😭 I regret not coming sooner! Just stepping into Songcheng in Hangzhou feels like stepping back in time in an instant! This is the true Song Dynasty from a thousand years ago!

As an international student studying in China, I highly recommend that if you come to Hangzhou, don't just visit West Lake! Songcheng is a place you won't regret visiting! It's not boring like a museum; it's a vibrant Song Dynasty-era tourist attraction! 🎭

🚗 Getting there:

We traveled from downtown Hangzhou by taxi, which took about 40 minutes. The journey was very smooth~

If you take the subway, it's very convenient. Get off at Shuichengqiao station and then take a taxi; the starting price will get you there.

🎫 Ticket collection and entry process:

We arrived at the entrance around 1 PM. We collected our tickets at the official counter. The entrance was very easy and straightforward.

Important note! After getting our tickets, we had to wait in line for about 20 minutes, but people lined up very well, so don't worry~

📸 Travel tips (How to make photos look expensive):

Stepping inside feels like stepping back in time in an instant! The natural stone pavement gives it a chic feel, and the ancient architecture is absolutely stunning.

I recommend renting a Hanfu (traditional Korean dress) (rentals are available in the park, or you can bring your own). Walking around in this atmosphere, the immersive feeling is unparalleled!

🍡 Must-try food:

After walking around and getting tired, try some local delicacies:

Dingsheng Cake: Sweet and delicate flavor, chewy and soft, and super cute!

Congbao Hui: Flattened scallion pancakes with a unique taste – a must-try!

Follow it up with a glass of ice-cold, tangy plum juice – instant quenching and pure bliss! 🥤

💡 Tip for foreign friends:

Watch the show! Watch the show! Watch the show! The entrance ticket allows you to see hundreds of acrobatic performances and other shows. But the absolute must-see highlight is 《The Romance of Songcheng》(宋城千古情). It's incredibly spectacular!

I booked my tickets online in advance, which was reassuring and saved me from long queues at the venue.

The park is very shady with many trees; it's so relaxing to stroll under them. The midday light is perfect, and every photo taken with my phone comes out beautifully bright. #hangzhoutravel #travel

Busy with achieving goals and advancing tasks, we're so focused on chasing results that we often neglect our team members who have supported us, covered for us, and worked together to overcome challenges. We forget to appreciate this precious bond we share. This team-building trip took us to Yaoshui Ancient Village, nestled at the western foot of the Luoxiao Mountains. Amidst the ancient tea and salt trade route between Hunan and Jiangxi, we found peace and tranquility, remembering the warmth of our shared journey. Yaoshui Ancient Village originated in the Yuan Dynasty, with its inhabitants migrating from southern Jiangxi. The village reflects the fusion of architectural techniques and folk customs from both Hunan and Jiangxi. Ming and Qing Dynasty Hakka residences are scattered throughout the valley, with well-preserved ancient studies, stone arch bridges, and cobblestone post stations. The Yaoshui River meanders gently through the village, surrounded by rolling fields and ancient trees. The village blends seamlessly with its natural landscape, far removed from commercial hustle and bustle, creating a serene and timeless atmosphere. We strolled leisurely along the ancient alleys and mountain paths, admiring the architectural style while chatting and reflecting on the team's journey of collaboration, perseverance, and growth. Everyone shared their feelings candidly, recounting heartwarming moments of mutual support during challenging work periods and showing consideration for one another in daily life, expressing heartfelt gratitude for everyone's support and companionship. During casual strolls, they took photos together, envisioning the future, setting aside job titles and pressures, leaving only genuine and unwavering camaraderie. The tranquility at the foot of the Luoxiao Mountains cleansed their minds of restlessness, making them understand that all remarkable achievements are not the work of one person, but the result of collective effort and mutual support. There is no lonely journey in the workplace; a group of people on a shared path, walking together, is the only way to go far and steady. Moving forward, with gratitude in our hearts and unwavering commitment to our original aspirations, we will work together, never stopping, using the power of the team to reach our own stars and sea.
