Tune Hotel Georgetown is a very convenient place to stay, especially for travelers who want easy access to the city. The location makes it simple to get around, whether you’re exploring local attractions or looking for nearby food options. The hotel is clean and well-maintained, offering a comfortable environment throughout the stay. The staff are friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions or needs.

The hotel's design is quite industrial. The front desk staff can mostly communicate in English. The room is a bit small and feels like it's cobbled together from different sections. However, it's fairly well-equipped. Breakfast: Limited selection. They have vegetarian sandwiches, noodles, coffee, and eggs. There's the Blue Mansion nearby, which you can visit for a fee. In the evening, there's a food court next door with a variety of food and drinks, definitely worth checking out.

Very good experience staying at Citadines, nice environment. But there is an issue where the firing alarm since happen frequently, and the smoke ventilator will be running with very loud noise, which affect my sleep although actually there is no smoke present.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel! The location is perfect — very central and convenient. For travelers like me who don’t drive, this place is incredibly ideal. You can easily walk to many spots, and getting around is completely hassle-free. The room was clean and comfortable, and the whole experience was wonderful. I would definitely come back again!

My flight was later in the evening but late check out timing will be 12 pm the latest. In this case I will be out without room for quite a number of hours. To my surprise, the hotel does cater a room for guests to rest and sit in after check out. This room is provide for guests who has check out but flight is much later, to have a place to rest and relax before proceeding to the airport. This is a very thoughtful action.  Thanks.

It is a beach front hotel. The reception staff is friendly and nice. There is a shop opposite the reception . You can buy shop batik clothes, souvenirs, swimsuits and jewellery there. There is a lounge too with open sea view. You can feel relaxed with music and enjoy drinks there. The room is clean and spacious. There is a swimming pool for kids . It is a nice beach for children to play and swim too . Guests can park car in the car park. The is a gym with swimming pool views. But it is small and not lots of equipment. There are some restaurant in walking distance.

I did not book room with breakfast but decided to hv it the next morning. Upon paying I ask for receipt but was told no receipt will be issued. Wonders why? Restaurant staff hv language barriers. Either they dont speak or understand which is seriously annoying when you ask for something and they think you are talking in a foreign language when it’s just simple English. Checking in out is way too long, only one staff manning the reception.

Jazz Hotel truly lives up to its name — stylish, cozy, and full of vibe! 🎷 The neon “JAZZ IS LIFE” sign at the entrance sets the perfect mood the moment you walk in. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathtub was amazing — spacious, modern, and perfect for relaxing after a long day 🛁✨ I especially loved the cute pink bath bomb they provided — such a thoughtful touch! 💗 Every detail felt carefully designed to make guests feel at home. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Penang — relaxing, fun, and full of good energy! 💫

I absolutely love this hotel! It far exceeded my expectations. Initially, I just wanted a value-for-money option for my Penang trip, but staying here turned out to be amazing. The location is very convenient for exploring George Town’s attractions. The breakfast is fantastic! On my last day, I had to catch an early flight and paid for breakfast—never expected the variety and quality of food to be so worth the price. The staff are friendly, and the housekeeping team is polite and welcoming. The night view through the floor-to-ceiling windows was my favorite moment each night. I’ll definitely choose St Giles again when I return to Penang!

We love our stay here! Free yummy cookies when we checked in. haha! Room is awesome and the seaview is awesome too! Location is great, staff is friendly & we highly recommend this hotel when in Penang!
