1) We had encountered room that is not well maintained but u can always asked them to change the room or clean it better
2) Nothing special about the breakfast but it keep u full!
3) This is an old hotel so have some expectation on the rundowns
4) It is far from shops so if u want to go out u can either grab or drive out"

Anonymous UserThe stay was great. The staff delivered a complimentary slice of cake as the check in date coincided with my hubby’s birthday. Very nice and sweet of the reception staff.
All guests received warm chocolate cookies too. Just nice to have them for supper or snack😊
Facilities were good too though we didn’t use it.
Buffet Breakfast was good but we didn’t try all the food as there were just too much food to try.. room amenities were basic and good and room was spacious.
Overall stay was good. Will consider coming back due to their great service.
Location is also quite near to JB Sentral about 10-15 minutes walk.

I had a very pleasant stay at Fraser Place Puteri Harbour. The overall experience was excellent from check-in to check-out.
The reception staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. They were professional and always ready to assist whenever I had any questions or needed help, which made the whole stay feel comfortable and hassle-free.
The room was clean, tidy, spacious and well maintained. Everything was properly prepared when I arrived, and the room felt comfortable and relaxing. The facilities were also in good condition, and I really enjoyed the peaceful environment and beautiful surrounding views.
The location is convenient and the overall atmosphere of the property is quiet and relaxing. I especially appreciated the cleanliness and the good service provided by the staff.
Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay and definitely good value for money. I would happily stay at Fraser Place Puteri Harbour again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable and relaxing place to stay in the Puteri Harbour area.

HappySoulThe outlook of the hotel looks great but the inside the room not so favorable.
There was blood stain on bedsheet, and aircon one moment warm, one moment super cold … not sure what to think of it 🥲
The bed, not so comfortable to sleep on and very low level, for elderly not really good for them
Room size is small and a little squeeze for 2 persons. The bathroom lights are too dim
Breakfast wise, not so fantastic. Would recommend eat out since near by have many eatery options

FeilaifeiqudeniDecided to stay for one night last minute and just picked a random hotel. I asked the front desk for their price and then compared it with Ctrip, and since Ctrip had a better deal, I booked through them. The check-in process was quick and efficient, and guests can also park for free. Our twin room actually had one large bed and one small bed, which was perfect for a family of three. The bathroom was quite spacious, and the shower area wasn't small either. The only downside was the poor soundproofing. The bed was comfortable though, and it was excellent value for money!

Farah Hanim HussinEven though we only stayed one night, we really enjoyed our time there. The breakfast was complete and varied, and we had dinner at the Nelayan Restaurant—where the service was absolutely the best!
However, I was not satisfied with the cleanliness of the bathroom in our room (265, if I’m not mistaken). For a 4-star hotel, this level of cleanliness is simply unacceptable.

Anonymous UserOverall, we had a pleasant stay at Lotus Desaru Beach Resort. The room was spacious, the beach was clean, and the facilities were enjoyable. The staff provided good service throughout our stay. The only thing that could be improved is that some parts of the resort look a little dated, but everything was clean and well maintained. Still a great place for a relaxing getaway.

TYLER GOHThe resort is beautiful, and the room was very spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained. The overall atmosphere was relaxing and perfect for a getaway. The only downside was the breakfast buffet, which had limited variety and the food quality was average compared to the standard of the resort. Nevertheless, it was still an enjoyable stay, and I would consider returning in the future.

Quiet, tranquil hotel with a great beach front. Staff are mostly polite and courteous. Railings at my room corridor are rusty and chipboard at entrance was flaking - not great optics but didn’t affect my stay.
Room interior & furnishing was very good. Bed was comfortable but rather soft.
Check out that day happen to be very slow and the staff insist on collecting tourist tax from my wife tho I have paid via Trip.com when I booked (I was driving up from the car park so my wife was returning the door cards). So the staff insist it wasn’t paid & my wife paid again. Result is we had to ask for a refund.
