The moment you opened the door, you were greeted by the entire expanse of the azure Dadonghai. The distant mountains, the nearby beach, and the swimming pool were all visible. We spent the day watching the sparkling sea and the evenings chasing orange sunsets. Every photo we took felt like a postcard! The room's decor was also incredibly thoughtful – the hotel folded towels into adorable little elephants and sprinkled rose petals, adding a delightful touch. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and falling asleep to the sound of the waves was incredibly therapeutic! **Super Family-Friendly – Effortless Fun for Kids, Relaxing for Parents!** The family facilities were fantastic. The dedicated children's art studio was a wonderful surprise – the walls were covered with kids' creative artworks, and there were all sorts of craft materials and plaster painting available. Our child was instantly captivated and happily created for an entire afternoon, finally giving this mom a much-needed break! The hotel's IP mascots also came out to interact and take photos with the kids, who were thrilled throughout! The lawn in the complex was also superb, with sculptures of giraffes and flamingos, as well as lounge chairs and sunshades. Taking the kids out on the lawn to enjoy the breeze and sunshine was so relaxing and comfortable. 🏋️ **Comprehensive Amenities – Adults Can Enjoy a Relaxing Getaway Too!** No need to worry about getting bored at the hotel! The gym had a full range of equipment and was clean and bright, so you could keep up with your fitness routine even on vacation. The view from the buffet restaurant's scenic terrace was incredible – we enjoyed the sea breeze while overlooking the city and the ocean. In the evening, it was perfect for a stroll and a drink, romantic and pleasant. 👩💼 **Impeccable Service – A Truly Elevated Experience!** From check-in to check-out, we received thoughtful care every step of the way. The front desk staff were efficient and welcoming during check-in, and housekeeping was prompt and thorough daily. They even decorated the room differently for holidays, showcasing their attention to detail. The hotel's dining options were also diverse, with everything from seafood buffets to specialty restaurants, catering to different tastes. You don't even have to leave the hotel to enjoy authentic local cuisine. This hotel is perfect for both couples and families with children. You can relax by the sea and keep the kids entertained effortlessly. The amenities, service, and views are all top-notch. It's definitely on my must-stay list for Sanya! I sincerely recommend it to anyone visiting Sanya – you'll fall in love after one stay.

Our Sanya trip was absolutely perfect! I have to give a special shout-out to Manager Van at the front desk for his exceptional service. Not only did we pick the right hotel for our family trip to Sanya, but we also received incredibly heartwarming service, which I simply must rave about! We arrived in Sanya on an early flight, prepared to wait until the afternoon for check-in. We had already contacted the hotel beforehand, explaining that we were traveling with seniors and children and hoping for an earlier check-in if possible. Manager Van kept an eye out for clean, vacated rooms for us the day before, and we were checked in within just 10 minutes of arriving – so thoughtful! During our stay, Manager Van quickly and effectively handled all our needs, big and small. We wanted to try local seafood but were worried about tourist traps, so Manager Van recommended a local eatery frequented by residents. The food was delicious, and the prices were very reasonable – much better value than the popular influencer-recommended spots. My child forgot their sand toys, and Manager Van promptly brought over a brand new set of shovels and buckets, which kept my little one happy all afternoon. The level of service was just right – not overly enthusiastic to the point of being awkward, yet always responsive the moment we needed something. Professional and warm, it's truly rare to find such meticulously attentive service. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Sanya, and I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and Manager Van's amazing service to anyone planning a trip to Sanya. Choosing this place ensures you won't be disappointed!

After our trip to Shimei Bay, we arrived at the hotel with my entire family, including young children and elderly parents, along with several large suitcases. We were understandably quite tired from the journey. Upon arrival, it was clear that the hotel had a significant shortage of staff both inside and outside the lobby – a stark contrast to Shimei Bay, where service personnel were readily available everywhere. Although there weren't many guests checking in at the time, and the scene wasn't particularly busy, given our large group and numerous bags, I had to proactively request a luggage cart to make things easier. For a resort hotel that prides itself on the guest experience, the initial service response would be much better if it were more proactive and if staffing levels were more adequate. Regarding the room, the promotional pictures I saw when booking showed a sea-facing view with a visible beach. However, the actual view from our room was quite different from what we expected. While we could see the sea in the distance, our primary view was of the hotel's pool area, and the beach wasn't visible at all. The visual impression didn't match the promotional images. During the Chinese New Year period, the hotel organized various activities, some free and some with a charge, which is understandable. However, it was quite surprising to find that even digging for sand crabs on the public beach area required an additional fee. Compared to the hotel we stayed at previously in Shimei Bay, the activity planning here was indeed a bit lackluster. On the bright side, the breakfast was excellent. There was a rich variety of options, especially the Pandan Tofu Pudding, Pandan Pancakes, and various Hainan noodles. These were not only distinctive but also delicious, adding a wonderful culinary delight to our mornings. What truly impressed us was the mature food scene around the hotel. From Coconut Chicken, Wenchang Chicken, Ding'an Jumping Beef (which can be hotpot or BBQ), Baoluo Noodles, Hainan Noodles, to all sorts of desserts and snacks – the choices were incredibly diverse. This added a lot of local flavor and memorable gastronomic experiences to our trip. The hotel's beach area itself was quite good. The sea breeze, sand quality, and the overall experience were very relaxing and comfortable.

Our stay at the Atlantis Sanya was nothing short of extraordinary. From the breathtaking ocean views to the luxurious amenities and world-class hospitality, every moment felt unforgettable. A special thank you to Dyana, our butler, whose professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail made our experience truly seamless. Dyana went above and beyond to ensure every need was met, making us feel valued and exceptionally cared for throughout our stay. They showered us with gifts.  We would also like to recognize Helen at the signature restaurant, Ossiano. Her exceptional service, welcoming attitude, and deep knowledge of the menu elevated our dining experience to another level. She made every meal memorable with her kindness and attentiveness. The combination of luxury, outstanding service, and unforgettable dining makes Atlantis Sanya a destination we would highly recommend to anyone seeking a premium resort experience. We look forward to returning again soon.

My stay was initially quite pleasant. The front-line staff were consistently warm, attentive, and thoughtful throughout. When a small issue arose with our travel photos, the hotel promptly communicated and resolved it, which I appreciated. I thought I was going to have a wonderful experience, but it was completely ruined by one utterly unprofessional staff member, plummeting my satisfaction! While riding the shuttle bus, we politely asked the shuttle driver about the hotel's attractions and photo spots. The driver was halfway through explaining when another person nearby suddenly interjected and answered for him! Her attitude was extremely rude, cold, and dismissive. She was sarcastic the entire time, even accusing us of not speaking clearly. We were just asking basic, straightforward questions about attractions, and I truly don't understand how we could have possibly expressed ourselves more 'clearly'. When we politely asked about photo spots, she flat-out said there weren't any, and was incredibly impatient. Yet, later we saw clear signs for photo spots all over the hotel. We got zero useful information, only a belly full of frustration and anger! Afterward, the hotel told us this person was a 'secondary employee' and wasn't on duty, which is why she wasn't wearing an ID badge. I completely reject this flimsy explanation! Why was she wearing a uniform, riding a guest shuttle, and casually interjecting to address guests if she wasn't on duty? It's one thing to be unfamiliar with hotel operations and lack service awareness, but she didn't even have basic human decency. She seemed to be working with a chip on her shoulder, acting condescendingly, as if we, the guests, were accommodating her bad mood! In stark contrast, all the other shuttle drivers were kind, friendly, patient, and enthusiastic, creating an incredibly jarring difference! The hotel's reputation, carefully built by its front-line staff, was completely destroyed by this 'secondary employee' who showed no rules, no professionalism, and no respect. The hotel merely offered a casual explanation of her identity without any indication of intending to improve. Such tolerance for employee misconduct is truly disheartening. I will never recommend this hotel, nor will I ever stay here again!

I was thoroughly impressed by the service at this hotel! From helping with luggage to check-in, everyone greeted us with a smile. I was traveling with my child, and the front desk immediately provided a toiletries kit, which my child loved. Our butler, Nita, was incredibly helpful, answering all our questions and even assisting with booking a travel photoshoot. In the evening, she prepared a bedtime dessert for my child – the papaya and white fungus soup was delicious! Before we checked out, Nita also arranged a late check-out for us, telling us not to rush, which was incredibly thoughtful. I definitely have to commend the hotel's service! 👍🏻

I originally chose this hotel because it was 'about to become a Fairmont,' and even though the sign outside no longer says that, my overall experience far exceeded my expectations. The hardware was particularly surprising: the hotel extensively uses carpeting, both in the rooms and public areas. Knowing that maintaining carpets in a high-humidity, high-salinity coastal area is extremely difficult (most seaside hotels opt for wood or tile floors – I still remember the indescribable smell at The Royal Begonia, a Luxury Collection Resort, Sanya), the carpet condition in my room this stay was excellent. It's clear they put a lot of effort into maintenance, especially for a hotel that's already nearly 20 years old (or even older?). Check-in was seamless (I didn't catch the name of the kind lady who helped me). There was also a follow-up call to the room after I settled in, which very few hotels do. While the hotel's pool isn't huge, it's very well-designed, encircling the garden with both deep and shallow areas. Seating is well-spaced out (unlike the packed rows at Sheraton, for instance), offering a genuine resort feel where guests can relax without disturbing each other. Swimming and sunbathing there were very pleasant. From the pool, you can walk out to the seaside boardwalk, which leads all the way down to Wuyuanhe National Wetland Park. It's perfect for an evening stroll or a morning workout. Coming back from a run along the beach in the morning and then soaking in the hot spring really brings on that holiday vibe. Even though it hasn't become a Fairmont yet, the hospitality lives up to the 'Royal Service' mentioned on the phone. Thank you for the hospitality, and special thanks to Megan for her thoughtful touch. For someone who loves carpets and a resort atmosphere, this is a place in Haikou worth relaxing at, and I'd definitely want to come back again.

The room was wonderfully cool, whether it was the excellent air conditioning or something else, I slept deeply through the night. The pillows were just the right firmness, making for a very comfortable sleep, and I woke up refreshed and ready to explore the next day. There are coconut trees by the hotel pool, and I saw staff cleaning it every morning, which shows their attention to hygiene details is excellent. In the afternoon, I saw other guests complaining about the pool water being dirty, but that really wasn't the case. With so many coconut trees nearby, it's completely normal for leaves to fall in with the wind, so I don't understand what those people were complaining about. Overall, it was a good stay, and the room was quite spacious.

Facilities: In the second room, the bedside lamp flickered as if it wasn't getting enough power. The fan in the first room was noisy. Hygiene: The first room had a lot of ants, so we couldn't leave any sweet food open. Environment: The view outside the window was absolutely stunning, arguably the best sea view I've ever seen from a room in Sanya. Service: Butler Annie's service attitude was excellent, and she was very efficient. She promptly handled our requests regarding facilities and changing rooms. Dining: We had one of the worst dinners ever. Apart from the sea view, both the food and the environment were disappointing. The steak and pizza were all dry and tough, and there were many mosquitoes around the BBQ. It was a very tiring meal; we only ate a few bites and left. It definitely wasn't worth the 288 price tag.

The public areas at Yalong Bay are truly stunning, not an exaggeration. The entire hotel is beautiful, making me want to stay forever. Just wandering around and seeing all the plants and animals was so therapeutic. The ocean view is incredible too; the water is crystal clear. We went on a sunny day, and it was truly a 'jellyfish sea' (meaning the water was so clear and blue it resembled jelly). We snorkeled by the beach and found lots of small shells, and even luckily spotted a hermit crab. The hotel staff were all very friendly, always smiling and greeting guests. A special shout-out to my butler, who was incredibly proactive and service-oriented! They upgraded our room and allowed us a late checkout, fulfilling all our requests. Huge thumbs up!! Next time I come to Yalong Bay, I'll definitely choose Hilton again!
