Before check-in, there is a guest service person who sends an email and calls to confirm my preference. When breakfast is more crowded, there are more people in line at the door. One night because of a little unpleasant ordering, when I checked out, the hotel manager came over to apologize and gave a cheesecake (because I came with my husband and secretly helped to make a romantic arrangement and sent a honeymoon cake) The hotel concierge is simply omnipotent. Haha also helped to make an appointment for the door-to-door nucleic acid test (the hotel security went all the way to our room to see that the nucleic acid test was very safe) and also helped to buy a train ticket to Cairo. The whole process is a magical concierge who can solve everything by calling Ministry Hahaha overall it is really the quality of the four seasons that never disappoints I will always love FS
