Stayed for one night during a cross-country trip with my dog. I arrived late afternoon and after a couple of hours realized the noise from highway traffic just across from the hotel was going to be a problem. I asked at the front desk to see about any options to move rooms and the attendant immediately dismissed any options - despite the fact that it was still early - many rooms still open and I'm a Diamond member. Just no effort to look at another room for me. So, then, needing to find a grass area for my dog to do her business... none exists - just a rocky area across the parking lot - with 110 degree heat on her paws crossing the lot to a bunch of rocks. A homeless man with his dog were huddled nearby scaring the you-know-what out of us. (They also charge $75 per day extra for having a dog). The neighborhood is not good at all to put it mildly. The cost was above average for a Hampton Inn that has not been updated in decades. Overall, just a complete and utter FAIL.

My company hosted a four day event from Tuesday, September 20, 2022 to Friday, September 23, 2022. Erika in catering went above and beyond to make our event run as smoothly as possible, doing the job of multiple people. After the AC not working in one of the conference rooms for two days, Erika took the initative to switch our event to a different room with working AC. During the lunch rush in the hotel restaurant, Erika was taking orders, serving drinks, bringing out orders, and busing tables for 30 to 40 people, at times by herself, with no complaints, only apologies for being understaffed. Erika is truly an asset to this hotel, a joy to work with, and always has a smile on her face. On another note, the hotel is shabby. AC didn't work in the Lounge on the club level and at times in my room.

She makes you feel like a family friend rather than just a hotel guest. She is very accommodating, courteous and kind to all guests at the hotel. She always goes above and beyond anyone's customer service expectations. She always gives a very high level of exceptional customer service at all times. You will enjoy your stay here at this hotel. He is very careful with your luggage and accommodating at all levels of service. He always goes above and beyond your customer service expectations. He always gives a very high level of exceptional customer service at all times. He is very honest and trustworthy, as well. Joey at valet was very nice and accommodating. He handles your luggage with care, as well. He is very nice and friendly. He goes above and beyond, as well. Victor the head of valet was very kind and courteous. He asked me if I had been treated well by his valet attendants. He was very thorough and efficient. He went above and beyond my customer service expectations, as well. Victor gave a very high level of exceptional customer service, as well. Jordan at the players club was very nice and accommodating. He assisted me with the free gift at the players club. It is a nice getaway from the hustle and bustle of downtown Albuquerque. The amenities are very nice, the construction of the hotel is very beautiful. I arrived at the Double Tree late in the afternoon after a long day of exploring. The check in process was pleasant and straightforward. I quickly noticed how clean and well maintained the property was which is always a good thing. I was given a room on one of the upper floors. When I entered my room I was met with a fresh smelling clean room. The bed was maid up well and the bathroom was also well kept. I thoroughly enjoyed the view from my window that overlooked the city. On a scale from 1 to 10, the bed was about a 6. It was a little on the firm side but otherwise still relatively comfortable. The hotel was situated downtown. There was a huge parking lot behind a gated arm at the property. Please expect to pay for parking as downtown parking can be scarce. I had to circle the lot a few times in order to find an empty space. Be advised they do have an overflow lot down the street. The hotel is right above the convention center so it stays pretty busy. There were also many places to eat nearby such as the 505 Central food hall which featured many different dining options. I’d recommend it if you’re with a group of people that have diverse food palettes. Overall I’d stay here again. I rate this property a 3 because it was just what I expected. There was nothing exceptional about it, but it wasn’t bad at all.

I live in Albuquerque and lead a pretty hectic life working for 3 different delivery services. Whenever I need a break, I check into the Red Roof for a few days. It is always clean, quiet and luxurious for an excellent rate. The entire staff is friendly and on point. ”Ask and you shall receive” could be their official motto! Great amenities and centrally located. Whether you're a local or just passing through, this is definitely the best stay in town

There was a friendly helpful staff. The facilities were very good, but I feel there needs to be more charging outlets [usb ports]. Breakfast was well balanced, I appreciate that.

This was my 2nd stay within a month at a Drury hotel(Albuquerque and Las Cruces NM), and is the best I've experienced with a supportive but soft bed(what I would call Medium Firm) and soft, airy pillows, which is #1 for me when I travel. The rooms are always clean and no smoke smells anywhere. The only thing I would like to see change is replace those 50-year old design noisy in-room air conditioners with a modern mini split unit with real air filtration. In a post-covid world, the future is hotels that are clean and bio-safe.
