4) It is very green..good for the eyes
5) I love the fact they have laundry self service here but bare in mind it is a bit pricey

1) We had encountered room that is not well maintained but u can always asked them to change the room or clean it better
2) Nothing special about the breakfast but it keep u full!
3) This is an old hotel so have some expectation on the rundowns
4) It is far from shops so if u want to go out u can either grab or drive out"

Anonymous UserThe stay was great. The staff delivered a complimentary slice of cake as the check in date coincided with my hubby’s birthday. Very nice and sweet of the reception staff.
All guests received warm chocolate cookies too. Just nice to have them for supper or snack😊
Facilities were good too though we didn’t use it.
Buffet Breakfast was good but we didn’t try all the food as there were just too much food to try.. room amenities were basic and good and room was spacious.
Overall stay was good. Will consider coming back due to their great service.
Location is also quite near to JB Sentral about 10-15 minutes walk.

AidaLizWell maintained rooms! Very comfortable stay. Just knew that the studio premier room only 1 per level but the view is nice. Especially in the morning wake up to sunrise. Breakfast was generally good. Only issue is that our card key couldn’t work and caused hassle to go down and fix it. Me and kids had to wait and there’s no aircon in lift area. Staff actually came up with my husband to open the door as they don’t know why can’t validate the key!

Guest UserStayed here for a business trip. It's a standard business hotel – standard facilities, standard service, standard rooms. Nothing amazing, but nothing bad either. However, the room I stayed in had a really loud AC unit outside, and the bathroom had a bit of an odor, which was a letdown. Everything else was just okay.

Anonymous UserI was given a room that has faulty air condition. The aircon was giving out hot air. I requested for a change of room and was rejected with the excuses the hotel was fully booked. They claimed to request technician to fix. In the end it wasn’t fix. Fortunately a change of room was given at 6pm.

Farah Hanim HussinEven though we only stayed one night, we really enjoyed our time there. The breakfast was complete and varied, and we had dinner at the Nelayan Restaurant—where the service was absolutely the best!
However, I was not satisfied with the cleanliness of the bathroom in our room (265, if I’m not mistaken). For a 4-star hotel, this level of cleanliness is simply unacceptable.

Guest UserBeautiful resort set in a very chill and relaxing atmosphere. Staff provided good service and made us feel at home. Breakfast was decent and had a good variety.
The room was clean and cosy and the mini bar was great.
The only area for improvement is probably the room furniture which has some wear and tear and looks a little aged. The bathroom and toilet floors would impress better if given a chemical cleaning.

Quiet, tranquil hotel with a great beach front. Staff are mostly polite and courteous. Railings at my room corridor are rusty and chipboard at entrance was flaking - not great optics but didn’t affect my stay.
Room interior & furnishing was very good. Bed was comfortable but rather soft.
Check out that day happen to be very slow and the staff insist on collecting tourist tax from my wife tho I have paid via Trip.com when I booked (I was driving up from the car park so my wife was returning the door cards). So the staff insist it wasn’t paid & my wife paid again. Result is we had to ask for a refund.
