, Xi'an, still exudes the grand presence of a five-star hotel. However, it's an older property, and the room's furnishings, fixtures, and lighting feel quite dated. While guests in their seventies or eighties might appreciate this classic style, I personally lean towards more modern, design-centric hotels. Consequently, I only opted for a one-night stay. The bathroom lacks a smart toilet, and the bathtub is traditional, but everything is well-maintained and in good working order. The shower boasts excellent water pressure, and the body wash has a pleasant leafy, herbal scent. The hotel's swimming pool is good. Breakfast lived up to five-star standards, featuring a selection of local Xi'an snacks. My main dissatisfaction, however, was with the pillows. Shangri-La's pillows were disappointingly soft and offered absolutely no support. Given that a good night's sleep is crucial for hotel guests, the quality of pillows is by no means a trivial matter! On this front, I truly hope this established Shangri-La can put its pride aside and learn from its more nimble counterpart, Atour, to make improvements!

The hotel has a great location, very quiet, with a passageway leading to the Tang Paradise. It's open from 9 am to 10 pm. I booked a twin room, but the room was small, and one bed was very close to the bar, waking me up several times with the noise of the refrigerator. The breakfast was mediocre; the boiled eggs were not fresh, and the overall dishes were somewhat perfunctory. The service was also subpar; perhaps because it's a northern city, the staff are a bit rough around the edges. The receptionist and her supervisor on the day of my check-in were very unprofessional, even complaining about their hotel's cleaning staff in front of me.

Choosing this hotel for my trip was such a therapeutic experience! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was completely charmed. The warm lighting paired with the minimalist yet high-quality decor created an incredible ambiance, and there was even a faint, pleasant fragrance in the air. The front desk service was efficient and enthusiastic; they proactively helped me with my luggage, and check-in took no more than 5 minutes. They also thoughtfully informed me about nearby parking and popular photo spots – super considerate! The room was even more delightful than the pictures! I was immediately impressed by how clean and tidy everything was. The floors gleamed, and the bedding was fluffy and soft; lying down felt like sinking into a cloud, instantly melting away the fatigue from my late-night journey. The dry and wet separation in the bathroom was excellent, hot water came out instantly and had a stable temperature, and the toiletries had a subtle herbal scent and felt just as luxurious as high-end brands. The biggest surprise, and a detail-lover's dream, was the thoughtful touches: USB charging ports by the bed, an eye-friendly desk lamp, and even dust bags and an ironing board thoughtfully provided in the closet!

Facilities: The facilities are incredibly comprehensive and well-maintained. There are two swimming pools, plus numerous small hot spring soaking pools, which were a real treat!♨️ Staff: The staff are exceptionally warm and welcoming; every single person proactively greeted us and made us feel valued. Cleanliness: The cleanliness was truly impeccable. Even I, with my very high standards, was thoroughly impressed and completely satisfied. Ambiance: The environment is serene, secluded, and offers excellent privacy. Our private hot spring room was fantastic, featuring both a dry sauna and a wet steam sauna – a truly nice touch!🧖‍♀️ There were also both indoor and outdoor showers. The outdoor private hot spring pool was absolutely phenomenal! Service: Our butler provided incredibly warm, thoughtful, and attentive service. Any questions or needs regarding our children's water activities during our stay were handled promptly and efficiently. We also received complimentary coffee and welcome fruits, which was a lovely gesture. Their hospitality was truly outstanding; for instance, when we went out to watch the ”Song of Everlasting Sorrow” performance, they even helped us dispose of our takeout trash! Every single detail was meticulously taken care of, making our stay exceptionally comfortable. We will definitely be returning! We are beyond satisfied and highly recommend this place for family trips.
