Very nice hotel for skiing and relaxation

Information level poor
We arrived several days after earth slide had blocked the only road to Alagna. We were NOT informed.
At 23:30 we found out, as the road was blocked by police.
Hotel not reachable by phone. We tried several options but ended up sleeping the first night in our car.

Appartamento confortevole dotato di mini cucina con lavastoviglie forno e mini frigo e macchina per il caffè...pulito e ben dispisto..accesso alla spa piscina riscaldata esterna alla struttura....ottima la colazione varia scelta tra dolce e salato.

Ho soggiornato per due notti in questo hotel con il mio compagno e mio figlio di una anno e mezzo. È gia la seconda volta che torniamo in questo resort e ci siamo trovati benissimo! Questa volta abbiamo avuto un upgrade ,quindi la camera è stata al di sopra delle nostre aspettative ! Bellissima ,spaziosa,confortevole ! Avevamo due bagni a disposizione e quindi posso dire il massimo della comodita ! L hotel è molto curato nei dettagli ,è pulito e mi trasmette un senso di pace e relax ! Siete nel posto giusto se volete concedervi un soggiorno rilassante per ricaricarvi di nuova energia positiva !! La spa è molto pulita , la piscina bellissima con parte coperta e parte esterna, direi che è la chicca dell area benessere ! Troviamo anche un bagno turco ,una sauna ,un area relax Insomma c è tutto !!la cosa che ho molto gradito è il fatto che i bambini possano accedere all area benessere e spero che non verra limitato l acceso in futuro poiche abbiamo deciso di tornarci spesso in questo splendido resort! La colazione è molto buona e con prodotti di buon livello!giusta quantita di dolce e salato! Inclusa nel prezzo anche la merenda sinoira ,altrettanto gustosa e sfiziosa!! Insomma per noi è stata una piacevolissima scoperta e conferma ,torneremo molto presto!!!!

Fabulous Holiday in Milan Italy at this beautiful Ski Resort. Friendly & Helpful staff. Quiet & friendly, fabulous surrounding. Picture perfect with the snow all around. Walk to the village is not too far. Pre-book transport from Airport to Ski Resort, buses not regular & no straight buses from airport. We pre-booked. It is a ski resort -no late food or bar service, this is fine as long as you know beforehand. They offer free transport there & back by shuttle lovely guy. Always good to pre-book ski gear. Spar was fabulous & I enjoyed a beautiful massage.

Seconda volta in questo resort davvero magnifico. Personale al ricevimento molto cortese, un po’ meno il signore del ristorante, la ragazza invece molto gentile e sempre sorridente. L’attenzione per i bambini sicuramente è un punto di forza del posto, possono entrare nella spa e vengono organizzate attività dedicate a loro. Rispetto all’ultimo soggiorno, fatto 2anni fa, è diminuita la qualità della colazione e soprattutto della merenda che era molto più ricca e dava la possibilità di avere un piatto caldo. Ma comunque tutto davvero fantastico. Torneremo sicuramente
