"Very good living experience, although the location is a bit far from the city center, but the price is also corresponding to the affordable point, and the facilities, environment, service are good, there is a supermarket next to it, the sea is opposite the road, very quiet. Also bring a bar. Recommended ～"

I appreciated the location and the cleanliness of the environment. However, the service did not meet my expectations. We experienced an issue with the staff regarding the breakfast rule, which I found unfair, especially considering my positive experiences at other hotels. Based on this, I am uncertain about returning to this branch. I would like to note, however, that the Heathrow branch of this same hotel provided excellent service during my stay in December 2025.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Grand Jersey Hotel in a stunning Seaview room, and it was truly an exceptional experience. The room offered breathtaking views of the sea, making each morning a delight to wake up to. The hotel exudes elegance and comfort, with impeccable service from the staff who were always attentive and friendly. Every detail was thoughtfully managed, ensuring a luxurious and relaxing stay. I would wholeheartedly rate my experience as 5 stars and highly recommend the Grand Jersey Hotel to anyone seeking a memorable getaway.

Guest UserBeautiful hotel with excellent amenities, great selection of bars and restaurants to choose from. The hotel and grounds was spotlessly clean. Staff were all very friendly. Only let down was the bed that was as hard as a brick and made a really uncomfortable night's sleep, a shame really as I would have definitely come back again if not for that.

Guest UserThis is a wonderful hotel in a fantastic location. There is an up hill walk to the hotel I have a knee problems but I made it in 5 minutes. At the front there is a number 15 bus that take you to the airport and to the capital. It also has room for cases. It runs every 15 minuted during the day. Breakfast with a view is wonderful. The one thing that I would like is a walk in shower anf that would make it perfect.

The hotel is located on the street in the city center, and it is very convenient to go to the airport and major attractions. There is also a supermarket downstairs. The room area is larger than expected, clean and well-organized, and the toilet has a bathtub. After a whole day of playing, you can take a bath to eliminate fatigue. However, the sound insulation of the room is relatively poor, and the sound of the corridor and the fence room is often heard, and the quality of sleep will be affected.

UtitofonI got the superior room with the sea view which was refreshing. The location is probably the best for the most part of a tourist- close to the city centre and bus station (for going to tourist attractions outside town which would be too expensive with a taxi) as well as very close to the harbour for the Condor Ferry (if you want to visit the other Channel Islands like Guernsey in same trip)

Excellent hotel, front staff very friendly & helpful. Room was clean & everything you would need, ( a fridge would have been handy)
10-15 minutes walk to town & sea front. Breakfast fine & plenty of choice, good evening menu.
Spa was excellent with infinity pool, jacuzzi, cold plunge pool, sauna & steam room at no extra charge.
Would definitely recommend.

The room is large. The toilet flush button is not easy to use, and the heating is not on at night, so it is quite cold. The service attitude is very good, the breakfast is not bad, and the restaurant environment is elegant and comfortable.

Guest UserLovely location near the beach and a nice village. Convenient bus stop opposite the entrance. Pool was good but a bit deep for young children. No fans or air conditioning so was really hot at night so didn’t sleep very well. Nice big family room.
