Great location. A little noisy as the room was facing the back road and the toilet windows cannot be closed. Escalators didn't work all the time. Wifi works for foreigner as there's an alternative way to login with the room number. We did not want housekeeping so they left water outside our door everyday.

I have been here before and I love this hotel. They have a shuttle services from and to the airport for free and the room is clean and spacious👍🏼🤩 The beds are so soft and comfy❤️ I always stay in this hotel for layovers👍🏼 The staff couldn't speak English though but you can add the Hotel's wechat for easier communication. oh and the hallways are well ventilated with newly installed AC

The room is spacious and wonderful. They have two toilets here but unfortunately only one bathroom. Kitchen set with all things needed if you need to reheat or Cook a simple meal. Gym was very nice so does the swimming pool (the one meant for swimming). They have all the noodle pools, swim board etc that needed for kids. Do not forget to bring the swim caps, it is a compulsory. We got free 3 hours kids club each day/stay but we did not manage to play. It was not so big but enough for kids 5 years and below. 5 minutes walk to Zhong Shan lu pedestrian street and a mall. Short drive to the Ferry terminal as well. The breakfast selection are wide, fitting for Asian or intercontinental type of breakfast. We bought the package with breakfast already, but if you have not, on the day of check-in they cahrge 100rmb/person if you needed, and it becomes 180rmb/person if you are buying the breakfast on the day. Definetely one of the best choice for family to travel with ease.

We stay the hotel t for 3: nighs ., unexpected turn out wonderful stay.. Special thank 管家 淑芬 staff 小鱼 and All staff in mehood lestie help . The hotel have a Tour counter easy for us to book day tour .and have afternoon tea and night supper for guest . Highly recommended .

I ended up cancelling my booking after arrival and inspection of the rooms. The manager /boss was actually smoking right outside the main door, and the room I was assigned to had the stench of smoke surrounding it. I couldn't even step into the room and requested a room change. I was changed to a room next to the kitchen and adjacent to about 10 washing machines lol. If u can handle smoke and this kind of environment, then definitely go for it. The staff were kind and pleasant , and understood my concerns and I declined to stay there , requested a full refund which was agreed too as well. (mind u I was exhausted after several hours of air travel, and the airline broke my baggage etc, yet I would not dare to rest in this kind of environment). If they improve hygiene and smoke issues this part, it can be a great hotel.

Everything about my stay at the hotel was great. I had a late arrival, so its proximity to airport was the main reason i choose it. I walked to the hotel +- 500meter and arrived there at midnight. Reception was still available, although they had a selfcheckin service (my backup plan in case my flight got delayed). I got my key within minutes (thank you) and was greeted by a big spacious clean comfortable Mondriaan themed room. Shower was great, bed was super. Although close to airport, not a sound. I had to leave early so i couldb try breakfast. Checkout was done by Carl. Very polite professional young man who not only did the checkout, but also was helpfull in explaining the best way to get to the trainstation. He even arranged a taxi, and stayed with me until it arrived to tell the driver were to bring me. During the few minutes wait i was offered drink (iced tea) and a parting gift (box of almond pastries. My stay was short but very pleasant. The hotel is full of art pieces, a cute usher robot us driving around, staff is professional... i know where to stay. Thanks again Carl (pic just before checkout)

Had a great stay at this hotel. Location was perfect next to the railway station and metro exit. The room was serviced everyday. The convenience of the location was the reason I picked it and it did not disappoint! Xiamen has a lot to offer too, urban to nature, they go side by side on the islands.

I originally booked just one night for a room with 'no window'. Upon arrival, they gave me a room with a small window but with a wonderful view outside. So I immediately extended my stay to 3 nights. A soaring office tower nearby put on a fantastic lights show every night. The room was very clean and comfortable with all necessary amenities included. Lots of local buses and BRT buses right around the corner with many fascinating shops & eateries. The front desk staff were always very friendly and helpful. I'd like to give my thanks to two particular staff, Ms. Chen Mei 陈梅 & Ms. Lisa Lee Xia 李霞. They both went above and beyond during my stay to help me with many things, from purchasing Gulangyu ferry ticket, to helping me to set up my Alipay, WeChat, and other mundane things that normally would make any new visitor from outside of China crazy upon arrival. They both were very sweet, courteous, professional and efficient. They made my stay in Xiamen very enjoyable and easy to maneuver. The other male staff are also very friendly. Lastly, did I say Echeng Hotel has a robot server? I saw it one night delivering dinner from the ground floor to a room on the 6th floor and then returned to the ground floor lobby by itself. Very cool!

The amenity is basic. There’s no phone in the room, to assess front desk one needs to call via app that you were asked to scan the QR code when you check in. However, the room is clean but the location is a distance away to most of the attractions but near airport.

Absolutely fantastic stay, prices for this hotel were cheaper when I booked and so I splurged a bit on a place otherwise above budget for me. You never know whether it’ll be worth it but this time I was pleasantly surprised! I was upgraded to an even better room than initiallyyy booked for free, with plenty of additional complementary amenities. Coffee and tea were replaced every day in my room, breakfast buffet was delish (do try the noodles!). Second floor self-service cafeteria was such a fun addition to take my coffee with me before leaving for a day of exploring Xiamen! Excellent location, kind staff. Would love to return if I come back to Xiamen!

My elderly mom and I visited Xiamen for a 5D4N private trip. Booked Millennium Harbourview Hotel again on the 3rd and 4th day stay due to the superb and convenient location. When we reached the hotel around 4 pm, we were greeted by a hotel staff wearing a black coat. He helped us to push our luggage bags from the main entrance until our room. We really appreciate his kindness. From the hotel, turn right and walk along the road until you cross the traffic light and reach the end, turn right again until you reach Heping Wharf to onboard the ship for Lujiang night tour. 20 mins walk. There's 2 sessions available, 7.30 pm & 8 pm. It cost RMB109 perpax. The night tour took around 1 hour to finish. The sky in Xiamen started to get bright at 5 am. If you can wake up early, this is the best time to go out and walk around the hotel surrounding area. It's cool and windy. It's a good time to take photos as only a few people and cars are on the street. It's very peaceful and safe to walk along the road. We didn't see any cat, dog, or birds on the street. A 30 mins walk to Haibin Park to see the sea and Gulangyu Island. You may also rent a bicycle that is available at the roadside in front of the hotel. There's many local food roadside stalls available in front of the hospital beside the hotel. We requested the hotel staff to arrange a taxi to send us to airport T3 during checkout. The whole process took around 7 mins, from checkout until we board the taxi. We really appreciate the front door staff dressed in red uniform to call for the taxi and helped us to upload our luggage bags in the car. The journey to the airport took around 30 mins and cost us RMB50. I hope the hotel management can consider changing the room mattress as it's too old. The pillow is too flat. Good for sleep but not for resting. The room is very clean, but the wooden headboard frame was sticky when i lay my head on it. The bathroom rain shower head needs a fix as cold water dripping down when i'm using the handheld showerhead.

Upon arrival at the hotel, was warmly, politely n efficiently received by the counter service staff. The check in was fast n without any problems. The room was big n comfortable. I was very satisfied with the room preparation. My only feedback is that the air conditioner could be colder n even at 21 degrees, I could still feel the room warmness. The location near the airport means I had to use a taxi to go downtown for me meetings n other F&B needs. The free transportation from the hotel to the airport was well organised by the Front Office n it gave me piece of mind.

The Staff was super friendly and very helpful. They help with calling taxi and giving out information on various tourist sites. When we had more than 4 hours waiting period for our flight home, they offered us to rest at the 25th floor hotel lounge where we can enjoyed massage chair and complimentary refreshments. We loved out stay there and definitely will go back again. The Breakfast menu was superb. There is also a moderate shopping area for food and clothing next to the Hotel. So We can easily find Lunch and Dinner selection at that shopping Mall or the area around it. Thank you Langham Hotel Xiamen

This place is exquisite! The service, the people and the environment was exceptional. Justin and his colleagues made sure we were taken care of, even booking our spa day for us because we don't speak Chinese. Sometimes things are harder to navigate when you don't speak the language but they made sure we were always taken care of. Thank you all for making Xiamen an amazing experience for us. We would stay here again in a heart beat!

Well located with nearby Coffee and Ice streets offering high quality western style cafes, bars and and Pastry shops. Staff at the hotel are attentive and conscientious, however overly zealous about upselling the benefits of the club lounge rooms. Club lounge is small, doesn’t have much to offer by way of snacks. Very limited food options at breakfast. Doesn’t open of offer anything around lunchtime and has limited options for dinner. Ok if you’re a drinker, but range of spirits is small. Didn’t feel I received value for money for the upgrade. My clients and I ended up eating at the main restaurant for breakfast, which was not included in the club price? Also, the views from the club floor rooms were not river views- we overlooked the noisy bar street at the building across the road. Had a problem getting fruit to my room over my 4 day stay, so had to go out and buy Bananas for myself. Another issues was that despite leaving the room available and arranging with reception for housekeeping to clean the room in time for me to have a video conference call without interruptions, they did not and so, i was interrupted during my call and had to repeatedly explain and deal with housekeeping insisting on coming in! The last straw for me was when reception neglected to extend my stay as requested the day before and so I had issues with my card and with checking in again, so I simply booked into another, more welcoming hotel. Overall, the hotel is professional and well managed, but they do seem to have some problems co-ordinating back of house teams.

We arrived at the hotel too early, so they upgraded our room (towards the lake) and gave us 4 bottles of drinking water every day. We had a day trip the next day and didn't have enough time to eat breakfast, so they packed a breakfast for us to take away. The hotel also provided free washing machines and dryers for us to use. We ordered takeout, and the hotel also provided a robot to deliver the food to our room. The buffet breakfast was in the revolving restaurant on the top floor, and the food was good. You can enjoy the scenery while eating breakfast. It is a good hotel.

IHG never disappoints! Location: right in the heart of downtown Fuzhou, convenience stores and restaurants are all within walking distance. 5 stars! Breakfast: bountiful selections, from Western-style to local food. Things to see: several tourist spots and attractions are nearby, like museums and ”Three Lanes and Seven Alleys”, hop on a bike and you will be there in 15 min. Rooms: Clean, and with a view! Staff: friendly and attention to detail! 感谢西餐厅郭静经理！ 你给我准备的低因咖啡sure hits the spot every morning!

First time in China and we couldn't have been happier with the hotel. Safe, comfortable and location was in between everything. Staff were friendly and happy to help in planning trips and advice. Thanks to Vicky and Chris for showing us Fujian hospitality! Gym was spacious with a comfortable changing room, didn't use the pool but it looked good from the outside. Breakfast quality was decent but the Chinese food from the streets opposite was much better. Overall, highly recommended to stay here.

The location is really good. The red line of the subway is right under the department store next door. You don’t have to change lines to go to Shangxiahang and Yantai Mountain. They are all on the red line. The room is very clean, the curtains are electric, and the service at the counter is very enthusiastic. I was greeted with a smile and felt very comfortable. The private restaurant on the 18th floor can see the entire three lanes and seven alleys. It has a super big round table and the service is very good. I will choose to stay here again next time.

Love it for its location and its proximity to the west lake. Such I pity I couldn’t get a lake view room. Hotel feels abit old, has no direct access the west lake, notwithstanding that it is just in front of it. I got to make a detour to get to it. Buffet dinner has a decent spread given that hotel guests only pays RM155. The tea leaves in the hotel cost a bomb too. As I do not read Chinese characters well, I didn’t know that they charge the tea leaves and used them, and ended up paying around RMB 200 for a packet of tea leaves (2 servings). I would suggest that they write the costs in English too.

Very pleasant & nice, clean & relatively new hotel suited for travellers who need to commute and transit using the Fuzhou South Rail station. Conveniently located near eateries, restaurants & within 5-10 mins by car to the Rail station. Hotel amenities are quite impressive too

Let's evaluate the hotel by topics: 1. Room- all is nearly perfect, everything works really well (down point is sometimes internet is weak) 2. Facilities- almost to perfection, really well studied hotel 3.Housekeeping- one of the best i witness, as my room was clean without any dirty spot 4.Check in and Check out- easy and smooth bonus point- the view. I thank the concierge to upgrade our room to a sea view. Amazing.

The hotel is clean and comfortable. The room is nicely laid out. The staff are helpful and can speak English. The breakfast buffet has a variety of good options. The hotel is situated next to a mall and the boulevard along the river, offering a chance for good walks in the morning or evening.

amazing! We had a non forgotten time in the hotel! How I wish I have more time to spend in the room with the kids and enjoy the warm spring at level 4! The room is spacious and comfortable with toys and kid’s friendly facilities.

The girl at the front desk 001 was very enthusiastic and had a good service attitude. She was able to arrange the room reasonably, which reduced our troubles. The room was spacious and bright, and the bedding was extremely comfortable. This hotel made me feel truly at home and I will come again if I have the chance.

The location is good. It's close to most everything in Fuzhou. The service is hit and miss. We easily checked in and the desk staff were helpful. The concierge was also very helpful. We stayed two nights and didn't get a full room cleaning between nights which is not like a normal Hyatt. (the hotel wasn't crowded at all) The room also wasn't overly comfortable. There are very few outlets, the overhead rainshower was terrible, and the general room layout made it feel cramped. At night, the hallways were loud as well, likely because so many people were placed on the same floor. For the price, I don't think we will stay there again. I would assume there are other better options, likely cheaper.

For now, in our opinion the best hotel in Shishi, still has one to try out to compare and give this bold statement. Internet flawless, breakfast and dinner on top of the hotel amazing, good food and great views. Staff very friendly and attentive when request were made. The robot bring you food is a nice touch, i know many hotels had, but this one even has a kind of stickers which made the robot funny friendly.

The location of the hotel is very convenient due to its central locality to the tourist attractions. The staff were friendly especially the room service staff, their service were excellent.

My 3rd stay at this hotel and as usual good service provided. I was upgraded to a continental room upon check in. The only minor issue I faced is tv noise coming from the room next to mine at night time; overall pretty good and would love to visit again.

The hotel hardware is average, the location is so-so. The breakfast is also average. There are not many hotels that require a deposit when checking in. The price of nearly 500 does not seem to be worth it.

We stayed at 2207 and also booked a room for my parents at 1519 that had lake view. Overall a great experience. The hotels in smaller cities in China often offer the best value and higher quality and larger rooms. Location is great except that the street in front is very busy and some taxi don’t want to take guests from the hotel because the entrance way costs 5 yuan. You need to explain that for guests the fee can be waived if you register the license plate with the lobby. However this isn’t really common practice so you wouldn’t think of it. Loved the buffet breakfast. Westerners are a rare sight these days (we haven’t seen one). My son who grew up in Canada (but looked Asian) really appreciated the western style breakfast while my family enjoyed Beijing flavored breakfast dishes. Wanda mall is next door so super convenient for dining and shopping! Top value if you come visit Quanzhou.

Excellent service, it was a great stay. The employees assist with our taobao collections earnestly and answers to enquiries clearly. A few points to improve, We went as a family, would have been better if they had playgrounds for kids, could have provided a swimming cap (not aware of necessary) and the Aircon can be colder.

The service attitude of this O hotel is very good, especially the waiter at the front desk cookie is very nice, give her a thumbs up

The hotel is in a good location, surrounded by lively places, and convenient for dining, entertainment, and shopping. Although the hotel is a bit old, it is well maintained. Such a spacious lobby seems to be rare in new hotels nowadays. The room facilities are relatively complete, with electric curtains, direct drinking water, and hot water almost available immediately. The breakfast is good, with many varieties and tastes good.

I spent 3 nights here, and the overall experience was not pleasant. When I arrived the first day, the front desk gave me a room that was not livable. It was so close to the next building (see photos). I requested to have the room changed for the second night. The manager upgraded to a better room. However, I wanted to try the spa using the coupon from the hotel. The spa manager said this coupon is only good for spending 980 or more, but it wasn't said anywhere in the coupon. Then, I wanted to use Dianping. She said they no longer honor Dianping. This hotel accepts large group tour, the tour girl was yelling at the lobby using an amplified speaker, which is very unprofessional at a 5 star hotel. The third night was the most expensive. She said she would honor the ctrip price but charge me 100 more. I don't understand why it is so difficult to be honest. The breakfast was good, the service was friendly but not honest, if you are not 100% alert, you will pay more. The Japanese restaurant was not good, the eel wasn't fresh and the taste was decent.

Absolutely great! Tidy, clean, excellent service, super beautiful and very well located. Is close to a shopping mall. They also accept foreigners and there’s a person who speaks English. Highly recommended!
