Mituo Temple

Ziyang Mituo Temple, formerly known as Dongyue Temple, is located in Jianyang City, Sichuan Province. It was built in the Ming Dynasty and was scrapped in 1950. It was rebuilt in the suburb of Shengyang Dongyuan Lianchi Temple in 1990. It covers an area of more than 20 mu and is the first Zen forest in Jianyang.

Jianyang Mituo Temple is located in Jianyang City, Sichuan Province. The original name of Mituo Temple was built in the Ming Dynasty and was scrapped in 1950. It was rebuilt at the former site of Lianchi Temple in Shengyangdong, near Jiancheng, after approval by the county government in 1990.

Mituo Temple is located on the Sanfo Mountain, which is separated from the village by a river in the east of Xishi Village, Xizhuang Township, Zichuan District, Zibo City. The temples of Mituo are divided into seven architectural courtyards, including upper, lower, front and rear, half cliff, jade emperor roof and pagoda.

Mituo Temple covers an area of more than 40 mu, with more than 20 monks and 48 permanent residents. It now has more than 20 buildings such as Shengyang Cave, Three Temples, Dizang Temple, Ancestral Temple, Reclining Buddha Temple, Ten Buddha Temple, Temple of Heavenly King, Temple of Seven Buddhas, Temple of Guanyin, Grand Xiong Temple, Luohan Temple, Temple of Buddha, Bell and Drum Tower, Buddha Garden.

Not bad, it takes half a day to swim. It is not recommended to punch in alone.
