Having difficulties to go to the hotel from alacati terminal as locals could
barely speak english…no taxi available,only shuttle minibus..
Otherwise,the view is spectacular..

Havuz başında servisten çok memnun kaldık. Özellikle Elif Sude hanım güler yüzlü ve anlayışlı hizmetiyle bizi çok mutlu etti. Kıymalı pide ve pizzaları tavsiye ederiz. Konakladığımız süre boyunca çok memnun kaldık. Tek eksik oda balkonlarında havlu vs. asacak bir aparat bulunmaması oldu. Çok teşekkür ediyoruz.

Hotelin manzarası ve konumu çok güzel. Çocuklar için de çok uygun, deniz temiz ve sığ. Deniz üzerindeki platformları oğlum çok sevdi. Sabah kahvaltısı yeterli ve çeşitli ancak sonraki öğünleri hotelde yemek isterseniz hem seçenek çok az hem de aşırı pahalı. Personel çok genç ellerinden geldiğince yardımcı olmaya çalışıyorlar. İyi niyetli bir yönetim var. Odalar yenilenmeli ve modern bir tasarıma getirilmeli. Aile odalarında çocuklar için tasarlanan asma kat hem çok basık hem de merdiveni çok yüksek ve tehlikeli.Banyolar küvet yerine duşakabin olsa daha iyi olur.Oda temizliği ve hotel içindeki çevre temizliği daha iyi olabilir. Hotel içindeki yeme içme fiyatları biraz daha uygun hale getirilmeli. Hotel müdürü Tuncay bey ve ekibine teşekkür ederiz.

Vi bodde i et rom med privat basseng i 3 netter. Rommene var veldig rene og fine. Heldigvis brukte vi det private bassenget alene fordi det ikke var noen som bodde i de andre 3 rommene, normalt deler 4 rom det private bassenget. Frokostalternativene er tilstrekkelige og det er gode alternativer, servitørene bringer og frisker opp drinkene dine. Stranden var veldig ren og vannet var veldig klart og vakkert, det var nesten ingen steiner. Jeg anbefaler det til alle.

Otele girişimizden çıkışımıza kadar her anda tüm çalışanların güler güzlü karşılaması ve ilgisini gördük. Odalardan restauranta beachten havuza kadar her yer tertemizdi. Kahvaltı hizmeti çok lezzetli ve bol çeşitliydi. Beach teki mutfağın yemekleri de aşarı lezzetliydi. Her sene alacatıya gideriz ve hep verdiğimiz ücret ile hizmet kalitesinin uyuşmamasından şikayet ederdik ama Cocos bunu yıktı.
