24-hour pick-up and drop-off service for Meilan Airport and Meilan High-Speed Rail Station: This shuttle service was fantastic! Five-star rating. I just followed the driver's instructions and waited at Gate 5 for a few minutes, and they picked me right up. The next day, they dropped me off at the airport ahead of schedule. It's perfect for travelers with layovers or those flying out the next day. Facilities: Good Cleanliness: Very clean Environment: Lots of restaurants nearby. I ordered takeout from Meilan Zaopocu, and it was fresh and delicious. Service: Excellent service, they even allowed a late check-out. Overall experience: Five-star rating

An Unforgettable New Year's Stay at Central Coast Sea View Hotel, Sanya We spent four incredible nights at the Central Coast Sea View Hotel in Sanya (December 31 - January 4), and it was the perfect way to ring in the New Year. From the moment we arrived, we knew we were in for something special. Our room was absolutely awesome (Smart suite)– spacious, beautifully appointed, and offering stunning ocean views that made every morning feel like a treat. The entire hotel experience exceeded our expectations with their consistently high-level service throughout our stay. Special mention must go to Levi from the hotel reception team, who was exceptionally helpful and attentive to our needs. The tour service desk also deserves praise for their outstanding assistance in helping us make the most of our time in Sanya. The hotel's location is another major plus – it's conveniently close to numerous shops and the Sanya One Mall, Sanya Bay, making it easy to explore the area and do some shopping whenever we wanted. The hotel's amenities were fantastic. With two pools plus a breathtaking infinity pool. The infinity pool, in particular, provided a mesmerizing experience with its seamless views. The children's play area was wonderful – my daughter absolutely loved it and spent hours enjoying the facilities. This was truly a memorable New Year's celebration, and we couldn't have asked for a better place to create these special family memories. Highly recommended for families looking for a perfect blend of luxury, service, and family-friendly amenities in Sanya.

My friend and I booked a twin room with two single beds side by side for an excellent price. Upon arrival we were upgraded to a suite with separate rooms and separate bathrooms which was such a surprise and so lovely. Our receptionist Wuyan was very kind and offered excellent service answering any questions and showing patience when we could not speak the local language. We had a view of the pool and the harbour surrounded by mountains and tropical greenery. We are a very short walk to Dadonghai beach. We had a fantastic trip, thank you!

I had planned to stay here for New Year's Eve, but it turned into a nightmare… I strongly advise against choosing this hotel if you're planning to stay during peak times like New Year's Eve or National Day! The hotel supposedly has a great location, with many New Year's Eve activities happening around it. However, this also meant that the road outside was closed and restricted on the night of the 31st, making it a huge hassle to get there by car. At 11 PM, the entrance was still jam-packed with purple and red lights (indicating heavy congestion). When I asked the hotel staff, they were completely clueless and hadn't even informed guests about the road closures in advance. If I had known about the closures, I probably wouldn't have chosen to drive… I left for the hotel around 11 PM, and I can understand traffic jams, but when I was almost at the hotel entrance, the road was suddenly closed again, blocking vehicles. It was past 1 AM at that point, so I had no choice but to park the car nearby and drag all our luggage and the kids to check in. It was a complete mess and utterly exhausting. Plus, I was incredibly sleepy and miserable. Once at the hotel, there was no apology whatsoever. Loud music was blasting through the windows, and for a high-end hotel, their service attitude was non-existent. Their responses were unapologetic, as if sleeping on New Year's Eve was out of the question. It finally quieted down around 2 AM, but my 2026 started off feeling utterly terrible… My travel mood was completely ruined. Breakfast ended at 10:30 AM, and we had to groggily drag ourselves out of bed to make it. There was no consideration for New Year's Eve disruptions leading to a slightly later breakfast… Maybe because we went late, there wasn't much food left either. There are just too many complaints… The Langham has permanently put me off! P.S. The facilities are also very old and there isn't even a magnifying mirror.

Atlantis Sanya Hotel Stay Review I've long dreamt of staying at the Atlantis Sanya, a fantastical landmark perched on Haitang Bay. Just catching a glimpse of its iconic ”Poseidon Tower” from afar instantly ignited my vacation excitement. This time, I finally took my family during the holidays, and not only did we immerse ourselves in the wondrous underwater world, but we were also incredibly touched by the super attentive service, making our entire stay truly blissful. Upon entering the hotel, the first thing that caught my eye was the gigantic seahorse sculpture. Its dynamic form, coupled with dazzling lights, immediately created an immersive ocean-themed atmosphere. I couldn't resist pausing to snap several photos. Stepping further in, the lobby was even more stunning – a colossal aquarium teeming with colorful tropical fish, a dome adorned with blue lights resembling deep-sea reflections, and even the floor tiles subtly designed with wave patterns. Every snapshot felt like it belonged in a magazine. Right after checking in, we headed straight to the theater for the C Show. The aquatic stunts, aerial silks, and ocean-themed storyline on stage perfectly blended together, with dazzling lights and spectacular performances that captivated both adults and children, leaving everyone thoroughly thrilled. Our ocean-view twin room was a real gem, offering double the surprise as soon as we opened the door: one side showcased the lively scene of roller coasters zipping through the Aquaventure Waterpark, while the other presented the calming vista where the azure sea merged with the skyline. Waking up to the sound of waves in the morning and watching the park lights illuminate the night sky in the evening was incredibly relaxing. The thoughtful details in the room were also heartwarming: children's toothbrushes and slippers were already laid out, the soft bedding was comfortable against the skin, a footstool was provided at the vanity for little ones, and complimentary sodas were supplied in the mini-fridge, restocked daily. The entire hotel felt like a shopping mall, offering everything from dining and entertainment to shopping (Hainan specialties, Pop Mart, BaWangChaJi, ice cream, popcorn, and other shops). Guests staying at the hotel enjoyed unlimited access to the aquarium and waterpark. In ”The Lost Chambers” Aquarium, we wandered through underwater tunnels, watching sharks swim overhead, as if transported to a mysterious underwater kingdom. Although we didn't try the thrilling rides at the waterpark, feeding the stingrays and letting the children float down the lazy river multiple times were all incredibly enjoyable. The hotel also gifted us 5 free travel photoshoots. After booking a time with the staff in advance, the photographer guided us through various poses, and the final results were outstanding. The staff member who helped us choose the photos was very helpful, offering suggestions when I was indecisive, and ultimately helped me select a cost-effective package. Our butler, Ivy, was an absolute treasure. The day before our arrival, she proactively added me on WeChat, reminded me of the hotel's activity routes and the C Show schedule, and even presented us with a pair of adorable whale plushies as a welcome gift. My children adored them and kept asking for another pair. I hesitantly messaged Ivy, and to my surprise, she quickly delivered another pair. Throughout our stay, whether it was for information or room service, Ivy always responded instantly, truly acting as our dedicated and attentive personal butler. The service from our room attendant, Li Chunmiao, was even more meticulous and touching. Every day when we returned from our outings, the room was spotless, the bed made perfectly, and even the children's scattered toys were neatly organized. She also thoughtfully gave us an extra pair of whale plushies. She specifically noticed that we were using chairs to block the bed, worried about the children falling off during sleep, so she proactively brought and installed a child bed rail, making sure it was stable before leaving. While luxurious hardware is the foundation, it's the supremely thoughtful service that truly defines the soul of Atlantis. Many thanks to butler Ivy and room attendant Li Chunmiao for their dedicated efforts. Next time we visit Sanya, we will definitely choose to stay here again!

Whenever we stay at a hotel, we truly immerse ourselves in the experience. For a hotel that's been around for ten years, the facilities are well-maintained. The two-bedroom suite is great for families with older kids, and the bedding is very comfortable. We had planned to cook our own meals, but it didn't end up happening. There was a slight hiccup during check-in, but we reported it to Trip.com, and they took it seriously, resolving it quickly so we could get settled. The area around the hotel is very lively, with the popular Wacai Plaza landmark nearby, which has tons of food options. My daughter mentioned that the soundproofing in the room isn't the best.

Pros: 1. **Convenient Takeaway**: There's a dedicated takeaway locker. You can easily order from Wallace, McDonald's, Luckin Coffee, and nearby supermarkets. 2. **Shuttle Service**: They offer a mini-bus service to and from the high-speed rail station (limited seating, requires advance booking). 3. **Festive Atmosphere**: The hotel really goes all out for holidays! The Christmas decorations and festive fireworks were beautiful – a huge bonus. 4. **Excellent Front Desk Service**: The front desk staff were very proactive in resolving issues, and calls were always answered. Hotel staff were also enthusiastic about helping with luggage. 5. **Great Location**: Very close to Stone Park and Tonggulun, and taxis are easily accessible. 6. **Friendly Cats**: There are adorable (wild) cats around, very friendly and not aggressive towards people. Cons: 1. **Musty Smell in Room**: The room had a strong musty smell (barely tolerable). 2. **Cleanliness Issues**: The hygiene was just okay. There was mold on the walls and air vents, and the bottom of the bathtub was yellowed with uncleaned hair nearby. 3. **Poor Wi-Fi for Apple Users**: The Wi-Fi was not very friendly for iPhone users; it kept disconnecting or failing to connect, so I mostly relied on mobile data. 4. **Terrible Food**: Although the hotel food portions were large, it was incredibly bad. The Baoluo noodles had absolutely no flavor (not just bland). 5. **Noisy Cats at Night**: The kittens were a bit noisy at night (perhaps hungry or something else). I suggest arranging deworming and neutering for the cats, providing a cat house (please don't kill or drive them away) as part of the hotel's 'cute pets' initiative, maybe even creating a cat cafe. For the price of over 400, this hotel is already quite good and offers great value for money.

The service here deserves full marks! Every staff member I encountered was incredibly enthusiastic. Our butler, Coco, was very responsive to all our questions and proactively offered help. The room was spacious and clean, and the mattress was just right—not too soft, not too firm—which made for a fantastic night's sleep. From check-in to check-out, there was absolutely nothing to complain about; the whole experience was excellent.

I specifically chose this hotel for an early morning flight on my second day, as it's within walking distance to Terminal 1. It only takes a few minutes to walk from the second floor, which was quite convenient. The express checkout was great; I just dropped off my room key and could head directly to the terminal via the skybridge, saving me a trip to the front desk. The room was spacious and clean. For those interested, you can also explore the outlet mall nearby. The soundproofing, however, was not great. Some guests checked in late at night and were very loud, which was quite rude.

What an incredible night, it felt like all my previous trips to Sanya were wasted! I've stayed in plenty of five-star hotels around this area, but this was my first time at MGM. I brought my parents to Sanya, hoping they'd enjoy themselves since they're getting on in years, so I booked this full ocean-view suite. They were absolutely thrilled! The large balcony was perfect for photos and watching the sunrise – truly amazing. The service was exceptionally good, especially from Xiao Hu. He took care of us every step of the way, adding me on WeChat the day before to help with arrangements. Before our room was ready, he even arranged a temporary room for my parents to rest in. The suite included breakfast at the beachfront restaurant, and the à la carte options were incredibly exquisite. Originally, only two breakfasts were included, but Xiao Hu helped us get an extra one for free. The hotel also had a lot of lively activities in the evening.

GGuest UserThe rooms are generously sized, and the facilities are well-maintained. We especially appreciated the delicious complimentary desserts delivered to our room daily. The swimming pool, water park, and hot springs are fantastic, making it perfect for families with kids. The only minor point for improvement would be the dinner buffet, as the selection and quality of dishes could be better. The complimentary shooting range, which came with our booking, is definitely worth taking the kids to; they had a blast! However, don't bother with the Feng Xiaogang Movie Commune – it's a complete waste of money.

MM384483****This hotel perfectly defines a 'secluded getaway'. Staying in a villa with a private pool, closing the gate truly creates a private world just for two. Heading to the beach for a ceremony at sunset, sipping drinks while watching the sun go down—it's incredibly romantic. The hotel service is impeccable, responsive, and genuinely attentive. It's one of the few places I'd be willing to come back to again and again.

AAnonymous UserThis time I booked the Metropark in Yalong Bay, and it really lives up to its reputation as a well-established hotel. Everything was meticulously handled. The shuttle bus runs 24 hours. Our butler, Emma, added me on WeChat beforehand and provided excellent service. Not only did she turn on the AC and lights in advance, but she also sent evening fruit. We chose a private villa this time, which offered great privacy. They even included a complimentary travel photoshoot. Since our flight was late, I contacted the front desk to request a late check-out. After confirming it wouldn't affect the next guest, they immediately approved it. The experience was fantastic, and I'll definitely come back again. Highly recommended!!

LLunlunThe hotel boasts a prime location with a wide coastline and spacious lawns, making it an absolute must-visit for photos. Although the hotel has been open for over ten years, its management is incredibly strict, and all facilities are well-maintained, showing no signs of age. For several years now, I've been coming to Sanya in winter to escape the cold, and I always stay at the St. Regis. I truly love the St. Regis, but in the past two years, due to economic impacts, the hotel's business has been significantly affected. To survive, the hotel has started to embrace a more budget-friendly approach, moving downmarket. Its online ranking among high-end hotels has been consistently slipping. The hotel service, especially the butler service, is exceptionally warm, attentive, and thoughtful, always fulfilling every request. I'm still very satisfied and plan to return to Sanya next year to stay at the St. Regis for a few more days. This is my second stay at the St. Regis this year. I had originally planned to celebrate New Year's Eve here. In previous years, the New Year's Eve buffet dinner was held on the grand lawn by the fountain, which we attended twice and found very memorable. I was surprised that this year it was moved to the beach. Winter evenings can be quite cold, and with the strong sea breeze, despite the hotel's meticulous preparation and ample offerings, it was still a bit disappointing and uncomfortable.

11824613****The facilities aren't old at all, not as old as I imagined, and it's very clean with incredibly beautiful views. I highly recommend the afternoon tea; it's delicious and not just pretty – perfect for photos! However, breakfast was a different story. The breakfast buffet area was messy and unhygienic. The à la carte options looked nice but didn't taste good. The cleaning staff were very thoughtful, neatly arranging all my cosmetics, which was great. On the night I checked in, our butler, Lucy, brought us a welcome late-night snack and was very responsive to our requests. Thank goodness for Lucy, because the front desk service was, frankly, very mediocre. No matter what we asked for or said, the answer was always no. The package included daily afternoon tea, but they said we didn't have it either. Overall, the environment gets 100 points, food 70 points, and service 80 points. I still highly recommend staying here!

11391199****We chose to spend New Year's Eve here with my wife, and this hotel truly has a unique charm and comfort, thanks to its rainforest surroundings and hot springs. Inside the hotel, you can leisurely stroll along rainforest paths, and from your room's balcony, you can soak in a hot spring pool. The constant chirping of countless birds and the soothing sound of the stream, day and night, create a peaceful atmosphere. The hotel is definitely not luxurious or bustling, but it offers a welcoming, home-like ambiance. When we arrived, an elegant lady greeted us at the entrance, helped us with our luggage, and directed us to parking. Her demeanor made it hard to believe she was a concierge staff member. During the New Year's Eve celebration, there was a ceremony where a jar of wine, buried in the forest, was unearthed and personally uncorked and shared by the hotel's general manager. That's when we realized the lady who greeted us was indeed the general manager! A hotel where the GM acts as a concierge, and does it so naturally, must be special! However, the hotel also had some... unique staff members. For our New Year's Eve dinner, we ordered a roasted suckling pig. After waiting forty minutes with no sign of it, a seemingly authoritative male waiter told us it would take a bit longer, about ten minutes. With it being New Year's Eve and so many people, I completely understood. But then we waited for another hour. Fortunately, we finally ate it in 2025, and we were still happy. When we checked out, a female manager gave us a discount, but that male waiter seemed displeased. The next day, for New Year's dinner, I still wanted to try the hotel restaurant. Upon entering, we ran into the same male waiter from last year, who said there were no tables and we'd have to wait twenty minutes. I asked if the food would still be slow, and he said it would be very slow. So, we decided to get a taxi from the lobby entrance to eat outside the hotel. A white-haired older 'bellhop' who was helping us get a taxi said, 'If you want Li family cuisine, we have excellent food here.' I said, 'You don't have any space!' He replied, 'Come, come, I'll arrange something for you.' He led us in, and a table was immediately about to open up! I could tell he was definitely a leader! The story doesn't end there. The next day, for breakfast, the host at the entrance was again that same male waiter we had seemingly offended. He tried to seat us by a pillar! Even though there were clearly seats by the window! We didn't bother arguing and just sat ourselves at a window seat. There was nobody there! I've rambled on for so long, but it just goes to show that while an entire team strives, they can often be held back by a few individuals. I'll definitely come back to this hotel for the hot springs if I get the chance. Why bother going to Japan for a hot spring?
