I am absolutely thrilled with this hotel. If there were a 6-star rating, I would gladly give it to them! Location: Super central—just 20 meters from Exit 6 of the Zhonglou Subway Station. You can see the Bell Tower directly from the hotel entrance, and it’s also very close to the Muslim Food Street. Service & Amenities: The rooms are beautiful and luxurious, yet the price is incredibly budget-friendly. To be honest, I didn't expect much when booking because I only needed a place close to the station for convenience. However, they provide complimentary free-flow bottled water that you can grab on the go. They also offer a free laundry service, and the staff even went above and beyond to collect my washed and dried clothes and deliver them straight to my room. The breakfast selection is diverse, featuring both local dishes and Western options, which is perfect for travelers. If I ever have the chance to return to Xi'an, I will definitely choose this hotel again!

Facilities: Well-equipped, blending ancient charm with modern amenities. Hygiene: Clean and tidy, largely meeting expectations. Environment: Excellent location and surroundings, with plenty of places to explore and eat nearby. Service: Fantastic service. They even brought the complimentary afternoon tea to our terrace. When the next room got noisy late at night, the staff tirelessly tracked down the source of the noise and intervened, which I really appreciated. Lanfeng Cultural Courtesy – Choose between New Chinese Bead String Making or Hand-Painted Fan Experience: You can do your makeup in the hotel's central courtyard. I didn't try it, but it seems like a great option for guests looking for a travel photoshoot.

Never expected this hotel to be so great with a location near the line 4 & 6 metro plus surrounded by many good eatery shops with commoner prices. The room is clean, spacious and neat. The reception staff is friendly and willing to assist when asked while the public amenities are aplenty.

I'm so glad I started my Xi'an trip here. It really hit all the right spots, to the point where I seriously considered extending my stay for another day… but in the end, I decided to experience other hotels as well. [Location] It's right by Yongning Gate, next to the city wall, perfectly avoiding the city's traffic jams, which is super convenient for those who rely on taxis for getting around. There's also a subway station nearby. Plus, there are tons of delivery options and amazing places to eat, from breakfast to dinner, snacks, bubble tea, BBQ, and late-night eats – you could literally spend all day just eating! It's also a pleasant walk to the Bell Tower. [View] Pull back the curtains and there's the city wall. Whether it's the grandeur of the day or the dazzling lights at night, I could never get enough of it. [Service] The service was absolutely fantastic! It's been a long time since I've experienced such heartwarming service. Every staff member was so enthusiastic and friendly, from the front desk ladies to the aunties in the restaurant. Everyone served with a smile and went out of their way to provide help within their means. [Environment] (1) The decor, design, and murals really resonated with everyone; there are so many photo opportunities within the hotel itself. (2) Even if you don't have a city wall view room, the outdoor bar offers a spectacular view of the city wall. Sitting there watching the sunset, scrolling on your phone, and enjoying afternoon tea – it's incredibly cozy. (3) The small table in the triple room was perfect for ordering takeout with friends, happily eating and chatting, with Xi'an's city wall right outside the window. After a full meal, you can just lean back and feel completely content without even stepping out. However, if you're a workaholic and need to work overtime, the restaurant might be a more convenient spot. (4) The beds, pillows, and bath products were all very well-received. [Facilities] The pillows, bedding, and toiletries were all highly praised. [Activities] They offer airport pick-up and drop-off, a rubbings activity, free Hanfu rental, and there are many foreign guests as well. [Heads-up] For city wall view rooms facing the road, because they primarily feature glass curtain walls and windows, you might hear the sound of motorcycles with loud exhausts. However, since it's not continuous, it didn't affect our sleep. But it could be a concern for those who are sensitive to noise or are very light sleepers. BUT! The front desk thoughtfully provides earplugs! [Other] When I checked in, it felt like there weren't many guests. Perhaps it's because the price is relatively higher? Or maybe there are too many hotels in the vicinity, leading to intense competition and diverting some guests. However, with the amazing view + cultural experience + airport transfer + excellent service + great location + wonderful ambiance, I feel like it's hard to beat.

The location is super convenient and the facilities are brand new. My stay was excellent! The front desk staff were professional and welcoming. I'll definitely be coming back often~ The TV casting feature is really handy; it was great for watching long videos. The late-night snack was rice noodles, and they tasted pretty good. Overall, a very comfortable experience.

Booked this Novatel hotel for one night aiming to tour around the Xi'an bell tower area. 1. Moving from Marriott Hotel to Novatel, it gave not good impression due to the simple entrance at first floor (maybe get used to grand first floor reception and lobby). 2. The light at the corridor are dark, again not good impression after checked in at around 8pm and walked to the room alone (no other guest insight). 3. Services are however very good. A. Given the room is a bit cold, a separate portable heater is provided B. Helping with setup the wifi connection since encountered issue (connected but no internet) C. Also help with the handling of Taobao item 4. The room is ok and location is very good (close to the bell tower etc)

The three single beds were perfect for our stay. The room was spacious, clean, and tidy. The hotel staff were incredibly responsive to all our requests. We had a direct view of Yongning Gate's night scenery from our window, and the transportation was super convenient, with the Yongning Gate subway station right outside the hotel. When we checked out, the staff even thoughtfully gave us a souvenir. We were very satisfied with our trip!

I accidentally booked the wrong room type, as I wanted one with a view of Qingliangshan at night. Luckily, there was a room available, and the kind young lady at the front desk helped me upgrade to a scenic room for a small difference in price. The room facilities were all excellent. While waiting to check in, as there were many people, I enjoyed the complimentary black tea at the front desk – it was really good. The hotel also features some antique TVs and sewing machines. The calligraphy and paintings in the hallway are truly remarkable; I walked around every floor as if I were at an art exhibition. Although the hotel has been around for some years, it's well-maintained and refurbished, clean and hygienic. All the facilities and equipment are also very complete and well-maintained. Whether it was the front desk staff or the cleaning ladies I encountered, everyone greeted me warmly. A very pleasant experience overall.

Facilities: This B&B is a real gem, and it's popular with foreign guests 🌙. Cleanliness: Super clean! Every nook and cranny was spotless 😊. Ambiance: I absolutely loved the vibe, my only minor gripe is that the room was a bit on the small side 🤫. Service: The service was fantastic across the board—from the front desk staff to the cleaning crew and even the gentleman serving breakfast, everyone was great 👍. Location: The location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk to the Bell Tower, Drum Tower, and the city square 🤩. The hotel also offered complimentary coffee ☕️ and wine 🍷. Even though I couldn't enjoy them because I was with my child 🥹, I really appreciated the overall atmosphere. In a city as historic as Xi'an, there are so many hotels, but it's nice to experience a B&B for a different kind of stay 😊👍.

This Jinjiang Hotel was overall good. Pros: ① The location is unbeatable, right outside the D exit of the Bell Tower train station. ② The room amenities and design are very good. It's newly renovated. ③ There are plenty of food, drink, and entertainment options nearby. ④ The service is decent, but the front desk's service awareness could be improved. (I asked about transportation to the Terracotta Army, and instead of answering, they let a tour agency staff member standing nearby respond). ⑤ Hotels in Xi'an generally offer great value for money. Even during the May Day holiday, it was only around 400-500 RMB per night. Usually, it's just over 200 RMB. Cons: ① I didn't realize, nor did I see, that the Yuanhui room had no windows. This is partly my fault for not checking carefully. I just didn't expect a room to have no windows. Other than that, no issues. I'd consider staying here again if I have the chance.
