Reviews: Osaka & Kyoto Must-Visit Attractions: Wishes at Katsuo-ji + Scenic Arashiyama in Kyoto + Golden Pavilion Pilgrimage

The trip to Kyoto was amazing! The Daruma dolls covering the mountain at Katsuo-ji Temple were so cute, the stroll through Arashiyama was incredibly romantic, and the shimmering gold of Kinkaku-ji Temple was breathtaking! The itinerary was perfectly planned, and we had a fantastic time. Our tour guide was also fantastic—professional, funny, and with engaging explanations. She was also incredibly thoughtful and attentive to everyone. I have to give a thumbs up to the tour guide and the itinerary!
Reviews: 1-Day Tour for Good Fortune: Katsuo-ji + Sanda Premium Outlets + Arima Onsen Town|Small group (9 people)

This day trip to Katsuo-ji Temple, Mita Premium Outlets, and Arima Onsen was absolutely fantastic! The itinerary was well-planned and the pace was comfortable and not rushed. Katsuo-ji Temple had a strong atmosphere of prayer, Mita Premium Outlets offered convenient shopping, and Arima Onsen was a relaxing and therapeutic destination. The tour guide was attentive and helpful, providing detailed explanations, and the transportation was seamless, making the entire trip worry-free. A one-stop destination for beautiful scenery, shopping, and hot springs, it offered excellent value for money and is highly recommended!

A big thumbs up to Uncle Big Head on WeChat on February 24th! He provided clear information, location, and photos in advance, and was very enthusiastic and meticulous in replying to questions and offering helpful reminders. His driving was very smooth and safe, and the itinerary and arrangement of the three attractions were well-planned. His descriptions of the attractions and restaurants were concise. All three attractions are traditional and representative, rich in local culture and history. Uncle Big Head deserves high praise for his itinerary planning.
Reviews: Amanohashidate Sandbar & Ine Funaya Village Tour with Optional Sea Cruise

🌳 3 Must-Do Things at Amanohashidate 1️⃣ Climb to the top of "Umbrella Pine Park" for a bird's-eye view of the sandbar → Take the cable car to the top (round trip ¥720), and take a "reverse Fuji" composition from the viewpoint overlooking the sea. → Hidden spot: The west side of the observation deck at the top of the mountain offers a stunning view of the sandbar and the Aso Sea side-by-side! 2️⃣ Walk barefoot on the "Natural White Sand Beach" → Take off your shoes and walk on 2km of pure white sand. The seawater washing over your ankles at high tide is incredibly soothing. → Rent a bicycle (¥500/hour) and chase seagulls along the sandbar, feeling the shape of the wind. 3️⃣ Visit "Chieunji Temple" for amulets → Vermilion torii gates paired with century-old pine trees; seek amulets for academic success/marriage (from ¥800). → Touch the "Manjushri Wisdom Wheel" and spin it three times; legend says it will make you smarter!

This tour is highly recommended for first-time travelers visiting the Osaka area. I believe that if you visit Osaka or Kyoto, this is not just a place you should visit once, but a place you absolutely must visit at least once. It was such a great experience that it didn't feel like a tour at all, thanks to the ability to depart with a small group, a guide who kindly provides only the essential explanations, and the ample free time offered. Considering that traveling from Osaka to Inenofunaya by public transportation takes over 4 hours one way and costs more than 7,000 yen, I think this is a reasonable price.
