I was very satisfied with my stay this time. The room on the third floor exceeded my expectations in terms of overall quality – it was clean, tidy, and well-laid out, with comfortable bedding. The natural wood decor perfectly complemented the ancient town's atmosphere. It came equipped with a complete tea set and tea table, and I could enjoy views of the Tuojiang River right from the window, making it ideal for relaxation. The room looked essentially identical to the pictures displayed online. The hotel's location is excellent, right in the heart of the ancient town, making it very convenient for getting around and sightseeing. Yet, it was relatively quiet at night, so we weren't disturbed by any noise. I especially want to thank the front desk for their service. I accidentally booked my check-in for January 1st instead of January 2nd. Upon arrival, the front desk staff proactively and patiently helped me change the reservation to January 2nd free of charge, and even upgraded my room type. The communication throughout was smooth, and their service attitude was excellent, making me feel very reassured and welcome. Overall, whether it was the room quality, the ambiance, or the service level, everything was of a very high standard. It was a very pleasant stay.

The room was great, and the bathroom was especially spacious with a separate wet and dry area, including a bathtub. All the necessary toiletries were provided, and there was a fridge with complimentary drinks. The TV was pretty much ignorable, as I barely watched it. The buffet breakfast at the restaurant offered a wide variety of options, both Chinese and Western, and there was even a noodle bar where you could get freshly made soup noodles with plenty of toppings – it was comparable to an airport business lounge restaurant. Plus, the Tianmen Mountain cable car was right outside the hotel, which was a huge convenience! 👍🏻

My father and I traveled from Malaysia to Zhangjiajie primarily to meet up with my sister, who was also visiting Zhangjiajie with her friends. We booked the same hotel as her. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly, and the overall environment of the hotel was excellent. Before we even arrived, the customer service team proactively identified a minor issue with our original room booking and upgraded us. Upon arrival, the staff patiently explained the situation and even arranged for us to stay in a room directly opposite my sister's, which was a very thoughtful touch. The hotel's cleaning staff were also very diligent; both our room and the public areas were spotless, making our stay comfortable and reassuring. Separately, we had pre-booked a private car and guide from the high-speed rail station. Our plan for the next day was to visit Tianmen Mountain, but due to rain, we decided to cancel. We hadn't purchased tickets yet, but the tour company said they would charge a 60 CNY cancellation fee per person. After consulting the hotel's front desk, the staff informed us that a new policy allowing fee-free cancellations had just been implemented a few days prior. We immediately relayed this information to the tour company, and in the end, we only had the insurance fee deducted, getting the rest of our money back. We'd also advise visitors heading to Tianmen Mountain to go independently and to consult the hotel staff if they have any questions. We are truly grateful to the front desk staff for their patience and professionalism. Excellent customer service is what truly makes an impression and is why we would want to stay at this hotel again and recommend it to others. We sincerely wish all the customer service staff smooth work and hope they continue to provide such dedicated and warm service.

We were in our Hoony moon and we can say this is the best hotel we had in China! People at front desk is polite and friendly. The room had an incredible view and was clean. We used the laundry zone and Worked perfectly. The breakfast was very good it had west options like boiled eggs and fried eggs, bread, cereal, yogurth and an amazing american coffee. The location was great, 15 minutes walking to the cable station to go to the tianmen mountain. Also a very good place to be to the pick up for tours and Didi and very near to the bus station. They had the Service of pick up at the train station and were punctual. We strongly recommend it.

The experience at Zhangjiajie Sijilai Riverside Resort was fantastic! They not only provided timely pick-up and drop-off services and thoughtful itinerary planning, but the staff were also warm and attentive. The room was clean and tidy, and breakfast was rich and delicious. The stay exceeded our expectations, and I highly recommend it!

10/10 Recommend! Lovely place to stay! Big, spacious and clean! It is just beside the river and at a quieter place. Perfect for light sleepers. It’s also near to the train station. The boss is so warm and nice. He picked us up from the train station, but do arrange with them via Trip/Wechat. He helped with all the luggages and introduced us the place. A big shoutout to him for sending us back to the train station because we had too many big luggages and he was afraid that no cab would pick us up in time. Breakfast provided which was healthy and lady said could refill! Free MiaoZu costume (can try but advice to go to other stores that are cheaper if you would like to take many photos done by professionals)

Our family stayed 2 adult and 2 children in their 5th floor room. Spacious with great view of the river and part of the ancient town. Area is not noisy and far from clubs and bars from the other side of the town. Walking distance from main attraction. Room is clean and tidy with great water pressure. Our host is very friendly and accommodating and made us feel at home. They provide 1 set of traditional costume and you can rent costumes for the rest of the family with minimal charge. It became one of the highlights of our trip. They even helped us get taxi back to the highspeed rail. I definitely recommend this homestay. 😊

Reception staff super friendly, best service we’ve had in China so far, helped us with all of the bookings to the attractions such as Baofeng lake, Grand Canyon, avatar national park and Tianmen mountain, gave us the best recommendations according to fog weather and overcrowded times. I ordered a lot of things on taobao and to return, they have been extremely helpful with this. They even have a laundry room which I used at night, all of my washing was taken out of the dryer by the staff and ready to wear the next morning, breakfast was great, I would recommend this hotel to any traveller, it beats all the other hotels I have stayed at in China including 5 diamond ones. This hotel really deserves 5 diamonds for the service they provide. Thank you for making my stay wonderful, easy and stress free!

Among the many hotels available in Fenghuang Ancient City, I chose this one. Even before checking in, I received warm reminders and guidance. Upon arrival, I found it truly lived up to expectations; the moment I stepped in, it felt very cozy and comfortable. I booked a deluxe room, which was incredibly spacious. Noticing we had a child, the butler proactively arranged for extra bottled water. The room's view was fantastic and became a real highlight of our trip. Stepping out, you're immediately greeted by scenic views, and it's very convenient to take a stroll along the river to enjoy the scenery.

This hotel's location is absolutely perfect! 🏨 It's right in the heart of the scenic area, with food streets and trendy shops right downstairs. Super convenient for exploring and dining. The room amenities are incredibly thoughtful; it even comes with a washing machine 🧺, which is so practical for travelers like us! And the hygiene details are top-notch – the face towels are disposable, clean and reassuring, making it very friendly for germaphobes. What truly surprised me was the service! 💯 Every time we returned from sightseeing, the front desk staff would greet us warmly and even actively recommend genuinely fun places, helping us avoid tourist traps. They were as reliable as local friends! This perfect combination of hotel location + thoughtful facilities + warm service really made our stay super comfortable! We'll definitely choose this place again next time we visit, highly recommended to all fellow travelers! 🌟
