I rented a Nissan Kicks but was upgraded to a Haval H7 at no extra cost as the original vehicle was unavailable. The car was excellent, and the airport pickup and drop-off service were very convenient. Unfortunately, a scratch was found on the bumper upon return. Although I agreed to pay, I was charged OMR150, about three times my rental cost, for what appeared to be paint damage. The staff repeatedly accused me of not reporting it, which left a disappointing impression. My advice is to take the full protection insurance for peace of mind. 3/5 stars.

I booked Suzuki Drize. The car was not new or almost new but still in a good driving condition eventhough there are still some issues ie. vibration, hard suspension etc. The mileage was 80k km, it must be few years old car. Pick up was very easy eventhough the map direction shown by trip.com app was not correct. The office was really near, easy to find at the arrival exit point (I need to ask around earlier where the office though) and the pick up was in walking distance, very near also. Driven it for 5 days and did a very long distance driving without any problem.

The car was clean and in excellent condition. It was a bit dated and had high fuel consumption, but given the low fuel costs in the country we visited, it wasn't a problem. Overall, the service was satisfactory.

Everything is perfect. However, anyone should be careful of speed ticket in Oman. It's hard to discern where to slow down a car. No explanation from rental car service. Huge amount of fine could be fallen.

The check-in process in the arrival lobby took quite a while. After the check-in was complete, it was easy to find the parking lot, which was only about a 5-minute walk away. The vehicle was a little old, but the interior was clean and there were no problems driving it. There were no particular problems when returning the car. I heard that the deposit refund takes about a month. The tank wasn't full when I picked it up.

Excellent rental company. I was met at the airport and driven to the office. The car drove all over Oman and was in good condition. When I signed the contract, they wanted to exclude the Salalah region from the unlimited mileage, but after I told them I was planning to drive all over Oman, they removed that clause from the contract, and the car covered over 3,500 km in 12 days. I recommend them to everyone. Very good service!

Easy car pickup and drop-off at Muscat Airport. The car had high mileage, but was in perfect working order. No one complained about the drop-off, even though we returned the car in the same condition it was when we picked it up. Everything was great.
