Convenient
A small hotel with a restaurant at the entrance. Everything is a bit worn out but worked fine, with the exception of the air conditioning. Breakfast was ok.

Lovely view, comfortable room, spacious shower and restroom, and delicious food. The grounds are beautiful! The staff are very helpful.

Das Beste am Hotel ist der Besitzer: Enorm freundlich! Er scheute keinen Aufwand, mir den Aufenthalt angenehm zu gestalten. Ich wurde kostenlos mehrmals an den Bahnhof chauffiert und durfte sein persönliches E-Bike kostenlos benutzen, weil es offenbar die vielen, früher zur Vermietung gestandenen E-Bikes nicht mehr gibt. Das verdient 5 Sterne! Ansonsten ist nicht alles perfekt. Das Hotel hat zwar einen gepflegten Garten, aber der ist aufgrund der Strasse nicht so entspannend. Die Zimmereinrichtung ist alt aber ok. Alles war sauber. Das Morgenessen war mittelmässig, typisch italienisch: Viel Süsses und ausser Früchten kaum etwas Gesundes.

C'etait un tres bon accueil par M. Bartolomeo. Nous etions logé dans cet hotel car notre vehicule etait en reparation et nous avons été bien accueillis. Les repas sont bons. Le personnel sympathique. La literie est impeccable. Tres bonne propreté et salle de bain bien entretenu. Doucje agreable. Le séjour fut très agréable.

Abbiamo trascorso due giorni, è andato tutto molto bene, a partire dalla professionalità e gentilezza di Angela e del titolare, già al momento della prenotazione. La camera era d'angolo, con vista sul parco interno, spaziosa e arredata in modo elegante. Il bagno ristrutturato di recente. La colazione buona, con formaggi e salumi affettati al momento, torte fatte in casa, yogurt, cereali, e tanto altro. Abbiamo anche cenato una sera e posso dire che i piatti erano abbondanti e i cibi saporiti e ben presentati. Grazie Hotel La Piana!

Struttura a metà strada fra Amorosi e Telese. Pulita ed ordinata con un giardino gradevole e parcheggio ombreggiato. Personale disponibile. Camera pulita e spaziosa, bagno senza finestra ma con aspiratore. La colazione presenta la variante dolce e salata. L’impianto Wi-Fi non perfettamente funzionante. Rapporto qualità-prezzo buono. Raccomandabile.

Ho prenotato una camera in questo hotel via booking e l’hotel da policy ha pre-autorizzato il pagamento di 362 euro sulla mia carta di credito. Ho quindi cancellato la prenotazione e l’hotel ha provveduto allo storno della somma. Il problema è che dopo un mese non ho ancora ricevuto i soldi! Alla mia banca non risulta alcun pagamento a mio favore da parte dell’hotel che continua invece a dichiarare che da parte loro hanno restituito i soldi. Quello che più scoccia è che oltre ad aver perso i soldi l’hotel non sta facendo nulla per aiutarmi a recuperarli, chiudendo così la cosa come se non fosse un loro problema. Insomma si sono intascati 362 euro.
