Apartments in Kuantan

The location is nice, by the Balok Beach. The pool is huge with beautiful landscape but it was close during the month of Ramadhan due to maintenance. Timurbay Seafront is like an AirBnB style accommodation, not a typical hotel or a service apartment. A variety of different hosts rent out different apartments so the quality will differ. My specific review is for: A Junior Suite by Subhome, booked thru Trip.Com & Within Earth. Thanks to Mr Soaib, he allowed us to early checked in at around 1pm and upgrade my son room to pool view and facing the ocean. Response time through whatsapp and call very efficient. Limited time check-in from 3 to 10 pm only. And check-out from 9am to 12pm only. You'll get fine for RM100/30 minutes for late check-out. Need to consider in providing amenities such tooth brush, mineral water, etc. Parking was okay, the security is good. Lots of local restaurant nearby. Will come again when we're in Kuantan.

During my business trip to Kuantan on August 7-8, 2023, I stayed at Timurbay Aseafront. The waterfront location provided a serene escape. The well-equipped room, accommodating staff, and stunning sea view during sunrise and sunset were highlights. The hotel's amenities and proximity to attractions made my stay convenient and relaxing. Unfortunately we got the parking view and 3rd floor. And the parking is far. Climb downstairs. Key on the other hand. U gotta jimmy to open it. Perks of facing parking is it is not loud. Boring tv channel selection. Basic kitchen. Water heater not functioning properly. No toothpaste whatsoever just a soap shower gel. Wont repeat because its a bit scary. Eerie a bit. We felt like someone is watching us.lol. anyways, Its still nice place to stay but I wont repeat, nice pool tho. Tq. Atleast it is clean.overall. nice experience. The host is friendly and easy access through whatsapp only.didnt answer any calls. On top of that, there are flies in the room and Aircond suiz for the twin room needs fixing. Good place to stay for short stay and if you dont mind far parking and facing car park as for us, we dont mind. 3rd floor.

the best service and room from CA CON, packing room, all the tiptops, the most important thing, high speed wifi is biased in other places, I need to get high speed wifi, it really recommends for all types of family vacations, couples also alone travelers

The facilities are relatively complete. No slippers and toothbrush. Local specialties. The bed was very comfortable. There is a balcony. The scenery is very good.

Great for families and newlyweds. Restaurants are close and cheap. There is a swimming pool for children. Very satisfied with the accommodation.
