We were in our Hoony moon and we can say this is the best hotel we had in China! People at front desk is polite and friendly. The room had an incredible view and was clean. We used the laundry zone and Worked perfectly. The breakfast was very good it had west options like boiled eggs and fried eggs, bread, cereal, yogurth and an amazing american coffee. The location was great, 15 minutes walking to the cable station to go to the tianmen mountain. Also a very good place to be to the pick up for tours and Didi and very near to the bus station. They had the Service of pick up at the train station and were punctual. We strongly recommend it.

The room decor was cozy and well-equipped. The front desk arranged for housekeepers to clean our room every day during our multi-day stay, and their service was very warm and friendly. Anything we needed could be delivered by a robot at any time. The hotel is very close to the river view, making its location convenient for getting around. It's a great hotel!

They proactively reached out a day before my arrival to confirm my check-in time and provided the precise location, which was very thoughtful. The room is well-equipped, and the location is incredibly convenient. Right downstairs, you have direct access to Jiefang West Road, Pozi Street, Taiping Old Street, IFS, and the pedestrian street. The customer service attendant was also wonderfully attentive. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

The facilities are complete and high-end, and the hygiene is impeccable. The environment is quiet and elegant; we booked a scenic room, and opening the window revealed stunning mountain views, truly refreshing. The restaurant offers healthy and hygienic food with a wide variety of choices. The service was attentive and thoughtful; since we were on vacation, we didn't have to worry about a thing. The staff proactively helped us plan our itinerary, making everything from dining to accommodation and transportation very convenient.

I really enjoyed my 2 night stay at the Hilton Garden Inn hotel. The room was spacious and clean. The king size bed was comfortable however the pillows were a little too worn for my liking. The breakfast food was great and with adequate choice of hot, cold, west and east options. The hotel is located conveniently to food areas. With only a 5minute didi Ride to shops and food. Only 10 minutes didi Ride to zhangjiajie tourist area. 30 minutes didi from high speed rai station And 30 minutes to 72 wonders building. Great stay. Highly recommended.

This stay was a pleasant surprise! The hotel is in an excellent location, and it is very convenient for shopping and dining. The room is spacious and bright, and the panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows have a great view. It is so relaxing to overlook the city night view at night. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas. What I remember most is the service. When I needed a sewing kit during the stay, the staff delivered it to the room in less than 5 minutes. When I checked out, Phoebe took the initiative to ask for help calling a taxi, which was very considerate! The whole experience was comfortable and worry-free, and I have recommended it to my friends.

The room is very clean and spacious. It's my first time to this hotel. I'm very satisfied with it as a whole. The service staff are very friendly. The hotel is near Fisherman's Wharf. There is also a Sam's Club within walking distance. You can also take a walk along the Xiangjiang River at night. It's convenient for travel. I will come again next time.

The experience in the hotel room far exceeded my expectations! As a newly renovated room type, it features a smart control system throughout, which is both easy to operate and feels premium. The 24-hour fresh air system keeps the room air consistently fresh, completely free of any strange odors. The oversized floor-to-ceiling window is the highlight; pulling back the curtains reveals a direct view of Tianmen Mountain's picturesque landscape. Waking up to misty clouds in the morning and enjoying the sunset glow in the evening, every photo taken turns out wallpaper-worthy. The bedding uses an American Sealy mattress, which is perfectly firm and soft, paired with clean and tidy linens, allowing me to fall asleep instantly after a day of hiking and deeply relieve fatigue. The circular fill light design in the bathroom is incredibly thoughtful, showing exquisite attention to detail. Overall cleanliness is perfect, with no dust or odors in the corners, providing a truly reassuring stay.

We booked 2 rooms when visiting Furong Ancient Town. We planned to celebrate mom’s birthday and really appreciate the hotel upgrades our room. The hotel also decorated some surprises for my mom in one of the room we stay. The hotel is nearby to the ancient town about 5mins walk only. Overall our one day stay is satisfying and nothing to complaint. One thing to highlight is about the small insect will be everywhere due to the nature of the location. Once again, thanks for the hotel upgrades and special arrangements for my mom.

The night before, I booked the Hilton Changsha Shimao through the Hilton platform, and the experience was utterly terrible. The soundproofing was awful. I was woken up at 3 AM by noise from the hallway and didn't sleep a wink all night, ending up with a pounding headache. First thing in the morning, I rebooked at the InterContinental via Trip.com. Miss Anna Jiang at the front desk was incredibly professional, friendly, and genuinely warm. I was so touched! She walked me to the elevator, introduced me to the hotel facilities and restaurants. She even pre-warned me that the river view rooms are near the elevators and to let them know if I experienced any noise so I could switch rooms. The concierge staff were also very proactive and helpful; I really appreciate their assistance. Although the hotel's hardware facilities are a bit old, they are well-maintained and clean. The room view was lovely, overlooking the delta where the Liuyang River and Xiang River converge. There's a direct passage to the adjacent shopping malls (Beichenhui/Joy City), making dining and shopping very convenient. Breakfast here has the best Western pastries among all the international brand hotels I've stayed at in the past few months. It really suited my preferences, and the coffee was made with an espresso machine. There were also plenty of Chinese options, including rice noodles, but the texture wasn't quite to my liking; they were a bit too thick. Before checking out, I realized I'd left a ring in the room. I called, and they informed me it had already been found and sent to the concierge. It was perfect timing as I was just returning from visiting the Changsha Museum and picked it up on my way back. Oh, and right across from the hotel are the 'Three Museums and One Hall,' which are within walking distance. For food deliveries, you have to pick them up from external lockers, which is understandable and acceptable to me.
