The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the service was outstanding! Especially the lady who came by with the cart every evening – she was incredibly warm. She'd explain the sightseeing routes in detail, thoughtfully bring us hot porridge, and even give snack packs to the kids. The best part was when we came back from hiking, she actually brought us foot-soaking tubs and herbal medicine packs, recommending we soak our feet to relieve fatigue. She was truly exceptional!

We are a couple to travel to Fenghuang Ancient Town, and we booked at this home stay for our 2-day trip. The location is about 7’ walk to the main attraction, which is convenient and reasonable walk. During our stay, the hospitality from the Homestay is exceptional to us. Especially, Ms Xiao Teng, who had been making sure our stay was a pleasant one. Thank you, thank you. In conclusion, with a very affordable rate, we have a good location and a great services that is very worth it. We will let friends and family know your place.

The hotel is in excellent condition, with spacious, bright, clean, and tidy rooms. The breakfast, in particular, is superb, especially the beef noodles and rice vermicelli. There's also a shortcut (not on navigation, but the hotel staff will tell you about it) that takes about ten minutes to walk from the hotel to one of Zhangjiajie National Forest Park's gates (there are many gates). It's a scenic walk along a path (the photos attached were taken along this route). From there, you can take a free shuttle bus to the attractions you wish to visit according to your itinerary.

The hotel staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and provided excellent service. The room was exceptionally clean, and very spacious. I was particularly impressed by the attention to detail, like the disinfected slippers individually packaged in special bags. Besides the standard towels, they also offered disposable face towels and bath towels, which was a nice touch. The shower was amazing! Beyond the regular showerhead, there were also jets on the sides, which was a pleasant surprise and my child absolutely loved it. The kettle was also quite unique and I really liked it. Breakfast was incredibly varied and satisfying; the noodles were especially tasty. Overall, it was a perfectly wonderful experience.

Located by the Tuojiang River in Fenghuang Ancient Town, about a ten-minute walk from the core scenic area, this hotel is very quiet. The overall design of the hotel and rooms has a strong Zen feel, and the river view is incredibly relaxing. The staff are very welcoming and proactively contacted us to help with parking and check-in. They also provide a dedicated car service to Hongqiao and a relatively rich breakfast. It's perfect for family travel.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful! 💛 From the very moment we arrived, we were met at the airport — everything was perfectly organized, comfortable, and done with great care. The staff were incredibly attentive to all our requests — they even prepared vegetarian meals for us, and we’re especially grateful to the chefs for that 🙏 If it weren’t for the hotel staff, we would have definitely gotten lost in the park — they thoughtfully planned out the entire route through all the attractions for us, making everything clear and convenient. The room itself was just amazing! 😍 It turned out to be even better than in the photos — warm floors, heated mattress pads, perfectly clean, bright, and very quiet. Everything we needed was provided, and you can really feel the genuine care for the guests. A perfect experience! The room offered an expansive view, perfect for taking in the sparkling city lights at night. The bedding was comfortable, and the facilities were complete yet charmingly rustic. The owner brewed tea and chatted like an old friend, making me feel right at home. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Fenghuang!

Traveling with the whole family, including kids, the front desk kindly upgraded us to a family-friendly room for free. The room was spacious, cozy, and very clean, and the price was excellent. The front desk staff were very attentive and patiently explained the nearby attractions. Parking was super convenient with their own private lot. This is definitely a top choice for anyone traveling by car.
