Un tres bel établissement, une décoration soignee
Super endroit que cet hôtel.
Pension complète donc, ce que nous faisons jamais habituellement mais nous n'avons pas été déçu. Le buffet est gigantesque, c'est très bon et les plats changent tous les jours. Les petits déjeuner sont copieux.
Les piscines sont chaudes, le staff super sympa, l'ambiance est jeune et décontracté, la musique est top. Bref, nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir.

Returning Visitors
Stayed here last year and absolutely loved it so decided to go back…and we’re so glad we did. The food is delicious and not repetitive like some All Inclusive hotels. The staff are amazing too, so friendly and accommodating. New addition to the hotel from last year is the rooftop pool and bar… great for sunsets

Hotel und Anlage sind sehr zu empfehlen. Toller Service und nettes Personal. Schöne Poolanlagen mit gut ausgestatteter Bars. Buffet und Essen sind ok bis gut für All inclusive (wir sind aber sehr anspruchsvoll und kochen gerne selber und vielfältig). Klare Empfehlung.

Hotel online looks amazing but experience was far from it. Food was terrible - from undercooked meat, cold food and lack of variety - we ended up missing breakfast and ate out at local restaurants most days. Cocktails are way too sweet and borderline undrinkable. The water offered at meal times smells and tastes like sewage There was professional photography of some sort going on with a drone flying over the rooftop pool for hours whilst guests tried to relax with no prior warning to check if guests had been comfortable with the situation . Additional daily charge to use the room safe is a first. Not sure if it is because we stayed at the end of the season but it just wasn’t what you expect from a 4 star hotel. I’ve stayed at other hotels in crete which are not too much difference in price but are far better. Tried to report to TUI but when they called to follow up they said they couldn’t take this further as nobody else complained but looking at trip advisor other people who stayed around the same time have similar experiences.

Absolutely loved my stay here in May 2024 – hands down, the best all-inclusive experience I’ve had! From the moment I walked in, I felt like I’d stepped into a little oasis of calm and style. The décor is stunning, with natural materials and lush plants everywhere, which gives the whole place this earthy, relaxing vibe. It’s so well thought out, and the attention to detail is clear in every corner. Even the rainy days didn’t put a damper on things; the indoor atmosphere was warm and welcoming, with plenty to do and enjoy. The staff were fantastic – super attentive and genuinely friendly. They went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect, from dining to any little requests. And let’s talk about the food! Every meal felt like a treat, with fresh ingredients, lots of flavour, and variety – definitely a step up from the usual all-inclusive fare. The music they played was perfect for the vibe, adding to the laid-back, classy atmosphere. I did have a couple of minor issues: the toilet flusher had a small hiccup, but maintenance handled it immediately, which I really appreciated. The only other slight drawback was the TV casting – it had delays and kept disconnecting, which was a bit frustrating. But honestly, with so much else to enjoy, this was easy to overlook. I’ve already been raving about this place to friends, and I know I’ll be back. It’s a place that’s all about quality, relaxation, and feeling a little spoiled. Counting down the days until I can return!
