Anonymous UserWe had a wonderful stay at the Inbal Hotel. The service was excellent, the staff were friendly and professional, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location is fantastic and made it easy to explore Jerusalem. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options. Overall, we had a very enjoyable experience and would definitely recommend the Inbal Hotel to anyone visiting Jerusalem. We would be happy to stay here again!

From reception, boarding, housing facilities, room service, dining and more. They are all five-star or above, and the highest is 6-star service. The only disadvantage is that the room size is relatively small.

I am very satisfied with the room, retro and warm, with a large bathtub and a steam bath! Drinks in the small refrigerator are also free. We will help you organize it twice a day. The tour guide arranged is a history lecturer.

We received a room with a air conditioner that didn’t work
The temperature was unbearable
The hotel offered to switch our room at 02:00 am
Needless to say it was a sleepless night.
The staff was friendly, but no one offered to compensate us.
Breakfast was good, so at least we had that.
We expected more from a 5 star hotel.

בלהה דויטשThe stay at the hotel was enjoyable.
The hotel is centrally located in the city.
There is a view. Breakfast is plentiful.
Just the smell in the bathroom in the room was not good ..
Other than that everything is fine.

dyduchA bit disappointed of the hotel, picture looks super nice but in real it’s not like that at all.. room are very dark and super noisy receptionist not very friendly or welcoming, breakfast is fine but on the basement, you don’t really want to stay at the restaurant.. Plus they put tones of conditioner and body lotion but zero shampoo and shower gel. Last thing, zero consideration on sustainability or ecological question (towel or amenities)
