The hotel is conveniently located near Sakuragichō station. Room is bigger than expected. 👍 We didn't try the spa because they charge extra. Breakfast buffet was great, lots of different Japanese style options and even matcha ice cream 🍨😊

The Court Hotel has a nice looking lobby and great staff. That is about it. The rooms are you typical Japanese business hotel however they haven't been updated since the 1980's. The hotel rooms are old and tired. The air conditioning isn't really good. The bathrooms are small and the showers are not that good. The only good thing is that it is close to the train station and Yokohama Stadium. It's about a 5 min walk to both. There plenty of restaurants and coffee shops nearby including a number of 7-11's and Family Marts.

The location of this hotel is really good. Just 10 minutes from Shin-Yokohama Station. Also around the hotel there are many shops and restaurants. 15 minutes walking there is the Yokohama Stadium. The service is just amazing. Very polite and kind all the time. I even could do the check in before the time. Also can wash your clothes for a cheap price. Smoking area in the second floor. Room not big but not small neither. Very comfortable and cozy for one person. I really recommend this hotel. Also can exchange money and buy a SIM card for your phone. If you don’t know how to do it, they will help you.

Subway is just right below the hotel to get you anywhere. There are a few malls nearby, if you're intending to just stay near the hotel. Amenities are conveniently located in the lobby. Starbucks is located in the hotel, if you wish to grab a cuppa in the morning. The staffs are friendly and are more than willing to help. Other than the perks of having late night snacks, there are also reading corners, massage chairs and laundry (+dryer) machines. It is worth to at least try the breakfast for one day, the spread was extensive! Location wise, it is really convenient. It's just a few mins walk to the main streets and there is a direct train station to Haneda Airport.

Generally speaking, business hotels have the advantages of convenient transportation, clean environment, complete equipment, good service, and fast Internet speed. The special advantages are the large mirrors and large TV screens. After switching between three hotels in Tokyo, I feel that it is very good for my body. The difference in size between the mirror and the TV screen is particularly profound. The breakfast is from the chain coffee shop downstairs, which is quite satisfactory and the dining environment is good. I stayed for 2 nights this time and found that there were many guests. I will come back next time.

Room was clean and larger than most Japanese hotel rooms. Only downside I would say is the hotel’s proximity to the railroad tracks…you do occasionally hear the trains as they pass. Not overbearing; however, you do hear them. With that being said, I would still stay at this hotel again.

This hotel was only built three years ago. It is conveniently located near Yokohama station close to the shopping mall and restaurants. Upon arrival at the lobby, I noticed that they have a stall of toiletries, from comb, hair band & pins, shower caps, cotton buds, cotton pads, and a wide variety of bath salts to choose from, and a coffee dispenser open 24/7 free for all the staying guests. The room is so clean, modernly designed. The bed is comfy, the bathroom is awesome! Even if the room is quite small, it is good, not to mention I only paid ¥4,000 for a one night stay. I really enjoyed my stay there and will definitely come back to this hotel when I am in Yokohama. Indeed, a M-emorable E-xperience T-o S-tay.

For tourists it is close, maybe a quarter mile from JR and Tsurumi train station😀 Grocery store just up the same road😀 Food options close-by or farther out within easy walking distance😀 Check-In was easy and I anticipate check-out will be just as easy😀 Nice laundry area, three washers and dryers 😀 No folding table, they could have installed one on wall☹️ Older BW, but overall, kept clean and in good condition😀 Staff overall friendly, but much like Japanese, not engaging and communication is rough🤫 Was given 2 bottles of water when checking-in, which is BW standards😀 The one clerk who spoke English said to just ask for more each day. When we did, both times was told we needed to get out of vending machine😡 Room was NOT cleaned one day, We guess because we had don’t disturb sign on door till 10:10am until we left. They start their duties at 10am, I guess if they see sign at at that time, they pass you over for day😡 Three days, used coffee cups were not replaced😡 Overall, quiet around us for every night😀 Nice hot shower water with great pressure😀 TV is terrible, only CNN! Would be nice to at least have Japanese music channel😀 Beds were comfortable😀 No wash clothes, I was told they don’t use them here😳 We went out and bought our own bath Scrubby’s. Nice towels, you get two with two hand towels😬 No complementary coffee in the morning, that’s a first for us at BW😡 I hear good things about hot coffee vending machines here, put one in! Have breakfast for $1200 Yen I believe, did not try. We booked almost a month out, our room size was a large closet☹️ Simply had to walk sideways once you passed the bathroom door😡 Clothes had to be spread out on couch😡 Bathroom is SMALL☹️ The good news, we are discovering what Japan has to offer, so only in room to sleep🙄 Would I stay here again, “NO,” the amenities were just to week☹️ We are loyal BW guests and Diamond Select customers, we have come to expect a little more😬

The location of the hotel is very advantageous. It is only a 30-meter walk from Kawasaki Station. Taxis and buses are available at the door, making transportation very convenient. There is no problem with eating nearby, and it fully meets travel needs.

This hotel provides good service, clean rooms and wonderful breakfast. Especially, you can get free drip-coffee in the front desk. I suggest you all must choose Daiwa Roynet Hotels.

Behind Kawasaki City Hall. So, access is not only Keikyu and JR, but also from Haneda Airport by one bus to the city hall bus stop (however, it takes about 50 minutes, so it is not recommended). The room is small, but it feels like a line with an ordinary business hotel. Igusa slippers (I thought there were ordinary disposable slippers), human sensor lighting, drip coffee, Japanese-style don't disturb, Samue-style indoor clothes, etc. I am trying to differentiate and have a good impression. By the way, I felt that the water pressure of the washbasin was a little weak, but this may be the intention of the hotel. Personally, because I often discharge water with the water pressure max, the cup bounces back the water flow, and as a result, the wash basin is full of water but the cup is empty. However, what did not happen to such a small tragedy is the kindness of this hotel? If so, this hotel may be a ”can-do child”. The room was well cleaned. The response of the front desk staff was polite and friendly. I have heard that the guest and staff are exchanged ”I want to book breakfast tomorrow” and ”I am full thanks”, so I have heard several times by chance, so those who want to be sure to have breakfast seem to be good in advance. I think it is a hotel targeting visitors to Japan, but Japanese stay is also affordable and comfortable. However, I am a Japanese educated in Japan, but I have always misunderstood the name of this hotel as ”Green Road”. Excuse me.

After staying in Japan for a week, I encountered a front desk with foreign staff for the first time... and it seems that there are always two people working together, which is quite good. There is a Chinese version of the caution note given when checking in. There is no independent bathtub in the room, but you can go to the bathhouse on the first floor. It is available until 24:00 in the evening and 6:30-9:30 in the morning. Women need to get the key to the women's bathhouse from the front desk. . There is no automatic lock. You have to remember to lock the room yourself. When you leave the hotel, you need to give the key to the front desk to change the voucher. It is probably that a guest has lost the key and it would be troublesome to customize it again. There are many seats on the first floor, including One Piece and other comics, as well as a drink bar. There are two kinds of tea for cold drinks, and cocoa and some coffee for hot drinks, which is perfect for taking a bath. There is a microwave and induction cooker on the first floor, so you can take away lunches and eat them back in your room. The room size is average, and the lighting is mysterious (the desk light is on the side of the mirror. If you need to work, it may be recommended to use the desk on the first floor haha). Is it 10 minutes' walk from the JR entrance? From left to right, the road surface is fairly flat and at an acceptable level.

It is about ５ minutes walk from Musashi Kosugi station, but it is in the back place. It may be quite difficult to understand how to go to Musashi Kosugi station for the first time. It is good to feel quiet. There is also a parking lot. The oldness is undeniable. The walls are thin and the toilet bus is honestly small. There is a wireless LAN, but no security is only uneasy. The restaurant is a bad thing. As an old good hotel, I feel better if I have a little more features.

It is a business hotel located about 5 minutes walk from Kawasaki Station West Exit. It was about 7500 yen for a single night stay. There is an entrance behind the building and you feel quite old. It felt like an old one-room condominium, and the elevator, front desk and room were quite old. The room facilities are as substantial as other rib max, including TV, refrigerator, desk, stand, microwave oven, gas stand, pot, extension code, outlets, etc. The amenities were only toothbrush in the room, and there was a razor, cotton swab, and kushi at the front desk. There is also a coin laundry next to the front desk. The key to the room is a password, so it was good that there was no time to leave the key when going out. There are many restaurants and convenience stores around the hotel, and I don't think there is any trouble with eating. As a pity, the toilet is quite dirty and not cleaned very much, the wall is abnormally thin, the sound of opening the door of the next room is echoed, and the air conditioning is roaring However, since the location is good, I think it is good to consider the use when you want to hold the accommodation fee or when you just sleep.

Near to subway Station, there's a mini market nearby. Lots of restaurants around the hotel, also a big shopping mall just 5 minutes walk from hotel. Room bit too small but overall value for money. From kawasaki station walk to exit 23 , hotel just right the corner.

I’ve stayed at several places in Tokyo/Yokohama and the Keikyu EX Inn Kawasaki Station is my new favorite place to stay. Flying in and out of Haneda, this hotel is located along the Keikyu line. Quick and easy access to Haneda. To get to the lobby, exit the Central Exit and right after Mister Donut on the left there is an elevator. Use the elevator to the 3rd floor and the lobby will be on the right after exiting the elevator (there’s a cafe immediately outside the elevator, just past that cafe is the front desk). Access to the elevator for the rooms requires a guest key which made me feel better being a solo female traveler. There’s shower amenities and a coffee/tea station just before the elevators. Elevators run pretty quick and during my stay was never a crowding issue. I caught it alone more times than with other guests. The single room is a standard business hotel sized room for Japan. I stored my suitcase, hand carry and one full size duffle along the wall. No storage space under the bed. The bed was more comfortable than most I’ve had in Japan. I noticed beds tend to be firmer in Japan. The mini fridge didn’t get super cold, I’d worry about keeping dairy in there over long periods of time. I could not find a temperature adjustment for the fridge. I was able to change the AC temperature. Sometimes Japan hotels do not allow you to change it from heating during the cold months. I like my room to be cold so I was glad I was able to adjust the temperature. Some mornings I could hear the trains running. I was already awake so I don’t know if the noise is enough to wake me up. I used Airporter to send my luggage to the airport from this hotel which made my last day in Tokyo very enjoyable. There are multiple eating places and shopping places nearby. The JR line is close (use the North Exit when leaving the JR Kawasaki Station). The Keikyu EX Inn Kawasaki Ekimae is my new go to hotel when staying in Tokyo!

In Kyoritsu Resort, it is the most popular and favorite inn of my home. The lobby lounge was crowded, so I relaxed because I had coffee until check-in on a large terrace outside the lounge. From this terrace, you can see the forest tree 々 and it is designed to hear the sound of the water. Even after the next morning's bath, I came to the lounge and drank morning coffee and cold black bean tea. The coolness of the terrace outside is relieved when the hot water is up. The green leaves are still beautiful, and with the sound of water, it is really healed. When I went to a bath with a large bath, the basket in the dressing room was a locker type. The locker pattern was bamboo or bamboo, and it was dark peppermint color and white (Hawaii?), and it did not match the atmosphere of the original ancient bath at all. When I returned to the room and visited the locker with me, I said, ”it's cheap”, and I feel completely the same. I don't see such a pattern even in day trip hot water. As I said that the chair of the hot water (drinking milk) was lost, I had a rest place with a TV at the end (the opposite direction to the elevator). Also, the morning lactic acid beverage was changed to this place. The bath was in the morning of the next morning, and after a long time, I went to the rental open-air bath. It's nice to feel like a bath in the forest (just a bath). Also, when you go to another large bath, you still use a basket in the dressing room (there is a locker for the key of the room), strange tropical? I was relieved that I didn't become a locker. This is also an ancient bath. Dinner was the quietest seat in the back when I put a quiet seat and a request. The content of the meal and the person in charge were good. Only this inn has 60 minutes of alcohol at dinner in Kyoritsu Resort, which I have stayed so far. Because it is 60 minutes, this service is happy because it is not too much to drink. I like the point that I can slow because I check out at 11 o'clock.

It was a wonderful 1 night trip tom Tokyo. Went by car, about 2 hours easy, relaxing drive. The hotel has car park, safety box at reception area, yukata (for room and bath use). Amenities by Pola cosmetics brand, very nice. Room slipper and hotel ground slipper. An own sock might be nice if you don't like the sticky feel. There is bath tub in room also although the onsen is far more wonderful experience. Locker within, hair dryer, water for drink. Basket is available in room for bathing purpose, where change and other stuff can be put in. The whole basket can be locked inside provided locker in bathing area. A code to unlock entrance door will be provided upon check in. Dinner (1 hour) and breakfast (50 minutes) were fabulous and plenty of choices. There is time limit and I suppose to discourage chatting during meal time. A can of drink is presented after finishing dinner. A bento palate is provided to some takeout if needed. There is a gift shop area at lobby too. (Will post photos later.)

I stayed at tiger no Yu for the first time. Despite Saturday nights, it was a reasonable price setting, so it was a high reputation, but I didn't expect much. First of all, the facility is like a recreational center of former Dentsu, and the interior and exterior of the red bricks have a luxury feeling and were surprised. The making is different from the hotel, but it is ◎. The hot spring is only inner hot water, but it is even thin and cloudy. The smell of sulfur smells a little at the outlet of the hot water, but it is hardly in the bathroom. Because the amount of water in the source is small, it seems to be a hanging flow after only water, and the skin becomes svesve, and it is a very good spring quality. After the hot water rises, the pokapoka continues for a while. The cow shab for dinner is an alternative service, but I received only half a time because it was difficult to ask. There are a volume of vegetables and salads, so if you flatten them all, you will be quite full if you are a woman or a thin man of food. However, dinner was a happy miscalculation. 3 appetizers are also good. sesame dallet and ponvinegar are not hard and the taste of meat is not *. Meat is also peach meat? I couldn't tell you whether it was a place, but it was a moderate frost, and it was the best choice to eat it with shab shab. You can enjoy the sweetness and taste of the meat without getting tired. I added ponvinegar and asagi, but my wife didn't notice it, so it may be my temper. The dessert vanilla ice cream is thick and the mix berry sauce is handmade? Breakfast is cute in appearance, but it seems that I arranged almost the thing that was made, and there is not much handmade feeling. The hot tofu and shake were warm. I think the customer service attitude is good, but I feel the shortage of personnel at meals. I think it is different if I use it on weekdays because this day is full. I think it is not possible to use this inn at this accommodation because I reduced the labor cost and the service. It is helpful to be able to stay at this content at this price in Sengokuhara.

The quality of the spring and the dishes are great. Are there too many dishes and less one? The hot water is not stable by time or hot. The open-air bath of yoriki has two bathtubs per person and slowly put in while looking at the mountain skin, but this was also wet and hot and was not stable. Overall, the voice in the customer's eye is significantly insufficient. The older Japanese staff than the foreign staff would be routine, and there was no image of how the customer spent. For example, there are many cases in which a rental bath is generally a guide to book at least at check-in at the time of booking and that it is another price if it is an option, but there is no guide It seemed unconvincing to use it for the time presented when asking from here. Would the staff like to rest late time (^^;;? When you use it, you will call the room and guide you, but the dressing room is cold, and the customer will take off his clothes and take a bath again here I found that I couldn't use the imagination of how much temperature would be. Only the location is somewhere. Please come to pick me up from the station far away, but how about returning? There is no word, there is not much healing except for meals and hot water, and the price is 80000 yen for the end of the year and GoTo, and the price is 30% discount, and the price is also questioned compared with other stores. The dishes are made of neat materials and the quality of the spring is good, so it is unsatisfactory. Because it is old, there is no elevator and the old stairs, so the movement is a bit troublesome.

Had a large Japanese style room on the fifth floor. The place is characterful and the onsens feel original and charming. Being in our 60's futons and dining on the floor was probably not the best choice. There is no restaurant or bar so you dine in your room. There are a lot of courses, maybe 10, for both breakfast and dinner served in batches of about 3 at a time. We really enjoyed dinner the first night but less so the second - there is no choice so the individual dishes are to your taste or not. We didn't enjoy breakfast which is more like a small meal and not to our taste. The building is up on the side of a hill and the whole area in very hilly so not easily walkable. We had a car and went on the cablecar up to the lake.

I am a Japanese. I really enjoyed the stay. I like non-expensive Onsen so We stayed at Annex room. No private onsen in the room but large enough and clean(a bit old but well remodelled). If you pay more you can stay in a Private Onsen room but it costs more of course. DInner is Japanese style with good volume and taste. really good Shabushabu we had. It may be tough for people who cannot eat true Japanese food. There are options without dinner but I am not sure there are restaurants available near by. Breakfast is buffet. Mostly Japanese but bread, eggs and some western stuff available. Tamagoyaki(Japanese style baked egg) is really great. Fruits and Japanese sweet are also awesome. Onsen water quality is not great(no Onsen/sulfur smell). But rooms are clean and large. Clean cloth box with a key. Outside Onsen is available. Good shower hot water volume. Shiseido face lotion is also avaiable which is amazing. 3PM check in and 11 AM check out is great. Location is between Hakone-Yumoto and Lake-Ashi. not a city center. we went with a car but there is a 100 JPY bus service from Hakone-Yumoto. Or 1000JPY taxi. Great hospitality and service. I am not sure they can speak English but at least they will try I am sure.

An overall very pleasant experience. I stayed there one weekend for two nights and another for three nights. + The hot spring bath is very cozy with a nice nature view. The Sauna was great. + I wasn't satisfied with one room and could change to another room with large balcony without questioning. + The view from the hotel is wonderful, especially during nice weather. + Great value for money. - Dining in the hotel is only possible with reservation, arriving spontaneously for dinner is not possible. - The bar was closed. But the Gora Brewery is only a 10-minute foot walk away.

Hotel Hakone Suimeisou is a perfect blend of old tradition and modern Japan. This hotel provides an excellent experience of Japanese hospitality. It is in the most convenient location and serves as a take-off point to the rest of the Hakone region. The Hakone Yumoto Station is only a few minutes walk and there are so many places to eat and shop within the area. The hotel is designed as a traditional Ryokan inn and provides traditional Japanese hospitality with rooms that are clean and well-designed. Make sure to experience the full service by availing of the breakfast and dinner service in your rooms. There are bountiful seafood dishes that are provided for each meal. Take advantage as well of the onsen (natural hot spring) facilities. There are touches of modern amenities in the hotel to make you feel comfortable. I commend the staff for their excellent service and will definitely come back in the future.

This hotel actually exceeded our expectations! When I booked, I had doubts as I thought it would be a little run down but it is actually a nice property in an amazing location. The décor is a little dated but it is kind of the style of the hotel. I booked through Rakuten Travel website and upon arrival our reservation was all in order. I would recommend including the breakfast option as there is little in the way of cafes open before 10am in the Gora area. Our twin room was a little bigger than the ones in major cities. It was clean and the linen changed daily. The room includes tea making facilities, a small fridge and there is sufficient space to lay luggage (on the floor). The hotel provides (male/female separated) onsen areas with an indoor and outdoor pool in each. It was great to use this at the end of the day of sightseeing, particularly when temperatures where cold. The breakfast buffet caters more to the local market but did provide bacon, scrambled eggs, toast with jam, croissants, tinned fruit and yoghurt, coffee as well as salads, soups, fish etc. I found it was sufficient to cater for Western needs. The location is perfect and so easy to access the local transport including the various train/ropeway/ferry around Lake Ashi and a direct bus to Gotemba Premium Outlets. The location is also good to walk to restaurants in the town for dinner. There are a wide variety of restaurants with varying degrees of costs (some very upmarket).

This hotels location is fantastic located opposite Gora station and the funicular up the mountain. There are some restaurants near it but take note during winter, most close by 5pm or earlier so you have to make reservations at hotel for dinner or you have to buy from Lawson or 711 at the main towns like hakone yumoto or wherever you are before you return. The room we got was the quad room and the kids enjoyed the bunk beds. The single beds were very low on the floor below the bunks so for oldies this hotel may not be very suitable. Bfast came with my room rate and it was rather delicious of salad , free flow bread and this lovely jar of mash potato, braised beef or pork, with a poached egg in a tomato based sauce. Yummy to me. Free flow coffee and tea, 2 or 3 yogurts.. Cleaning is purely clearing the rubbish and replacing toiletries. Most people stay 2 to 3 nights tops so this is sufficient. Overall this is a nice convenient hotel , our 1 and only negative feedback is the stoic attitude of the staff. We got there early at about 11am and there was nobody ar the front desk. I called the number on the poster but nobody picked up. I tried 4 times and nothing. So happen we saw someone along the corridor and called out for help. She came over and confirmed our booking and told us 3pm check in. Now she wasn't rude or anything but very stoic straight faced, no smile which i realise seem to be very common amongst quite a few of the staff here. The only person who smiled at us was the recption lady when we returned at 5pm to check in. Everyone else had this flat unfeeling look. We were also told that we were entitled to 1000yen of whatever snacks or drinks if we didn't use the cleaning service each day and when we asked about it, the lady checking us out gave the impression that she was very unhappy about this. I wont say that the hotel is bad and i will still recommend this place for those wishing to go just witu a caveat of stoic looking staff.
