The room facilities are complete, clean, and tidy, and the bedding is spotless. The restaurant has a great atmosphere with local characteristics. The service attitude is also good, and the transportation is convenient, as it's located right in the Bell Tower business district.

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic! It's right next to a vibrant night market, making it super lively. What's more, it's only about 100 meters from the subway station – you step out of the station and practically see the hotel, which is incredibly convenient! Despite being above a night market, the room's soundproofing is excellent; we didn't hear any noise at all. The front desk staff, especially the 'sweet' receptionist, deserves five-star praise! She was beautiful and kind, and her service attitude was top-notch, also five stars! She even upgraded our room for free, gave us a complimentary minibar, and provided a lovely fruit platter, late-night porridge, and bedtime milk. She was always willing to help, and the service was truly superb! The room environment was also great, with ample lighting, comfortable hot water, and a very cozy bed. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit. Everything from the service to the quality was excellent and highly recommended!

Traveling from Beijing with my parents to see the Lantern Festival in Zigong, we decided to break up the drive in Xi'an. We chose the Sheraton primarily because of its reliable brand reputation. And it certainly didn't disappoint! From the moment we checked in, the front desk staff was incredibly welcoming. Throughout our stay, they were always attentive to our needs. The room was spotless, and the no-smoking policy was strictly enforced – a big thumbs up! The breakfast was extensive, and the service staff were all very friendly. Although we accidentally left something behind after checking out, the concierge staff went above and beyond to help us retrieve it. It truly was a heartwarming trip!

The B&B boasts an excellent location, right in the city center, making transportation incredibly convenient. There are plenty of great restaurants and shopping options nearby. The room's decor is unique, and the bedding is clean and soft. Overall, the room is spotless and well-equipped, making for a very comfortable stay. The host is warm and welcoming, and communication was seamless. It offers great value for money, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time.

The hotel is directly opposite the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, and you can see it from the breakfast area while having coffee, which really added to the joy of my trip. It's truly a prime location within the scenic area. The room's cleanliness was excellent, and the sheets weren't stiff at all, making for a very comfortable stay overall. I've already recommended it to friends who are planning to visit soon. Plus, the Joy City mall across the street is super convenient for dining and shopping.

The hotel's ambiance is elegant, with design elements that truly capture the ancient charm of Xi'an. The lobby on the top floor offers a fantastic view! Room facilities include an air purifier, coffee machine ☕️, and a smart toilet! The smart room control system is very convenient! The housekeeping staff are meticulous and thorough, keeping the room spotlessly clean! The large floor-to-ceiling windows provide excellent natural light! Maria from guest relations called in advance to arrange room services, which was very thoughtful. The room she arranged also had a great view! The afternoon tea and meals at the executive lounge, while simple, were still of good quality. It was a very pleasant experience! I'll definitely be back!

It's actually quite good, but there's a long-term resident who can be a bit noisy. They were clanging around all night, so I barely slept. I went for breakfast in the morning; the front desk staff and owner were really nice, highly recommend. There are two separate bathrooms, and it would be even better if there were squat toilets.

This stay was fantastic, definitely a full five-star rating! The hotel's location is super convenient, and it even offers free underground parking. There's an elevator straight to the lobby for check-in, and the front desk staff were incredibly welcoming. The room was spotlessly clean, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the bathroom had a great wet/dry separation. All the toiletries were provided, and the hot water supply was very stable. The breakfast in the morning had a wide variety of options, both Western and Chinese, with fresh ingredients and good taste.

The W Hotel has a very stylish and modern design. During this stay, the suite came with a complimentary minibar and some special snacks, both of which were delicious. We took the kids to experience the pool and gym, and it's by far the largest I've seen in a five-star hotel. The pool is heated and there's also a hot tub, perfect for swimming and working out. The room was spacious, and the bathrobes were incredibly soft and comfortable. We were also pleasantly surprised that they provided a special bathrobe for our child. This hotel definitely does a better job than other hotels we've stayed at in Xi'an. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and they even had two different types of Roujiamo (meat burgers), which was a nice local touch. I really loved the hotel's cheese too.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and truly appreciated the excellent service throughout our visit. The hotel was amazing — clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. A special thank you to the staff for their kindness and flexibility. The laundry service was very convenient, and they kindly helped us extend our room until 6:00 pm, which made our departure day much more comfortable and stress-free. U The service was attentive and professional, making us feel well taken care of. We are very grateful for the hospitality and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.
