Although there was a big cohort in the Wall, Lyan provided all support, everything was ready when we enter the access. In the beginning of the tour, during the way he explained everything step by step, therefore even during the tour we left the tour guys, but we were able to manage every stage without a problem. Only one comment for purchasers. Be on time on the mentioned place. Tour guys are so punctual but they wait for irresponsible guests.

I had the most amazing driver on this experience. I would definitely book again. He was so professional nice major was comfortable my whole ride, even though he didn’t speak English that was no problem. We even got tea because when you go on the Great Wall on Friday, they do free tea tasting and that was amazing and then afterwards we did a fruit stop and the Great Wall itself was a beautiful experience as well.

We had a wonderful experience with QingQing! We booked a private charter to the Great Wall, which also included tickets to the Summer Palace. Since it was the National Holiday, there was quite a lot of traffic, but QingQing was so patient, kind, and helpful throughout the entire day and really made the trip enjoyable. She was very informative, gave us great recommendations, and was always happy to help. We even stopped at a highway service station to get some food, and she helped us order and waited patiently for us. She was genuinely so nice and made everything feel easy and stress-free. We really appreciated her kindness and would definitely recommend her!

Great tour! Nova was an excellent guide, explaining everything thoroughly. You could buy cable car tickets directly from her, without having to wait in line. Everything was on time :)

Wang Chao 小超 provided exceptional service for our trip to Mutianyu and the Summer Palace. He is a very safe driver and very friendly. We loved how flexible he was with our schedule. He really goes the extra mile— he accompanied us to help guide us and even brought an umbrella when it started to rain. He made sure we had a great time. Highly recommended!
