never book your room with food, and staff behavior is rude with poor customer experience. I felt bad experience after booking 😕

It is one of the best properties i have stayed in a small town like rampur. Good rooms, great food, good staff will definitely recommend everyone to stay here

Room was very bad, not cleaned lots of dust on the table around the corner, moisture smell in the room, fan fixed speed cannot adjust, no towel, had to ask for it. Laundry just put outside in the gallery all day. Very bad experience cannot stay again and not even prefer to someone stay there. I booked lunch/dinner in the package, they offered me to have veg plate (veg thali) only with their choice of food, what does that mean, i am ok with the veg food but i need to have my choice what to eat. Food quality is ok kind off not so good. Overall appearance of the hotel not good.

They claim, they provide free pickup and dropping facilities however they don't give this after reminding.

Stay was comfortable. Location of property is close to railway station and market place. It suits my requirements as a traveller.
