Merton Hotel
4.5/552 Reviews
We came to stay at the Merton as a surprise for my girlfriend’s birthday and from the moment we arrived we received great service and could tell we were going to experience a great stay. The facilities across the hotel were fantastic and exceeded our expectations. The breakfast buffet had great quality and choice on offer, the shows in the theatre were well produced and the gym and leisure facilities were simply great. We have already booked our return trip in a few weeks and cannot recommend this family hotel enough, it’s amazing for couples or families. The hotel is very well managed and the service of the whole of the staff really enhanced our stay. Thanks!
The Royal Yacht

The service / staff are amazing here. There is a Portuguese girl on reception who is really sweet and another European girl on reception too. There is a cocktail specialist in the bar who really knows his stuff (I think he’s Indian). Staff at the breakfast in the morning are really good too! Try the oat milk latte. Big disappointments are: the single beds are uncomfortable in the twin rooms with awful pillows. The pool in the spa is a bit dirty, the lighting gives the perception that the environment is cleaner than it actually is. The breakfast has no fresh fruit, surely you can provide daily watermelon, fresh pineapple and melon etc.
Radisson Blu Waterfront Hotel, Jersey

The location was fantastic with views over the Marina and the little island with the Fort. The breakfast was good and the customer service was wonderful, we got our room upgraded due to an check in error made causing a delay. We were very happy with the upgraded room. The only thing that could be improved was the Spa treatments as there was only 1 person that did the massage and he was booked out during our weekend trip. More spa treatments should be made available with more than 1 staff member. Also the lady who did nails, manicure/pedicures was also not available during the weekend.
Golden Sands

Seaview rooms have a spectacular view, the best on the island. Rooms are well maintained and cleaned to a high standard and service from reception to food & beverage is impeccable. Friendly but not intrusive, with a great retention of staff. Nothing is too much trouble. Listening and watching the sea and beach activities is always such a pleasure and SO relaxing. Easy access to airport, St Aubins and St Helier, with frequent and helpful bus service right outside the door. Fabulous walking routes from hotel too.
Hotel De Normandie

Very good living experience, although the location is a bit far from the city center, but the price is also corresponding to the affordable point, and the facilities, environment, service are good, there is a supermarket next to it, the sea is opposite the road, very quiet. Also bring a bar. Recommended ~
Sarum Apart-Hotel

We thought the rooms were great and roomy. The shower pressure on the top floor was very poor so we had baths which filled up nice and hot and quickly! The lift was out of order the whole week which was a bit of a pain, literally as my friend has a very bad ankle injury. But, overall very happy. The staff were friendly and helpful. Christina, the boss was delightful. No breakfast supplied so cook your own in your kitchenette. The hotel is nicely located and there is parking available. Would definitely recommend.
Pomme d'Or Hotel

Very good service, the front desk is very enthusiastic, and the room service is also very good: 1. After each room cleaning, they will help fold the pajamas, replenish water and food, and leave the name of the cleaner 2. The front desk answered the phone very quickly. We encountered three problems, all of which were solved within 5 minutes. 3. The location is excellent, only 3 minutes away from the bus station, behind is the city center (central market), and it is very close to all the Internet celebrity restaurants (except Oyster box and other restaurants on the beach) 4. The hotel is very clean, the rooms are large, the facilities are new, especially the bathroom, the supporting facilities are sufficient and use Th White Company suits.
Best Western Royal Hotel

Second visit to The Royal (first last September);but this time with our friends who were in Jersey for the first time. Friendly and very helpful receptionist on arrival. We had booked 2 rooms with a balcony/patio, to be told they were full and I had been upgraded to a suite. And as we had brought friends were promised a bottle of wine (half board basis) on the house for our first dinner. The hotel is spotless, and a little dated in places but the staff, and food more than make up for this. There is 1 lift but some of the rooms are still a way from it and aren’t for anyone who struggle with stairs. (Kept us fit anyway) The suite (no 225) is 3 rooms, all spacious. Lounge area very comfortable. We were happy we had this as we like to have a drink after our evening meal and 3 nights out of 5 there was no seats in the bar (barman a little grumpy sadly) and the conservatory was closed. So we used our fridge in our bedroom and bought our own drinks in. (had to unplug it overnight as it is very noisy……Would be better in the living area) This is a very busy hotel but the restaurant/kitchen staff are so organised and no one had to wait long for a table. The evening meal is the highlight of the stay, delicious, well presented, and served with a smile. 5 stars to all! If we return to Jersey will we stay here again? 100% yes.
The Club Hotel & Spa Jersey
4.3/544 Reviews
The location of the hotel is very good, just a few minutes walk to the beach and sea bathing beach, can also walk to the city center, downstairs is the Michelin restaurant, very delicious. The SPA in the hotel is co-branded with the website of a beauty and skin care brand. It is necessary to make an appointment one day in advance. After experiencing it, it is very relaxing and relaxing. There is a bus stop next to it, so it's very convenient to go to the zoo.
