I booked the pass at the airport upon arrival. The counter is at the arrival gate. Staff scanned the QR code and passed me the cards. Redemption process was easy.★

I used the express customs clearance at Bangkok Airport this time. I really think it's worth it! ✈️
When I got off the plane, someone answered me and took me directly through the VIP aisle. I didn't have to find my own way at all.
The most exaggerated thing is that I originally saw long queues in the ordinary aisle, but I managed to enter the country within about 10 minutes, directly faster than a lot.
If you are in peak season, night flight or do not want to queue, this service is a real lifesaver 👍
The only thing to note is that if you have checked baggage, you end up having to wait for your baggage, but it still saves a lot of time overall.★
