It is one of the most excellent hotel in Xiamen. The rooms was huge, very clean with complete amenities and very comfortable. The check in & check out was easy and fast. The most famous zhongsan pedestrian road just behind the hotel with just about 500 - 600m walking so it is easy to find food and stuff. The staffs are nice, friendly and some of them even can speak fluent english. It has a complete and great facilities too.9 The food from the restaurants for our dinner was delicious and excellent. We are very satisfied with this hotel, it has a very good price for this hotel Thank you for the hospitality

Breakfast is simple but very good. Receptionists are very helpful and patient. Especially thanks the hotel guide. He is very friendly and help. Highly recommended

The hotel room overall was spacious and clean. Location was just above the walking street and with walking distance to metro station. The only problem was the lift. There was only one lift available for the hotel with such many rooms and levels, the lift was old and slow that have to wait for quite long time.

Had a great stay at this hotel. Location was perfect next to the railway station and metro exit. The room was serviced everyday. The convenience of the location was the reason I picked it and it did not disappoint! Xiamen has a lot to offer too, urban to nature, they go side by side on the islands.

Great value for money! First of all, the location is convenient. You can walk to Xiamen Subway Station, Railway Station, and BRT in about eight minutes. Opposite the store is Jinpang Park. There is also Robertson Shopping Mall nearby, with everything you need. There is a supermarket nearby downstairs. Duoshishi has a suitable one. The reception at the front desk is normal, and a deposit is required. There is a free min bar for the first time you stay, free coffee and cookies on the second floor, and a free laundry room, first come first served! The room is considered five stars, and the cleanliness is okay! The shortcomings of the beauty are that there is no space, the air conditioner cannot be adjusted, and it is always 24-25 degrees, which is very uncomfortable! However, the body’s physical sensation is 26-27. It affects the quality of sleep. If it can be improved, it will be 100% perfect!

What a wonderful stay in Xiamen. Excellent hotel with very very comfy rooms and highly enjoyable food. Lovely garden to relax with a local beer and gym for a good stretch after a long flight. Reception staff and dining room staff exceptional always willing to assist, get taxis or give flight updates.

The hotel was fine. Bed a little hard for western standards, but everything very clean. Cannot say enough good things about front-of-hpuse Mr Micheal Chen, whose English was exceptional, and politeness incredible. He helped book our ferry tickets to Gulangyu even! If you meet him, ask about Fawlty Towers! 🤣 The same cannot be said of 1 lady working in the breakfast buffet. I got a plate of bread to share and was told if I liked bread that much, then they sell it!!!! It felt like she was always scrutinising us every time we went for food. I doubt she said that to anyone with a plateful of dumplings. It made us feel uncomfortable every time we went for breakfast after that, and that is not a sign of a good hotel. I won't return to Xiamen, but because of her, if I did I'd choose a different hotel.

Brand new chain hotel. Fully equipped and excellent service. Very clean and convenient for any traveler. Best value for money. Just one regret - one may smell fumes as there are several small restaurants close by. As the hotel central hallway is directly attached to a previous shopping hall, sometimes one can smell smoking from somewhere within the mall.

It's always a pleasure to stay at Ibis hotels. The hotel is easily accessible by train and subway. As usual, warm and caring hospitality from the front desk. Thank you, Xiao Chen, for making my stay pleasant and memorable.

I originally booked just one night for a room with 'no window'. Upon arrival, they gave me a room with a small window but with a wonderful view outside. So I immediately extended my stay to 3 nights. A soaring office tower nearby put on a fantastic lights show every night. The room was very clean and comfortable with all necessary amenities included. Lots of local buses and BRT buses right around the corner with many fascinating shops & eateries. The front desk staff were always very friendly and helpful. I'd like to give my thanks to two particular staff, Ms. Chen Mei 陈梅 & Ms. Lisa Lee Xia 李霞. They both went above and beyond during my stay to help me with many things, from purchasing Gulangyu ferry ticket, to helping me to set up my Alipay, WeChat, and other mundane things that normally would make any new visitor from outside of China crazy upon arrival. They both were very sweet, courteous, professional and efficient. They made my stay in Xiamen very enjoyable and easy to maneuver. The other male staff are also very friendly. Lastly, did I say Echeng Hotel has a robot server? I saw it one night delivering dinner from the ground floor to a room on the 6th floor and then returned to the ground floor lobby by itself. Very cool!

Upon arrival at the hotel, was warmly, politely n efficiently received by the counter service staff. The check in was fast n without any problems. The room was big n comfortable. I was very satisfied with the room preparation. My only feedback is that the air conditioner could be colder n even at 21 degrees, I could still feel the room warmness. The location near the airport means I had to use a taxi to go downtown for me meetings n other F&B needs. The free transportation from the hotel to the airport was well organised by the Front Office n it gave me piece of mind.

A pleasant place, in a pleasant neighbourhood, pleasant for walks, gardens, and finding a few international restaurants. Staff were professional and nice. Breakfast, included with our room was pretty good. Family visit, and were upgraded during our visit of two nights. Enjoyed the pool table near the fitness facilities, which was a nice option on a rainy day. My second time in this hotel, and a good option near to the city centre, and halfway from there to the airport. Recommended place in Xiamen.

I choose this hotel is because it near Gaoqi Airport in Xiamen, it takes around 10 min by Taxi to the hotel. The lobby service team is friendly and nice. The breakfast in the hotel is good, so many choices and the food is delicious. One more good point is the hotel had provided the self-laundry service, i can wash my cloths and dry the cloths by the dryer machine, love the service they provided.

I heard from Xiao Wu at the front desk that the activities across the street are all about snacks. I have three days off for New Year's Day and I just took the children out to play, eat delicious food and enjoy the sea breeze. The main reason is that the weather in Xiamen is not very cold, and the sun is very good and comfortable. Then the hotel's facilities and equipment may be a bit old, not so brand new, but they are complete and the hygiene is very clean. Xiao Wu at the front desk has a very good service attitude and is a lively little girl.

I travelled to Xiamen for work purposes. The hotel Langham is a nice one, so I've been told. I made a reservation and stayed for two nights. The environment is clean and tidy. Additionally, the staff is incredibly kind, and I purchased the hotel's official Paddington bear, my fave.

Got an upgrade to junior suite, which was fantastic! Room very spacious and spotless clean. Breakfast with many choices, Asian/Chinese and Western buffet. Located only 2 minutes from metro station Chating (line 1), so very convenient to commute to train station (20 minutes) and old town (8 minutes). Would definitely choose it again for business in Fuzhou👍

The hotel is great. All the staff are very friendly and enthusiastic. Before checking in, they called to ask about the arrival time and whether they need children's products. The breakfast is very rich, with various specialties of Fujian. There is a courtyard outside the restaurant, which looks very comfortable. The room is clean and tidy, and the quilt is very comfortable to sleep on. It is very convenient to park on the ground, but it is first come first served. Unfortunately, there is no underground garage, which is a bit inconvenient on rainy days. It is very close to Sanfang Qixiang, and the bus is only 2 stops away. It costs about 10 yuan to take a taxi. A satisfactory stay.

The location is next to the hot spring park. There are quite a lot of restaurants nearby. The accommodation environment is average and the room is extremely hot. When I told the front desk, the front desk replied: Use a fan to blow it! ! It's winter, brother, blow on the fan! Before booking, I asked for a room with better ventilation, but we were given a room with a heater. Open the windows and across the street is a residential building. Downstairs is the hotel kitchen equipment. During the peak meal period, I smelled the cooking fumes... I couldn't bear it anymore and left early. Room for hotel. It’s better not to send the fruit as a gift, the green dates are rotten...the bananas are dry and watery, 1 kumquat + 2 cherry tomatoes + 1 orange + 1 banana. It is recommended to send fruits of extremely poor quality, so just give them Don't give it away!

The room is large and clean. The room is fully equipped with supporting facilities and daily necessities, including free bottled drinking water and disposable slippers. The hotel is in an excellent location, with scenic spots and shopping malls nearby. It is very convenient to find a place to eat and buy things, and parking is convenient (if the open-air parking lot is full, you can go directly to the basement). The service is also very good. When you sit in the lobby to rest, the waiter will take the initiative to come and bring tea. Worth recommending

What an Amazing Resort this is indeed! You need to experience this resort for yourself to understand the professional assistance you get from the staff working at the resort... they even offer you a change of pillows to make your nights sleep better, we definitely made use of this option! The resort is on the beach no need to walk far to reach the beach, also a lot of fun activities to do inside the resort. Will most certainly visit this resort again... They get a full star rating from me 谢谢 to the staff of this resort!

Jack Lin and Kris are the very helpful staffs t who helped myself with finding my wallet when it was lost during my transferring the vehicle because i had long journey and the local transportation was somewhat foreign to me in the dark evening. This is incredible to me as a wallet withheld only bills to count a dozen but no ids within, then how should they to reclaim it back is really a credit. In addition the clerks who served at the counter Ms Xu, Zhan, Lin did a lot of helping hands to me are worth to mention in the first place. In addition, what i really want to address is if you are ready an old-school taster can recall still the elegant class of the fine artistic furniture and its amenities of handicrafts this is a suggestion of mine for a coming. A thick carpet paved doorway, a marble finished bathroom, bedroom decorated with carefully designed lighting, of these amenities were those included in all i was served for a night stay. As you can see, from a wallet missing to its return, from a dedication of suite design to the welcoming snacks, and after a long flight journey done i took my newly purchased shoes off and thus i found an immediately medical aids should be required so i asked the possibility for staffs’ service. They can even heal my heel’s hurt. These are all the service they charged no money but really worths travels’ money for the stay. Thus, I appreciated and recommend only to those appreciated the real amenities of classic hotel’s admirers.

Check-in smooth, even though there is a C¥500 deposit required. Stayed in a twin room for 4 nights late Oct. Wonderful gym, indoor pool (you need a swimming cap) and breakfast. Service efficient everywhere you go in the hotel. Rooms quiet, clean, comfortable. Hotel central, one block west of Wanda plaza with plentiful dining options and 5kms east of Fuqing West fast train station. Climbing Shizhu Shan is a must, bus 801 travelling west along the main street one block north of the hotel will get you there for C¥2. Walk south from the hotel for a couple of blocks brings you to a river/lake which is good for a stroll. We found it difficult to fault this hotel and will be back if we are in this area. Good value. Although, an english movie channel would be nice

amazing! We had a non forgotten time in the hotel! How I wish I have more time to spend in the room with the kids and enjoy the warm spring at level 4! The room is spacious and comfortable with toys and kid’s friendly facilities.

Love it for its location and its proximity to the west lake. Such I pity I couldn’t get a lake view room. Hotel feels abit old, has no direct access the west lake, notwithstanding that it is just in front of it. I got to make a detour to get to it. Buffet dinner has a decent spread given that hotel guests only pays RM155. The tea leaves in the hotel cost a bomb too. As I do not read Chinese characters well, I didn’t know that they charge the tea leaves and used them, and ended up paying around RMB 200 for a packet of tea leaves (2 servings). I would suggest that they write the costs in English too.

The hotel is very close to Fuzhou South, and you can get there by taking the subway and walking for a while. There are also good restaurants around. The service is very thoughtful, and we were given guidance and travel suggestions. Thanks to employee number 007. There is a queue for breakfast, and it is recommended to wait for a shorter time during off-peak hours. The hot spring spa on the 6th floor has changed its owner and reopened, and there is no cooperation discount.

The hotel is very well located, most of the historical sites and attractions are within walking distance. The room was well-equiped, quiet and clean. The internet was fast. The staff were generally very helpful. The breakfast was very rich in choice, with many types of local specialties. The waitress could even give an induction of what was on offer. The road near the hotel could be congested during peak time, but using ride-hailing app to get a taxi was never a problem.

Great hotel with great well equipped sport facilities such as gym, swimming and Pilates. Restaurant offer various menu and the food quality is excellent and fresh. Check in/out should be improved and is below the standard of this star hotel. However, looking forward to next stay here

The location of the hotel is excellent..right behind the times square and also there is a pedestrian street right in front of the hotel that is great for shopping.. The best part is their breakfast..there are so so many western options to try and its delicious! The room size was good and the amenities were amazing! Only problem was that my room was a bit hot.. Highly recommend it everyone!

The room is large and luxuriously furnished. The hotel is very luxurious and grand, worthy of being a five-star hotel in Shishi. After coming to Shishi, we went to the Gold Coast to see the sea, climbed up the mountain to see the Wanshou Pagoda, ate Green Island matsutake buns (a lucky star for those who love sweets), and went to Xunpu Village to take photos of hairpins. I am very satisfied with this trip.

Excellent hotel. It gets everything right. Welcoming, easy check in, comfortable and spacious rooms, clean (which for a large hotel with such high occupancy is the clearest way to see that it is a very well managed hotel!) and a full, delicious breakfast buffet with healthy choices. I’ve stayed there several times and think there must be a new manager because the post Covid version is especially good. A shopping area adjacent to the hotel offers a good place to wander. I’m a Hilton Diamond member but chose to stay at the Wanda Vista when I’m in Quanzhou.

Excellent service, it was a great stay. The employees assist with our taobao collections earnestly and answers to enquiries clearly. A few points to improve, We went as a family, would have been better if they had playgrounds for kids, could have provided a swimming cap (not aware of necessary) and the Aircon can be colder.

The location of the hotel is very good. Next door is Dehui Plaza, which is very convenient for eating. There is a lively night market in the evening with a lot of delicious food. The hotel's front desk service is very good, the front desk staff are very enthusiastic, and the overall feeling is pretty good!
