Kalabalık harici her şey güzel
Otelde bir çok defa konakladık. Otel tamamen dolu olduğunda restoran ve genel alanlar ne yazık ki yetersiz oluyor. Havuzda şezlong bulmakta zorlanıyoruz. Konaklayacaksanız hafta sonu yerine hafta içi konaklamaları tercih edebilirsiniz. Onun dışında hizmet temizlik ve servis oldukça iyiydi. Sadece kalabalıktan dolayı serviste aksamalar vardı. Bir de lobide koltuklarda ayakkabıları ile uzanan misafirleri keşke nazikçe uyarıp lobide uzanmamaları gerektiğini iletseniz. Ayakkabıları ile uzandıkları yerlere sonradan bizler oturmak zorunda kalıyoruz. Lobide çay kahve içerken de karşı koltukta uzanıp yatmış adamları görmek hoş olmuyor.

Das Bett ist ungemütlich und der Kissen zu hart. Das Essen war sehr gut. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr freundlich uns hilfsbereit. Beim essen hat uns gestört, dass die Mitarbeiter ohne zu fragen unsere Teller mitgenommen haben. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Die Thermalbecken waren alle sehr sauber.

Wir waren in diesem Hotel vier Damen und das hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir waren sieben Tage und das Wasser war richtig warm. Schön angenehm. Soll auch gesundheitlich gut sein. Die Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Ich würde esweiter empfehlen.

otelin lokasyonu güzel. Ancak yemek kalitesinde eskiye oranla düşüş var. Ciddi personel yetersizliği var. Yetersizlik personel sayısının azlığından kaynaklı.. personel az sayıda olması nedeniyle oda teslimi ve oda temizliği ve hamam temizliği ve barlarda hizmetler yetersiz ve zayıf kalıyor. Havuzlarda bar hizmeti çok zayıf ve çeşitlilik az. Bayan havuzlarında hizmet zayıf ve hijyen problemleri var. Bu tesis ilk zamanlardaki kalitesinden uzaklaşmaya başlamakta. Olup, nitellkli personeller temini ve hizmet koordinasyonu acilen gözden geçirilmeli. Aksi halde daha ileri ki zamanlarda devre mülk tatilin bir tık lüksü gibi olma tehlikesi var... Son olarak otele girişte o kadar yoldan gelip te bir de Selime hn isimli calisaninizin Üslup sorunu ve saygısızligi ile mücadele etmek te ayrı bir yorgunluk oldu. Unutulmamalı ki hiç kimse vazgeçilmez değildir... Dışarıda çok daha donanımlı ve kalifiye çalışma arkadaşları vardır... Hiç kimse vazgeçilmez değildir...saygılarımla
