GGuest UserIt was a very pleasant stay. Rooms are really clean. It has a kitchen and comfy couch where you can relax watching netflix in the evening. Just behind Gaisano Country Mall so all you need can be bought there. Very courteous staff. Definitely reccommend this hotel.

GGuest UserIf you're looking for a a mountain scenic view, you should expect it to be a bit difficult for the location. So I wasn't really overly surprised that the road isn't as perfect but for the view its all worth it. Were lucky to be there on a weekdays so we have the whole place to ourselves. We rented their motorbike for it to be convenient to travel and get to shops coz they have a little kitchen so you can cook. Unfortunately Osmena peak was still close the time we went yet the place made it comfy for us to stay. I recommend this hotel specially for couples and young adults..

GGuest UserWe booked for a two bedroom unit, but they gave us only one bedroom unit. We needed to pay additional fee just to be transferred to the right room which we booked. In the room, the aircon is so noisy. It blows directly to your face because it’s just beside the bed. You either turn it off to avoid the noise and the inconvenience brought by direct blowing of the aircon on your face or suffer from too much heat. It was so uncomfortable. There is no rug and broom provided. We booked for five nights and the room become very dirty because there is no broom and rug provided for the room.

GGuest UserThe room was very clean, the shampoo and conditioner were separate and smelled nice, and although it was a shower toilet, it was clean! The air conditioning worked well! The pool and the area around the pool were clean! There was also a small gym! I asked over the intercom for a hair dryer, and they brought it to my room, which I thought was great service! There was a full-length mirror 🌷
