Mattress and pillows were not comfortable
It would have been nice to have potatoes as part of the

No matter how nice the rooms are, it doesn't give the employees the right to invade guests privacy. I talked to the front desk on my day of checkout, and was able to do a late checkout by thirty minutes, since I was waiting on laundry to dry. Apparently their bruiser that they send to kick people out of their rooms (Devin) didn't get the memo, bangs on my door and after three knocks just opens my door and barges in, while I'm getting dressed. I was in shock, and explained that I had already told the front desk I was checking out late, and I was still within the timeframe. He mumbled and left, but I felt so violated after this incident.

We were traveling cross country. New facility. Pet friendly and has great grassy pet area in back. Easy to access and friendly staff. We are very experienced Bonvoy members and know the different levels. The parking lot has 24 hour security although neighborhood looks fine.

Fairly new Towneplace Suites with amenities such as small kitchen, gym, and grill available. Staff were all friendly and breakfast was good. The main negative was the cleanliness of the room. Crumbs were present around the carpet along with several hairs in the bathroom. All bathroom lights were not functioning either.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was good. However, despite my wife hanging the "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door, housekeeping awakened us at 9 AM. We had arrived at 2 AM, so we were not planning on awakening until just before checkout. This appears to be Marriott's policy: wake up the guests early on checkout day. We encountered it the following morning also at a Marriott in Texas. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable, and the kitchenette included a refrigerator and a sink. The bathroom had those liquid soap bottles on the wall - which I dislike. The included breakfast buffet included bacon, sausage, eggs, and various pastry/bread options as well as orange and apple juices and good, fresh coffee.

The staff were ALL very kind and considerate. The facility is very well maintained. We’ve stayed here once a year since it opened and it hasn’t changed a bit. Great location with good food close by. Safe and secure area with tribal security patrolling visibly. Love this place!

Kindest front desk staff, cleaning staff and even maintenance guy! This was a last second trip with my children and everyone made this experience much more fun for them. Can’t wait to come back.

No issues with our stay; a little strange that the water in the shower wouldn't get more than just "warm" but it was an ADA room and perhaps that is a safety consideration even thought we hadn't requested it. Other than that, great place, great room, great location for us. Fantastic stay. A very quiet place.
