I simply forgot to top up my Thai sim card before coming back from.Laos to Thailand, and did remember that literally 500 meters from the bridge. Activated this 1 day esim within a few minutes while passing through the Immigration while still connected to the Lao network, and at the Thai side it immediately worked. Quality is good as well, and 1 day price is cheaper than if I'd buy similarly short package on my Thai sim.
