It was easy to locate the Residence and it feels like home. I enjoyed my stay overall. and I will definitely recommend to others Work a bit more on the payment system for gaining access to the pool. I had to wait for about 30mins just to pay a fee

I was a bit skeptical since this hotel does not appear to be part of any major chain but I was wrong. Great location, walking distance to many great restaurants and malls. Staff members are so helpful, decent gym and swimming pool. Great breakfast with live band!! Room and amenities are clean and excellent. Great view from the rooms too. Definitely will come back here again!!

Good location. It’s convenient to go to Mall of Asia.There are many stores and restaurants around this buildings.The room decoration is good.The bed is soft and quality. You can get what you paid for.I will recommend to others.

The place was so clean and smelt good everytime. Everyday breakfast inclusive in the accommodation was fantastic. I did not expect this place to be that awesome in the midst of the city's jungle. Staff were so accommodating and courteous. A perfect place to be. Will surely book again for my money's worth. 😍

They have always made a big effort to accommodate my requests, especially my preference for the highest floor, which provides a great view of the city. My husband and I stayed in this hotel since it is only 700 meters away from the SMX convention center (we can get there in 10 minutes by foot). We loved our stay for the following reasons: 1. Perfect location since it is close to SMX convention center as well as to SM Mall of Asia. It is also connected to a small mall with a grocery store and a pharmacy. 2. Awesome service. When we left the do not disturb sign for the whole day, they left a card that says we may call them up to 6 pm if we want to have our room cleaned, but since we did not mind a little clutter we decided not to ask for housekeeping services. Then at around 5:45 om they called us to make sure if we do not need anything else. 3. Love the toiletries, they use paraben and silicone free products so I no longer need to bring my own (which I usually do since sometimes hotel toiletries are too harsh and too heavily scented). 4. We booked the lowest tier room (studio deluxe) which has a water dispenser and a microwave aside from the usual hotel room amenities. We particularly loved the microwave because the nearby Golden Bay Seafood restaurant has large servings hence we just brought our leftovers to the hotel to be reheated on our next meal. 5. Food is good, we loved their seafood Aglio Olio which was savory with a slight kick. Breakfast buffet also has a nice variety with generally good food. 6. Reasonable room rates at around 4,000 PHP a night.

I see always small cockroaches anytime I check-in during my previous and last stay. I told to all the housekeeping crew that next time I will bring my own insecticide to fumigate the rooms to make sure that I will not see cockroaches at the kitchen and bathroom. They have their own insect spray but only allowed limited use only because they will be questioned of over used by the management

We stayed at Lanson for the weekend, as we needed a place near Mall of Asia, and this hotel didn't disappoint us. Aside from the great location, great breakfast buffet and awesome café, the most commendable part of our stay was the warmth of their staff, all our needs were attended to and they make you feel at home. Will definitely come back. Thank youuuu Lanson! 🥰

We had to wait for 1 hour to get to our room for general cleaning inspection purposes but the room was full of small cockroaches when we get there. We were advised that we can check out late due to the issue but received a call the day after that we should check out before 12pm, lol. Location is great.

The kitchen contains various utensils, there is a coffee maker and a toaster, and there is a sink and dryer. The hotel is old, like the kitchen and sink wood, but the furniture has been renovated, and there is a dining table for four people. The price is high, the bathroom needs cleaning, there are stains, the TV is small and there is no YouTube, smoking is not allowed in most rooms The hotel has a place on the sixth floor that is open and there are no chairs. Some workers lack experience and need more training. They annoy you by hinting at giving them money, but some of them, on the contrary, are very excellent in dealing, and in particular the respected employee Alan in the hotel restaurant treats him professionally.

Firstly, the good. Good location in colourful Poblacion (close to the heart of Makati but keep alert) and reasonably priced. Good friendly staff who go out of their way, Nino, Marlon and Leo (Nino in particular gave me great help when ING Australia had suspended use of my ATM card given its overseas use even though I advised that I would be overseas! lol). Good security (steel security door) and good value. The bad....upper floors can only be accessed by stairs which resemble the steep climb to the death face of K2 (to say it is somewhat steep is an understatement). Nimble young folks and families could do it but it was a great strain for older folks like me despite the fact that the friendly staff were happy to carry my bags upstairs. Secondly, the internet there must be run by evil spirits - you would get connected and the internet would fade and disconnect, or refuse to connect repeatedly. There are many other alternative internet options (different routers for different floors) however you would get the same bad internet experience over and over again. Whilst there is no great internet even in Manila, at the end of the day the internet here was a very frustrating experience and a great difficulty if you absolutely required it (which is most of us). The rooms were so so and came with air conditioning and were about right for a budget stay.

My partner and I were celebrating our Anniversary and believe me when I tell you that we had the most perfect stay. Citadines Benavidez is a treasure chest— we came in with just normal expectations but we were completely blown away. From the start of our stay up until the very last second before we left, there are no words to describe how incredibly grateful we are for such a lovely stay. The facilities, service, and people are all top-notch. We wish we could thank everyone by name if we could. A very special shout out and big thank you to Sir Garlitos, Ken, Chef Jash, Jerick, Karen, Gean Carlo, Stephanie, and Jerome of Housekeeping (who we weren’t able to meet personally but was the one who prepared our room. Luckily they leave a note inside the room so we are able to express our gratitude for the people working behind the scenes— kudos to the management for this initiative as well). It takes a village of dedicated people to make Citadines Benavidez the great place that it is and we have nothing but respect for each and every one of your Team Members. You all are doing such a fantastic job and it warms our heart to know that Filipino Hospitality is truly alive and well represented in your establishment. P.S. Sorry we didn’t get his name but the Gym/ Pool Attendant was also very helpful! He was very hands on and friendly as well :) thoroughly enjoyed the unique “active” activities (i.e. mini table tennis) as well as our night swim

The condo hotel has a great location near shopping & business district. The condotel itself is old and tired looking. The room was basic, clean, functional but the towels were old & worn. Thankfully the AC & fridge worked well. As in all hotels I’ve been too in the Philippines, the staff was courteous, friendly & helpful. There’s visible security staff always present at the small lobby which I thought was unusual for a no frills condotel. Overall, I would recommend Princess Plaza as a good value if you’re looking for a no-frills, functional room close to the shopping centers.

Stayed here multiple times and would love to go back again. You get your money's worth with the service and the size of the room. Each room has a bath tub, if you're into that :) Also love their swimming pool and billiards area, and the privacy the area offers. It's also near Greenbelt (mall) and public parks. Would recommend just improving the breakfast menu (or rather the quality) so guests will get their money's worth more ;) Would also recommend looking into having a heater for the swimming pool so it's not too cold sometimes.

Our stay there was very disappointing, apart from the unit being very dusty and the floor dirty that i have to clean it. Not ideal for thise who have kids and I don't like your customer service. Too much hassle to use the amenities. it is not stated on trip.com that the pool has a fee per use. We were made to wait for a long time just for the ticket and were told that the pool was close even though it wasn't and also the guards and the pool attendant are so rude. It was my first time to experience something like this with everyone we checked in with. Guards and pool attendants are rude.

The owner who was staying there was also a very nice person and helped me with a lot of things.The staff in the lobby also responded quickly and I had a comfortable stay for one night. I would like to go to the Philippines again and stay there for a longer time.

The check-in was a very smooth one for as long as you have the proper documents ready. The room is cozy and has a good view of the city especially at night. They have provided us with a welcome kit which includes a shampoo, soap, toothbrush and toothpaste. They have also prepared towels and slippers for 2 people. For those who would like to use the pool, make sure to inform the FD right away as their admin is only open until 6PM to collect payment and assist you with the pool pass.The overall experience was good as it's only a 10-minute walk to MOA. Though there's no way to call the owner, s/he responds to email right away for assistance. The only concern I have are the small roaches in the room. Hopefully they would be able to eliminate those to avoid complaints from other guests in the future. Still, a very comfortable stay! Will definitely book again in the future.

The Staffs are friendly. Although my husband is a bit hesitant about giving our IDs fpr confirmation because the 2 staffs that night looks very casual(nakapambahay) instead of wearing formal and uniform attire. As a Pinay, I understand. But still they are working on a residences where foreigners usually stay. My husband thought it was a scam. But I explain the culture. Also I trust my gut feelings that night too. They explained everything well. And happy to go back there if we ever visited Philippines again. Also The staff who helped me with things there, I salute him. He is very kind which my husband was very impressed. Told him don't judge the book by it's cover. We went out and bought some things which is very near the place and the guards are very kind helping us find a spot to smoke since the private and public areas are non-smoking. Kudos Philippines and Shore Residences. I forgot to take pictures since we did not have a long stay also we just need a place to rest and stay for a while. And we're busy packing so...🥰

Best place when you're going to the NAIA airport for your next flight. Everything you need, from food, entertainment, shopping, is just a walk-away. NAIA-3 is just 20-30mins walk. WIFI isn't working. Place is cozy.

I have stayed at the Copacabana many times and I always had a good experience but on my latest trip, I experienced such an amazing degree of professionalism and good value that I just had to let someone else know. First of all, every member of the staff was courteous, efficient and friendly. My room was situated on the highest floor (11) in order to avail the lowest cost. Because of the low cost, I was not expecting such a big and well-apointed room which included a refrigerator, sink, and 2 twin-sized beds, The room was clean with solid wood parquet floors. The Hotel has a wonderful rather large swimming pool with a garden on one side and the restaurant on the other side where I enjoyed my breakfast before taking a cool dip.

Located right in front of Ninoiaquino Airport Terminal 3. The amenities are well organized nearby, and it's not far from the casino. It depends on the unit, but I used the corner on the first floor, and the communication was not caught at all. There was a wifi, but it couldn't connect to the Internet. And the little cockroaches came out and they had to catch them. I recommend it if you are a traveler who wants to sleep in a break from the tax.

1⃣️The room is very hygienic and the decoration is very new. In a city like Manila, the room size is not big but the price/performance ratio is good🆗 2⃣️The service staff, security staff, and the cleaning staff I saw when passing by all had very good attitudes, and the check-in and check-out were very efficient. 3⃣️The air conditioner in the room was too noisy. The company next door was working all night, with the sound of machines and excavators, and the windows were not well insulated, which kept me awake all night. 4⃣️The location is quite convenient. It only costs more than 400 yuan to take a taxi to the airport, but the radius of 500 meters is quite chaotic, so it is not suitable for girls to travel at night.

It was a little extravagant because I used the quadruple room by myself. However, the bed is narrow and you have to sleep diagonally to hit your head. Because it is right next to lrt, there is no choice but to make noise. If you make a reservation the day before, it costs 2,000 yen per night, so I would like to use it next time.

It took a while for the staff to check us in. But all other things were great. Plus, we were surprised they gave complimentary breakfast daily! Definitely going back!

The hotel is cozy, clean and the location is great! It’s walking distance from hospitals and also near SM San Lazaro. We stayed here for a month and I didn’t have issues with my stay at all. It’s also very near an LRT station, making it very accessible if you plan to tour the city. The staff were also very attentive to our needs.

Better service, front desk personnel are polite.The location is great, it's just a few steps away from the mall and fast food chains. The facilities are good. The unit we had has an awesome view of Manila Bay from the 49th floor. The unit is clean and well maintained, no issues encountered. They also have a better internet speed. Highly recommended for staycation or longer stay. Will be booking again at Regency Grand Suites.

The shower was broken and hot water did not come out. There were many ants around the kitchen.
