I recently stayed at the Four Seasons Alexandria for two days and my experience was absolutely wonderful. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the hotel's magnificent decor, inspired by the 1800s. Every detail, from the furniture to the lighting fixtures, evoked a classic elegance that transported me to another era.
The hotel has direct access to a shopping center, which is extremely convenient for shopping without leaving the comfort of the establishment. In addition, the interior of the hotel is decorated with numerous paintings, adding to the artistic and refined atmosphere of the place.
But what really made my stay exceptional was the staff. Each member of the team was smiling, very welcoming and always ready to help. Their attention to detail and desire to make your stay as pleasant as possible is truly remarkable.

One night because of a little unpleasant ordering, when I checked out, the hotel manager came over to apologize and gave a cheesecake (because I came with my husband and secretly helped to make a romantic arrangement and sent a honeymoon cake) The hotel concierge is simply omnipotent. Haha also helped to make an appointment for the door-to-door nucleic acid test (the hotel security went all the way to our room to see that the nucleic acid test was very safe) and also helped to buy a train ticket to Cairo. The whole process is a magical concierge who can solve everything by calling Ministry Hahaha overall it is really the quality of the four seasons that never disappoints I will always love FS
