Picking up the car at the store was very convenient, and the car provided was a model of the same class. The only downside was that the car location listed on Ctrip was incorrect; I circled around Bangkok airport three or four times without finding it, and finally found it after contacting the store by phone and sending the address via Google Maps. I suggest adding a text message contact feature to the platform. Basic English is sufficient for communication, but more complex English is a bit difficult to understand.

This car rental experience was excellent. Picking up the car was convenient and saved a lot of time. The vehicle was clean and tidy, with complete interior facilities. It performed steadily throughout the ride, and the overall condition was excellent. Highly recommended! Those needing a car rental can choose this service with confidence. I paid extra for insurance, and the entire trip was safe.

Very quick and convenient, much better than I expected. I adapted to the right-hand drive very quickly, except for the turn signals. We drove from Bangkok to Phuket, a loop tour of the island, a perfect route for a self-driving trip, allowing us to see more of the local culture and gain a deeper understanding of Thailand🇹🇭.

The car was new, and picking it up and returning it was very convenient; I followed the instructions. Everything was easy. The service was also quite good. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. I would rent a car there again if I have the chance.
