Quite casual; the car took a long time to arrive. The explanation was unclear. The writing was unclear. Be careful if you don't understand English. A bit suggestive. The shuttle bus is convenient, though.

We were originally supposed to rent a Chevrolet Comfort SUV, but they gave us a Ford Strix instead. It's really cool and stylish! Everyone loves this car!

Picking up the car was convenient; you can take the free shuttle bus directly from Terminal B in Los Angeles to the car. Returning the car was also convenient, making it very easy to use. The only downside was that the rental agency charged a $250 deposit.

Picking up the car is convenient; no more worrying about booking online. Just bring your rental voucher and a translated copy of your driver's license. Remember to use your phone's navigation app; Gaode Maps might not be reliable.

This company mainly operates trucks, so there aren't many options for self-drive tours. Upgrading to a different vehicle cost an extra $20 per day because the trunk space wasn't large enough; it was a bit pricey. Keep that in mind when choosing a vehicle.

Renting and returning cars in California is very convenient. Having gotten used to driving electric cars at home, driving a typical American gasoline car feels like falling behind a generation. Chevrolet cars lack smart features, the steering wheel is heavy, starting is sluggish, the navigation is outdated, and fuel consumption is high. Electric vehicle penetration in California is very low, probably less than 1%. There are more electric vehicles in San Francisco, but the penetration rate is definitely below double digits. Moreover, Tesla dominates the American electric vehicle market; other brands are almost nowhere to be seen. No wonder the US government is so reluctant to allow Chinese cars to enter the market; given the current competitive landscape, it's safe to say that Chinese automakers will achieve a crushing victory.

Connecting the phone to the car's navigation via Bluetooth was very difficult. Just two minutes after we got the car, it showed a tire problem. We called the agent for help and they said we could exchange the car near the hotel. But when we went to the store the next day, they said they couldn't return it to us and insisted that we drive to the airport to exchange it. However, the service at the airport store was excellent, and they even spoke to us in Chinese.

This car rental shop's service was fantastic! From booking to returning the car, the entire process was incredibly smooth. On the day of pickup, I arrived a few minutes early, and the young man greeted me with a smile. He not only efficiently handled all the paperwork but also patiently explained the vehicle's safety precautions. We chatted briefly, and when he learned I was on a business trip, he casually recommended some good breakfast places nearby. His warm and friendly attitude immediately put me at ease. The car was clean and tidy, the mileage was clear, and I drove off without any problems. Returning the car was equally convenient. I parked it in the designated spot, and the staff quickly inspected it. After confirming there were no issues, they refunded my deposit on the spot—the whole process took less than ten minutes. There were absolutely no hidden charges or hard selling; it was transparent and efficient. Highly recommended! I will definitely choose this shop again for my next business trip or road trip. Excellent service, high efficiency—truly worry-free and effortless! Five-star review! 👍
