Great location, just a few steps from the city center. Unfortunately the room was not the cleanest. The carpet was not cleaned well, the chair in the room had bread crumbs between the seat and the backrest, one of the two bottles of water was already open and consumed, in fact there was an obvious trace of lipstick. The shower pressure was also very low. In a note I had written 'birthday' and not even two chocolates were put in the room... more can be done.

Walking distance from some major attractions and close to the tram station as well. The stuff were very friendly and helpful, and the general atmosphere was nice and quiet. Worth every cent.

Decent and clean; although hotel a bit older. There is elevator and stairs. The breakfast selection is great!!! Within walking distance to tram and bus station (Leidseplein); convenient to commute to and from the Schipol Airport and Amsterdam Centraal station. Within walking distance to Rijksmuseum, Moco Museum and Stedelijk Museum. Likely to recommend for future trips.

The hotel is in the city center, 10 minutes walk away, and there is a supermarket nearby. The room facilities are a bit old, and I stayed for 2 nights, but they didn't clean it for me. The service is still very good.

Nice hotel in a great location. Just 15 mins tram ride to Amsterdam Central. Bathroom quite small. Otherwise all good.

I don't recommend this hotel. We were assigned a room on the negative 1st floor. There was no elevator and the stairwell was very narrow. I have never seen a hotel with so many stair obstacles. It was very inconvenient to carry a suitcase. The room was so small that it was not enough to open two suitcases. The bathroom smelled very bad. It was hard to imagine that this hotel was a five-star hotel on Ctrip. There are definitely better hotels in Amsterdam. I hope you can avoid them.
