I liked everything about the hotel. Very friendly staff, ready to solve any problem you have if it arises. Large clean beach and beautiful sea. We took half board (breakfast and dinner), the food was varied and tasty, and drinks were provided in addition. The room had everything you needed, including an iron. In a word, I really didn’t want to leave, it was so good to relax there) I definitely recommend the hotel 👍🏻

What an amazing hotel! All the staff we encountered were helpful and keen to do all they could to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. The pool and beach were both very clean and safety was paramount. A choice of great restaurants with our favourite being Si, the Italian restaurant. (The pistachio soufflé dessert in Si is one of the best desserts I’ve ever tasted.) It was a privilege to meet Henry, a manager on reception who was an absolute delight. He was so happy and enthusiastic and a credit to the hotel. All in all a wonderful, relaxing holiday at a first class hotel.

Отличный отель для отдыха в ОАЭ, очень спокойная атмосфера, релакс, красивый пляж и море. Отличный сервис, но нужно быть внимательным со системой все включено. Комнаты хорошие, просторные, есть утюг, кофемашина, фен, все необходимое, уборка каждый день. Хорошие рестораны, нам очень понравился итальянский. Что касается развлечений, есть анимация, разные активности, ведут две девочки Лаура и Яна, молодцы, поднимают скучающих гостей и развлекают! Также на территории есть мини гольф, футбольное поле, теннис и падл. Вечером не шумно, нет дискотек, так что хорошо для отдыха с маленькими детьми.

Провели неделю в этом прекрасном отеле. На наше удивление было немного людей и мы спокойно отдыхали на пляже и у бассейна. Нам очень понравился персонал в отеле, все очень доброжелательные и всегда готовы помочь. Уборка номеров была каждый день, все необходимое было в номере.Прекрасные рестораны с очень хорошим обслуживанием и вкусными блюдами. Особенность этого отеля, что здесь есть спортивная анимация, много разных активностей, две русскоговорящие девушки аниматоры Яна и Лаура. Погода в ноябре была прекрасная, хотя море часто волновалось. В общем, мы остались довольны отдыхом, будем рекомендовать знакомым!

The property and rooms are in excellent condition. The rooms are spacious, well-equipped, and feature very comfortable beds. The beach is stunning and impeccably clean, with almost white sand and crystal-clear water. The pool and beach area designated for adults are highly appreciated. We dined twice at Turtle Bay and Si Ristorante, and both offered outstanding food and highly attentive service. The breakfast buffet at Sim Sim Restaurant is impressive, with a vast selection of fresh fruits, salads, pastries, Asian and Arabic dishes, and made-to-order egg dishes like Eggs Benedict. We would like to extend special thanks to Sienna, Kennedy, Gilbert, and Shubham. All staff members, including those at the bell desk, reception, concierge, pool, and housekeeping, do an amazing job. Their attentive and friendly manner made our stay truly unforgettable. Highly recommended!
