GGuest User: This hotel is absolutely fantastic, and I've already recommended it to friends. First off, the room size is ample, and all the facilities are well-maintained. Every staff member I encountered, from the front desk to housekeeping, was exceptionally good. Breakfast served until noon is a real lifesaver for late risers. The late-night snack service was also great. The attention to detail in the service is very thoughtful. The complimentary laundry service deserves a special shout-out; in this heat, our clothes were practically molding, and after taking the kids to Twelve Peaks and doing a Via Ferrata, their outfits were quite dirty. Before bed, I just called the front desk and they said to leave the dirty laundry basket outside the door. The next morning, I woke up to find our clean clothes delivered back to our door. We were able to go out and play in fresh clothes again! Then, as we were leaving, I noticed a cabinet near the front desk stocked with mosquito repellent and toiletries – another thoughtful touch.

MM26340****: A great hotel can truly cure travel fatigue. The moment I stepped into the room, I was pleasantly surprised by the modern and complete facilities, and thoughtful touches were evident everywhere. What's even rarer is the genuine hospitality I felt from the moment I entered the lobby—from the front desk's sincere smile to the natural greetings and timely assistance from every staff member throughout my stay. Highly recommend!

GGuest User: The hotel's location is excellent! It's within walking distance to several attractions, including the Zunyi Conference Site, Zunyi Memorial Park, Fenghuangshan Forest Park, the Red Army Monument, Red Army Street, Xiangjiang River, the Great Turning Point Theater, and Laosha Lane. Downstairs, there's a pharmacy, a convenience store, and a fruit shop. There are also plenty of restaurants and snack bars, and a Walmart supermarket isn't far away. The front desk staff were very kind, courteous, and polite. They proactively helped me with my luggage to the elevator, providing attentive and enthusiastic service. A special shout-out to the kind and understanding Ms. Feng Zhili. I requested a lower floor due to a respiratory condition, as higher floors make breathing more difficult for me. She kindly upgraded me to a room on the second floor. At past midnight, she swapped out a broken hairdryer for a new one and brought me hangers without any complaints! Her service truly deserves special commendation! The other front desk staff were also very friendly; they gave me three extra bottles of water and a tote bag. Last night, a young man even taught me how to place an order using Cloud QuickPass… In short, the front desk staff are well-trained, diligent, responsible, proactive, hardworking, and dedicated! The room has good lighting, is quiet, and comfortable. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, with the toilet, curtains, and lights all controlled by Xiao Du (a smart assistant). The bedding is very comfortable, soft, skin-friendly, and the duvet isn't heavy. The room was clean and tidy. Two unique services that set this hotel apart are the free laundry, drying, and ironing facilities, and the free late-night snack delivery. Both sound very considerate, though I didn't get a chance to try them. Finally, a special thank you to the front desk staff for their care, help, and assistance! I wish PHIREN Hotel (Zunyi Conference Memorial Hall, Lao Sha Lane, Zunyi) a prosperous business and abundant wealth!

GGuest User: The hotel room was very clean and tidy, with facilities neatly arranged and easy to use. Downstairs, there were many snack options, and I got to try some delicious local roast duck. The transportation was also very convenient, and I later visited Xiaoqikong Scenic Area. What left a lasting impression on me was the incredibly detailed and thoughtful front desk service; it felt just like coming home. One night, after having some drinks with friends, I wasn't feeling well. I asked the front desk, and they immediately arranged for honey water to be delivered to my room. Their consideration was truly remarkable.

MMenggudunxiongxin: The hotel has its own parking area with plenty of spaces, including many near the elevators, which makes parking very convenient. However, there are no EV charging stations yet. The surrounding amenities are good, and while the room isn't huge, it's well-equipped with everything you need. The hotel contacts guests in advance to confirm bookings, and any issues during the stay are promptly handled, so the service attitude is very good. The laundry room has three washing machines and three dryers, making it quite convenient to use. Breakfast is standard. Overall, it was a good stay.

GGuest User: I absolutely love Atour's breakfast buffet – it has a great variety of dishes and tastes just like home cooking, which is perfect for fueling up before heading out for the day. The room is spacious with soft lighting, and after a long day of traveling, just lying on the bed is incredibly relaxing. Jiang Lai's service was super friendly; she always greeted me with a smile, which I really appreciated. Overall, the value for money is excellent, and I'll definitely prioritize Atour for future trips.

QQiwangye1117: National Day trip, booked a few hotels in advance, weighed and finally chose this one. The price of more than 200 feels the quality of four or five hundred, and for me who is more picky, it is indeed satisfactory. Cost-effective, hotel facilities and services can fully make up for the disadvantage of geographical location. The room type was upgraded for free on the same day. I stayed in the first class bed room. It was close to the community. It was quiet and easy to fall asleep. Ox's massage chair made my husband very satisfied. The check-in gift and fruit made us feel the store's pragmatic sincerity. The smart facilities, large TV and large showers in the room are very satisfied. I think I can kill all hotels at the same price. The most remarkable thing should be the service quality of the positions in the store. No matter where you go, the service staff will naturally say hello politely. Xiao Zhao at the front desk and so on impressed us. The service is not full. If you have to say something insufficient, I think there is still a little residual taste in the new decoration. With time, this will dissipate. Zunyi is our hometown and will come back to my hometown in the future.

This relaxed 2-day Zunyi route keeps the pace easy: start with the Site of the Zunyi Conference to understand the city’s red-history roots, move into a large-scale live performance and lantern-lit ancient-town evening, then spend the second day by the river at Wujiang Village. It works well for travelers who want meaningful history, atmospheric night views, and one unhurried riverside day without packing the schedule too tightly.

1.5h high-speed train from Guiyang | Escape to the ink-wash style Wujiang Village, the perfect weekend getaway to escape the rat race✨ Working overtime constantly and about to snap, so I planned a weekend getaway with my bestie! Didn't want to squeeze into popular ancient towns, so I picked Wujiang Village at first glance. An ink-wash style village surrounded by mountains and water, not overly commercialized, few people, and quiet. Two days and one night is just right. 🚄📍Transportation guide | High-speed train is the top choice from Guiyang Guiyang North → Zunyi South Station. High-speed train takes about 1 hour 20 mins. Ticket price is around ¥70. ✅Option 1: Direct scenic shuttle There is a direct shuttle to Wujiang Village right outside Zunyi South Station. One-way is ¥25. It goes straight to the scenic area entrance, no transfers needed, worry-free and effortless. ✅Option 2: Taxi from the station Taking a taxi to Wujiang Village takes about 40 mins. Carpooling is ¥30+ per person, suitable for traveling with friends. 🚗Driving reference It takes about 2 hours to drive from Guiyang. The scenic area parking fees are reasonable, parking is convenient, suitable for friends who want flexible schedules. ⛴️📍Internal transport (important, take note) Scenic area tickets do not include internal transport. Choose as needed: ▪️Shuttle bus: From the village entrance to the downstream area, one-way is ¥10. Take it when you're tired of walking, it saves a lot of effort. ▪️Ferry boat! Highly recommended💖 The soul of Wujiang Village. Ride the boat along the river, with stilt houses standing by the water on both sides. One-way is ¥40. Taking the boat in the evening to see the night view creates an incredible atmosphere. 🌿📍Scenery in the village A typical northern Guizhou ink-wash style village, nestled between mountains and water, with stilt houses spread along the riverbank. You must wake up early in the morning. The morning mist drifts over the river, and the whole village is hazy, like walking into a landscape painting. There are very few tourists, so you don't have to fight for photo spots. When night falls, all the lights along the river are lit, and red lanterns reflect on the water, quiet and healing. There are no noisy trendy shops, and the local atmosphere is well-preserved, so you won't be disturbed by hawking. 💡Tips 1. If you want to see the morning mist, it's recommended to stay in a homestay within the village. You can take photos as soon as you step out early in the morning. It's hard to catch the morning mist if you don't stay in the village. 2. There is a large temperature difference between day and night in the mountains. Even if traveling in spring or summer, bring a light jacket. 3. There are many stone roads, so remember to wear comfortable flat shoes, as there is a lot of walking when exploring the village. ✨Summary Very suitable for Guiyang office workers and besties for a short weekend getaway. Short distance by high-speed train, no need for long-distance travel. You can see the morning mist and mountains, enjoy the water town lights at night, avoid the crowds, briefly escape the city rat race, and get fully relaxed.

Traveled a long way from Shanghai with my little one to Wujiang Village 🌿 I was truly healed by its gentle charm! No crowds, just peace and comfort~ ✅ Must-do for families: Intangible cultural heritage crafts You can make handmade botanical paper and craft little fish lanterns 🪁 My little one was fully immersed and so focused while playing. At night, fall asleep to the mountain breeze and scattered lights—peaceful and healing. 📍 Zunyi Wujiangzhai Miaowang Hotel: No. 8, Yelang Street, Wujiangzhai International Tourism Resort, Shangji Town, Bozhou District.

☕️ Stepping into Wujiangzhai, there is more than just lights and flowing water. I also found such a quiet book bar here, with wooden shelves stacked with books, patterned tiles, soft chairs, and red curtains set against the greenery outside the window, like a gentle sanctuary hidden in the ancient village. ☕️ Order a cup of coffee and place it on the wooden table by the window. Looking up, you see layers of mountains in northern Guizhou, with blue-tiled stilt houses hidden among the trees. The breeze blows slowly, keeping the hustle and bustle outside the door. ☕️ Flip through a book at your leisure, no need to rush to finish it. There is no hurry to be on the road, just quietly enjoy this moment: the aroma of coffee, the texture of the pages, and the unique relaxation of the ancient village. In the lively Wujiangzhai, this is a rare little corner where you can zone out and daydream. Watch the mountains by day, wait for the lights at dusk—half filled with the fragrance of books, half with the romance of the wilderness. 📍 Kuaidu Bookstore - Glass Board: Inside Wujiangzhai International Tourism Resort, Bozhou District (West Side)

Head straight to Zhilan Street to check out Wuzhifang. Watch master artisans demonstrate traditional papermaking, try DIY flower paper, and seal wild flowers and grasses into the paper to make bookmarks as souvenirs. On the way, visit the Heping Dyeing Workshop next door, where blue-dyed fabrics fluttering in the wind make for great photos. In the evening, head to Taiyi Pavilion Pier to catch the sunset! Golden clouds cover the river, and the silhouettes of the stilt houses fall onto the water. Every frame is like a movie scene. There are fewer tourists, allowing you to quietly experience the authentic life of the village. Browse the Wild Gallery and pick up some small intangible cultural heritage souvenirs. After eating the local specialty tofu pudding rice, slowly pack your luggage and head home. 💫 Key scenic highlights During the day, it is an ink-wash landscape with morning mist covering the Wuyang River, quiet and serene. At sunset, the sun dyes the mountains and the river a warm orange. As night falls, thousands of lights spread along the riverbank, and the reflection of lanterns on the water is the most stunning moment in the entire village. 💡 Travel tips 1. We recommend wearing light-colored or "New Chinese" style clothing, which is perfect for taking traditional-style photos. 2. The temperature difference between day and night in the mountains is large, so remember to bring a light jacket and mosquito repellent. 3. There are many stone steps in the village, so try to wear comfortable flat shoes and do not bring a suitcase that is too large. 4. If you want to see the morning mist, try to avoid holidays, as the mist is more beautiful on weekday mornings. 5. We recommend taking the sculling boat in the evening to see both the sunset and the night view, as it offers the best value. No need to rush through the sights. Here, just slow down, listen to the sound of flowing water, and watch the morning mist and lights. Briefly escape the hustle and bustle of the city; this short trip can truly heal all your fatigue.

Wujiangzhai International Tourism Resort in Zunyi, Guizhou, is nestled between mountains and water. Stilted houses of northern Guizhou are scattered along the river. By day, it's an elegant ink-wash landscape; by night, it's illuminated by thousands of lights. 📍Location: Zunyi, Guizhou | Wujiangzhai International Tourism Resort This stilted-house water town, hidden in the valleys of northern Guizhou, has a completely different vibe from Wuzhen. Wooden buildings with blue-grey tiles are layered along a tributary of the Wujiang River. The river water is emerald green, and sculling boats glide slowly by. It's serene and picturesque like an ink painting during the day, and the atmosphere is absolutely magical when the lights come on at night. ✨Must-visit highlights ▪️Wujiangzhai panoramic viewing deck: The same spot as the cover photo. Overlook the entire area of stilted houses along the river with its winding waterways—the top choice for panoramic shots. ▪️Sculling boat tour: Travel through the village by boat, view the stilted houses at eye level, and immerse yourself in the northern Guizhou water town experience. Taking a boat at sunset is stunning. ▪️Taiyi Covered Bridge: An ancient wooden bridge spanning the river. It's very photogenic and has even more charm when lit up at night. ▪️Night light show: Water shows and intangible cultural heritage performances take turns. Thousands of lights illuminate the entire village; the night view is the main attraction. 🍜Local snacks and food Zunyi lamb rice noodles, Wujiang fish, tofu pudding noodles, and northern Guizhou cured meats. You can find these at the snack streets and farm-style restaurants in the village. The flavors lean towards sour and spicy. 🚗Travel tips ▫️Self-driving: Navigate to Wujiangzhai Resort. There is ample parking, and you can take the scenic area shuttle bus to enter after parking. ▫️High-speed train: Arrive at Zunyi Station or Loushanguan South Station, then take a taxi or book the direct scenic area shuttle. Transportation is convenient. ⚠️Important tips ❌Sculling boat rides are divided into day and night sessions. Night boats are more expensive; if you want to save money, take the boat during the day. Be careful with your phone when taking photos on the boat, and do not lean out. ❌The scenic area is large. Try to enter in the afternoon to explore the ancient village and see the architecture during the day, then stay for the night view to experience both in one trip. ❌The mountains are humid, and the stone paths are damp. They are very slippery on rainy days, so be sure to wear non-slip shoes. ❌Prices for guesthouses inside the village fluctuate significantly and are noticeably higher during holidays. It is perfectly feasible to visit without staying inside and return after seeing the night view. ❌Do not trust scalpers soliciting at the entrance. Purchase tickets directly through official channels to avoid buying fake tickets. 💡Personal thoughts Unlike the gentle water towns of Jiangnan, Wujiangzhai carries the rustic and profound character of the northern Guizhou mountains. Wooden stilted houses stand against the mountains, with green water winding around the village. It is quiet and healing during the day, and brilliant with lights at night. There's no need to rush; take a slow walk, ride a boat, and immerse yourself in the landscapes and villages of Guizhou.

📍Location: Wujiang Village International Tourism Resort, Guizhou | Zunyi Who would have thought that such an ink-wash painting of an ancient village was hidden deep in the mountains of northern Guizhou? It is no exaggeration that it was featured by National Geographic! Tier upon tier of stilt houses are built along the mountain slopes, with dark-colored tiles nestled among the rolling green hills, while the emerald river flows slowly through the village. Wooden sculling boats drift quietly on the river, and performers of the intangible cultural heritage "single-bamboo drifting" stand on the water. From a distance, the entire village looks like it walked right out of a traditional Chinese painting. You don't need to travel far to Jiangnan to experience the romance of an ancient water town; you can find it right here in Guizhou. The daytime is quiet and serene, filled with lush greenery. When dusk falls and the lights come on, it transforms into a completely different, ethereal atmosphere. ✨Must-do experiences ▪️Single-bamboo drifting performance: An intangible cultural heritage stunt. Watch it in the Huilong Island waters. This water-based skill on the river surface is incredibly photogenic. ▪️Boat tour: Take a traditional-style sculling boat for a leisurely ride along the river to admire the stilt house complexes from the water. ▪️Yalu King Covered Bridge: An excellent vantage point for a panoramic view of the village. Staying inside the village allows for multiple entries and exits, letting you enjoy the quiet, ancient village in the early morning before the crowds arrive. ▫️For outfits, light-colored or "New Chinese Style" clothing is highly recommended, as it pairs perfectly with the landscape and ancient architecture. ▫️The scenic area has plenty of snacks and restaurants, so you can stop and taste local northern Guizhou specialties when you get tired of walking. Escape the crowds and duck into this village hidden in the mountains to see green hills embracing ancient buildings and clear water winding around the village. With landscapes, culture, and local life all in one place, Wujiang Village is truly worth adding to your Guizhou travel itinerary!
We went as a family during the National Day holiday, and it was a lot of fun. The light show and the iron flower display at night were beautiful. I accompanied my parents, who are over 70 years old. There were some steps in the scenic area, which were a bit tiring for their legs, but we could manage by walking slowly. The whole family was very happy.

辛德强Our group of seven drove here from Nantong, Jiangsu. This place is great and worth recommending. Although it's not as famous as Huangguoshu Waterfall, it's still very beautiful. The scenery along the way is absolutely stunning. It's definitely worth a visit, especially now that it's the off-season.
来好韵This is a rare red rock Danxia landform. The air is fresh inside the scenic area, and there are many safera trees from the dinosaur era along the way. The waterfall cascading down is spectacular and well worth a visit.
_CF***69The scenic area is small and exquisite. The package ticket includes a sightseeing bus and elevator, and the tour takes about 2 hours. There are two caves in total, a water cave and a dry cave. It is suitable for young people who like adventure and excitement. There are swings, a knight cafe, and a via ferrata. Overall, it is okay.
Anonymous userThe exhibition hall is very informative. It not only teaches you about Moutai, but also about many other types of liquor. It is also very close to the core area of Moutai Town. It is worth visiting when you come to the town, as you can learn a lot about liquor culture.
Anonymous userI was really amazed as soon as I walked in. The environment is very good, the best around, and the price/performance ratio is very high. I have been here so many times and have never had any disappointments. It is very good. If you want to come, you can go for it.

茅台酿女Loushan Pass, historically known as a natural fortress, is the throat of northern Guizhou and has been a strategic location fought over by military strategists since ancient times. The Battle of Loushan Pass was the first victory of the Long March after the Zunyi Conference, and Chairman Mao Zedong personally wrote the magnificent lines: "The pass is as impregnable as iron, but now we stride forward anew."
