The natural light and ventilation in the rooms were excellent. - **Service Experience:** All the staff were warm and attentive, and I have to give a special shout-out to Amumu at the front desk! Check-in and check-out were super efficient, and she proactively gave us tips on local attractions and food. Any issues we had were resolved incredibly quickly, and her attitude was gentle and patient. The entire experience was fantastic! I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in the area and have already recommended it to friends who are planning trips!

Bringing my mom to Haikou for a vacation, choosing InterContinental Haikou this time was truly a smart decision. From the welcoming reception upon arrival to the thoughtful room setup, and the sunset view from the Executive Lounge, everything maintained InterContinental's consistently high standards. The bedding, in particular, was incredibly comfortable, and my mom slept wonderfully. But the biggest surprise this time was booking a photoshoot with Wild Deer Photography, a hotel partner. I was initially worried my mom would be camera-shy, but the photography team was amazing at guiding her! My mom loved the makeup and styling; it made her look youthful without being overdone. The photographer was exceptionally patient, making my mom laugh the entire time and capturing her most relaxed and authentic self. There were a few side profiles by the sea at sunset that were so gentle and elegant – my mom adored the raw photos. The editing wasn't excessive; it retained the skin's texture while significantly brightening her complexion. My mom was exceptionally pleased this time, saying, ”These are the best photos I've taken in years,” and they received a lot of compliments when she posted them on social media. I honestly recommend that if you're bringing your parents to InterContinental Haikou, you absolutely must try Wild Deer Photography to beautifully document those warm moments during your trip. We had a comfortable stay and an even happier photoshoot – full marks!

This is a decent, standard airport hotel, very close to the airport. They offer a shuttle bus every half hour, though you can actually walk to the terminal. There's also an outlet mall next door for shopping and dining. The facilities are relatively new and have all the necessary amenities. Most of the staff are dedicated and helpful, though a very small number had slightly poor attitudes, which I can understand if they were on a night shift. Special thanks to the housekeeping staff, who were very warm, hospitable, and went out of their way to help guests, even providing a charging cable to a guest next door, which wasn't even part of her job. There was a faint lingering smell of smoke in the room when I entered, but that's not the hotel's fault; it's due to a previous guest violating the no-smoking policy.

Firstly, the location is incredibly convenient, surrounded by residential buildings, making it easy to get anywhere. There are plenty of dining options nearby, and it's not noisy. As expected from a Langham Group hotel, it boasts a luxurious style, with eye-catching marble decor throughout. Haha! The hotel also features a gym and a swimming pool, and the breakfast offers a great variety too.

We had a beautiful view of the sea from our cave-like room but the cleanliness left much to be desired. We often saw bugs in the toilet 🚽 so that freaked me out a little. The towels also seemed very old and used, so bring your own if possible. The service was great though, simply connect with them via WeChat and they will check in and share more info with you during your stay. There was complimentary afternoon tea daily, which is basically a drink and four tiramisu cake cubes. The drink is alright, but the cakes you can skip. The room package includes a photoshoot too. While they offer 3 complimentary soft copies of the photos taken by a photographer, note that they are unedited. After seeing the edited version, it usually makes you want to pay more for the edited version. Lastly, the hotel location requires a short walk through white dragon street after alighting by car, so bear that in mind for accessibility. It’s great for walking around, exploring the town and access to the beach.

The hotel's facilities are immaculately clean, well-maintained, and exude that relaxed, resort-like vibe that made my stay incredibly satisfying. It's very close to the beach, perfect for leisurely strolls and relaxation. The pool is also large, clean, and comfortable, making it ideal for both families and couples. The breakfast, in particular, exceeded my expectations – a wide variety of delicious options that helped start each day on a high note. What truly stood out was the lovely Cynthia. Her warm welcome and attentive service made our stay incredibly comfortable. Cynthia always greeted our family with a radiant smile and meticulously took care of every little detail, ensuring we had a completely hassle-free and delightful time. Her beautiful smile and friendly service made this trip even more special. From the convenience of its city location, the quiet ambiance, excellent hotel facilities, proximity to the beach, spacious pool, and delicious breakfast, to the warm and thoughtful staff service, my overall satisfaction was incredibly high. If you're planning a trip to Sanya, I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.

My partner and I stayed here for a night during our trip. We originally booked a room on floors 3-8, but the front desk kindly upgraded us to a higher floor free of charge. Both the king and twin rooms offer partial sea views, and you can catch a glimpse of the ocean from the window. There are ongoing construction projects nearby, including an underwater tunnel and a grand theater, but we weren't bothered during the day while we were out exploring. The construction noise was minimal and didn't disturb our rest. We had such a pleasant stay that we decided to extend it for another night. The room was tidy and clean, with complete amenities. The staff were warm and attentive, and the concierge, especially the lady who assisted us, was very efficient. The location is super convenient for getting around, with plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options nearby. Overall, it offers great value for money and is perfect for couples on a short trip. I'll definitely prioritize this hotel again on my next visit to Sanya.

Ferrari is still Ferrari, even when old. (This is a metaphor implying that even an older, established hotel can still be excellent.) The hotel is backed by mountains and faces the sea, very close to the city center. It's just a few minutes' taxi ride to the First Market, where you can find all sorts of seafood and fruits. It offers a quiet seaside escape, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. As soon as we arrived, a friendly bellboy opened the car door and helped with our luggage. The front desk lady upgraded us to a family room, which was fantastic! The view was superb, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. During the day, the kids loved the various activities at the children's playground – it was truly immersive fun for them. In the evening, they had a blast beachcombing downstairs. Special thanks to Fox 🦊 from Guest Relations for assisting us during check-in. The service attitude was indeed excellent!

Having stayed at Atlantis Dubai before, I wanted to see how Atlantis Sanya compares. Upon arrival, a butler escorted us to our room and introduced us to the room's facilities and the hotel's entertainment options. The hotel environment is luxurious and grand; compared to Atlantis Dubai, Sanya feels more stylish. The room's hygiene, bedding, and bathroom were clean and tidy, with thoughtful details evident throughout. The staff provided attentive service, making us feel comfortable and well-treated. The stay experience was perfect, exceeding our expectations overall. Especially the breakfast! Breakfast is served in two restaurants: Chinese (Chai Cai Jing) and Western (Saffron), you choose one. The Western dining area offers a complete range of options, including freshly squeezed juices, various baked goods, Western cold cuts, and salads. The ingredients are fresh, and the flavors are authentic. They even have Hainan's traditional Qingbuliang! The Chinese dining area is even more impressive, with classic Cantonese dim sum like cheong fun, freshly cooked noodles, congee, stir-fries, steamed dim sum, and authentic Hainan snacks – everything you could wish for. Noodles are made and steamed on the spot, and the油条 (fried dough sticks) are freshly fried, crispy and fragrant, full of local flavor. They also have Roujiamo (Chinese meat burger) and roasted duck, both incredibly delicious. The Roujiamo buns are also freshly baked, and these two stalls had the most guests. You wouldn't get tired of eating at either restaurant by switching between them daily. Additionally, the water park is excellent; our child insisted on going for two hours every day. The hotel's aquarium is very therapeutic, spanning two floors and slightly larger than the one in Dubai. All in all, this trip to Atlantis Sanya was very satisfying. There are too many negative reviews for this hotel online, but as a traveler who has experienced Atlantis Dubai, Atlantis Sanya, EDITION, Sheraton, MGM, and many other hotels, Atlantis Sanya is definitely the ultimate family-friendly destination!

My stay was initially quite pleasant. The front-line staff were consistently warm, attentive, and thoughtful throughout. When a small issue arose with our travel photos, the hotel promptly communicated and resolved it, which I appreciated. I thought I was going to have a wonderful experience, but it was completely ruined by one utterly unprofessional staff member, plummeting my satisfaction! While riding the shuttle bus, we politely asked the shuttle driver about the hotel's attractions and photo spots. The driver was halfway through explaining when another person nearby suddenly interjected and answered for him! Her attitude was extremely rude, cold, and dismissive. She was sarcastic the entire time, even accusing us of not speaking clearly. We were just asking basic, straightforward questions about attractions, and I truly don't understand how we could have possibly expressed ourselves more 'clearly'. When we politely asked about photo spots, she flat-out said there weren't any, and was incredibly impatient. Yet, later we saw clear signs for photo spots all over the hotel. We got zero useful information, only a belly full of frustration and anger! Afterward, the hotel told us this person was a 'secondary employee' and wasn't on duty, which is why she wasn't wearing an ID badge. I completely reject this flimsy explanation! Why was she wearing a uniform, riding a guest shuttle, and casually interjecting to address guests if she wasn't on duty? It's one thing to be unfamiliar with hotel operations and lack service awareness, but she didn't even have basic human decency. She seemed to be working with a chip on her shoulder, acting condescendingly, as if we, the guests, were accommodating her bad mood! In stark contrast, all the other shuttle drivers were kind, friendly, patient, and enthusiastic, creating an incredibly jarring difference! The hotel's reputation, carefully built by its front-line staff, was completely destroyed by this 'secondary employee' who showed no rules, no professionalism, and no respect. The hotel merely offered a casual explanation of her identity without any indication of intending to improve. Such tolerance for employee misconduct is truly disheartening. I will never recommend this hotel, nor will I ever stay here again!
