The warmth of Harbin truly embraced us right from our first stop! Check-in was an absolute delight; they showered us with so many thoughtful gifts, I almost felt my own hand warmers were overkill because what they provided was so comprehensive and considerate. They even put our IDs in adorable cardholders. After a day out, we returned to find welcome fruits and a special bowl of *youtiao mian* (fried dough twist noodles). My partner, a Northeasterner who often lives away from home, was incredibly excited, saying it had been ages since he'd had it – he was truly satisfied. The location is also fantastic, within walking distance of Central Street and Hongzhuan Street Morning Market. On our first day, the snowman outside the hotel lost an eye, but by the next day, it had been fixed! When we checked out, they even gave us some local dried blueberries. Honestly, this has been the most thoughtful and attentive hotel experience I've had in all my travels across the country.

A perfect stay! I spent two nights from Jan 2nd to 3rd and was thoroughly impressed with Ocean Ritz! The European-style decor is exquisite and grand, boasting both beauty and quality – every photo taken here looks fantastic. The service was truly a highlight; the staff were warm, polite, efficient, and attentive, always going above and beyond to help, showing thoughtfulness in every detail. The room was clean and spacious, with great floor heating that made for a comfortable sleep. The entire experience was smooth with no complaints, and both the service and decor exceeded my expectations. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Harbin!

The room was clean and hygienic, and the location was excellent, just a few minutes' walk from Saint Sophia Cathedral. There are plenty of convenient dining options and amenities nearby. The hotel service was also great; every staff member was enthusiastic. The hotel lobby offered various free snacks, and they even provided complimentary masks, hair ties, and band-aids, which made me feel very welcome. I especially want to mention that the handle of my suitcase broke, and the hotel's maintenance technician fixed it for me free of charge before I checked out. I'm really grateful for his kind help. This hotel offers incredible value for money in the area around Central Street and Saint Sophia Cathedral. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit Harbin! 😊

Stayed here again, and my impression is consistently great. The environment is just as warm and inviting as ever, offering a stark contrast to the sub-zero temperatures outside. The service remains incredibly friendly, with staff always greeting you warmly. Although the late-night diner offers a simple menu, it provides a lovely touch of warmth. For a hotel of this size, the breakfast selection is quite varied and satisfying.

Snow Village truly lives up to its reputation! The 5-hour drive from Harbin was definitely worth it. Honestly, before booking accommodation in Snow Village, I was completely lost. There were so many hotels and guesthouses, and I had no idea which one to choose. Considering safety and comfort, we opted for a hotel called 'Xue Zhi Xiao Zhu'. What surprised me was the five-star concierge service offered by this small hotel in such a 'small place' as Snow Village. After booking and paying through Ctrip, I immediately received a call from the hotel. They added me on WeChat and provided a full itinerary explanation and recommended routes, right up until our arrival when they helped with our luggage and guided us. This hotel is incredibly clean, and they even offer thoughtful local specialties as gifts. The food was also delicious (we tried other places, and this hotel's food was definitely tastier and reasonably priced). On our way back, the young owner enthusiastically pulled our luggage on a sled for us and dropped us off at the boarding point before leaving (he wasn't even wearing gloves in -27-degree weather – very touching). There are so many other details I won't go into one by one, but you truly get what you pay for. A business that genuinely cares for its customers is trustworthy and highly recommended. This was the most satisfying hotel of our trip to Northeast China, offering incredible value for money (especially compared to Central Street). The location is super convenient, with a mall right downstairs. You don't even have to step outside to enjoy a variety of cuisines (which is a huge plus given how cold it gets in winter!). I highly recommend Lao Chang Chun Bing. The supermarket on the B1 level has all the Harbin specialties at great prices and guaranteed quality. Since we rented a car, we got free parking vouchers every day. The room was very spacious, and our whole family was really happy with it. I definitely recommend it to all my Southern friends! I saw some reviews saying the facilities didn't match the photos, but I didn't find them old or outdated at all – you can totally dismiss those worries. Our little one loved taking a bath every day… After freezing while admiring ice sculptures and playing in the snow all day, a warm bath at night was just heavenly!

The hotel's location is fantastic, less than 100 meters from the Museum subway station on Line 2. It's only 3 stops to Central Street and 6 stops to the Grand World. Since getting a taxi in winter can be difficult, staying at a hotel near a subway entrance is definitely the top choice. Plus, their breakfast is pretty good, a mix of Chinese and Western options. Thumbs up! 👍

Staying at the Mercure Harbin Central Street Sophia during my trip to Harbin was absolutely the right choice! I'm extremely satisfied! 🌟 Convenient Location: Just two blocks ahead is Central Street, leading directly to the Madieer Ice Cream Shop and the popular Russian restaurant Tados, about a 5-minute walk. One block behind is St. Sophia Cathedral and Daoli Vegetable Market, perfect for both dining and sightseeing, also a 5-8 minute walk. If you want to visit the Red Brick Morning Market, it's about a 12-minute walk. In the morning, you can also pass through Central Street before the crowds, which offers a unique charm. Harbin weather can be quite cold, so being able to easily return to the hotel to rest and recharge when tired is incredibly important, and this hotel's location is perfect for that! 🌟 Hotel Service: The service was incredibly thoughtful and attentive! The front desk staff were all very enthusiastic, generous with complimentary souvenirs, and went out of their way to meet our needs, always considering things from a traveler's perspective. The breakfast was rich and varied, with fresh food and freshly squeezed juices – you can really eat your fill and eat well! The housekeeping aunties were also warm and polite. I ordered water for the room, expecting a wait, but it arrived in less than a minute! The hotel has robots that can deliver takeout to your room, so you can enjoy popular hot dishes without leaving. The room was perfectly equipped with a humidifier, air purifier, and earplugs – attention to detail was exceptional! If I come to Harbin again, I will definitely choose Mercure Hotel. This experience truly exceeded the price, and I'll be recommending this hotel to my friends! 😚

The room was much cleaner than I expected. The sheets and duvet covers had no strange smells, and even the grout in the bathroom tiles was spotless. Housekeeping was excellent, and the disposable toiletries were of high quality, making me feel very comfortable using them. The best part was the self-service breakfast; there was a good variety, and the service was impeccable! It really made me feel warm and welcome as a traveler.

The room was spacious, and the air conditioning was independently adjustable. The afternoon tea was excellent, and they even offered hot milk in the evening. When I left, they gave me a farewell gift. The whole experience truly exceeded my expectations in terms of emotional value.
