Staying here when catching a flight is such a lifesaver! I stayed at this hotel last time I was in Kunming too. It's right by the airport and they offer free shuttle service, so no need to hassle with taxis or finding your way – super convenient. The room was spotlessly clean, no weird smells or dust anywhere, which was a real pleasure to see. The bed was incredibly comfortable, just the right balance of soft and firm, making it easy to relax and get a good night's sleep, no matter how tired I was from traveling. Whether you have an early morning flight or arrive late, this place is perfect. It's hassle-free, comfortable, and offers great value for money for travelers. Highly recommend!

I stayed at the Jinbi Huiguan Hotel for a day during my layover in Kunming, and overall, it was excellent. The decor has a Chinese style, and the owner definitely has great taste. When I checked out, it was pouring rain in Kunming, and the front desk staff braved the rain to help us get a taxi. The service experience was absolutely top-notch. All in all, it's a highly recommended hotel.

The hotel does not match the photos. The interior looks quite worn and outdated, and it is unclear when it was last renovated. Overall, the place feels rather old. The only real advantage was the view from the window. However, the balcony is not comfortable for relaxing. The elevators are also old and somewhat strange. It gets very hot inside. The air conditioning only works when you are in the room, so every time you return it is very stuffy and uncomfortable. There is no privacy at all: the toilet and shower are not properly separated and are completely transparent. One small positive point is that it was possible to leave luggage for a few hours after check-out. The location has its drawbacks. The street is very busy, and calling a taxi can take time, plus it is not very convenient for pick-up. The only convenience is that in the evening you can easily walk to the night market, which starts right next to the hotel in the same area. If you came specifically for the market, it may be suitable. Otherwise, most other places are quite far away.

The hotel room was spotless and very quiet at night, which is a huge plus for anyone who values good sleep – highly recommend it! The front desk staff was lovely; the lady at reception paid close attention to the notes I left on Trip.com and even gave me an eye mask. The location is super convenient for transport on weekends, and dining is a breeze with all sorts of malls downstairs and the old street right next door. Breakfast was also fantastic with a great variety of choices. I'll definitely pick this hotel again next time I'm in Kunming.

Had an amazing stay in the ancient town! The B&B's location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of the old city, super close to the North Gate. Stepping out, you're immediately in the scenic ancient town, no wasted steps at all. The environment is exceptionally clean and elegant, with a fantastic ambiance that makes you feel relaxed the moment you arrive. A special thank you to the owner for their warm hospitality; the service was incredibly polite and thoughtful. They even kindly upgraded our room for free, giving us more space and comfort – truly a delightful surprise! Encountering such a thoughtful B&B in the Year of the Horse feels like good luck for success is coming my way. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting the ancient town. I'll definitely stay here again next time!

Overall, the room was excellent. We had a minor incident where the shower drain clogged, causing water to overflow from the bathroom and reach the bedside. However, by the time we returned, everything had been completely taken care of, and they even left us two boxes of milk – the service was truly fantastic. It was a bit warm during our stay, and the mini-fridge was thoughtfully restocked daily with bottled water, Coke, and another canned drink.

This hotel is located in the Duoyishu Scenic Area of Yuanyang. We chose a room on the 4th floor with a terrace, and the view absolutely blew away all other rooms. We had a vast expanse of terraced fields right in front of us, perfect for photos at any time, especially stunningly beautiful at sunrise – no need to jostle with crowds at the Duoyishu observation deck. The room facilities were pretty complete, including a huge soaking tub, though it felt largely unnecessary. The hotel service was also excellent; they contacted us in advance about our arrival and parking. Since the hotel is situated on a hillside, it's not accessible by private car, but the hotel provides a minivan for pick-up and drop-off at any time. There's no elevator, but the hotel staff were very helpful with luggage up and down the stairs. The hotel offers breakfast sets and also has an à la carte menu. I highly recommend this place for guests who want to enjoy beautiful scenery without having to get up too early or rush to crowded scenic spots. You can see the Golden Tower and Silver Tower when you take a bath. You can also see a super beautiful sunset in the pool. The location is superb, the parking lot is super convenient for self-driving, 2 kilometers away from Shwedagon Pagoda and Yinta, and it is very convenient to take a taxi. There are also local food stalls at the entrance of the village. There are many categories. You don’t have to go far to eat. The overall experience is full. It’s right to live here in Mangshi!

This hotel caught my eye during a layover in Kunming, and it truly boasts high standards in both service and environment. They offer complimentary airport transfers, and the breakfast spread is quite generous. Upon checking in, I even received a welcome gift and a free room upgrade. Both the public areas and the room itself were lovely. Plus, there are plenty of restaurants nearby, making it super convenient for ordering takeout or dining out.

The service is top of the top. Owner very friendly l. He even pay didi first for us, since we cannot make transfer. He even very helpful when we asked about halal food. The room so nice with the best view on of hill. Very cold and calm in the morning. He even make a tea for use and gave some of tea for us to bring home. Highly recommended for those looking the place to stay.
