The hot water for shower will suddenly turn cold, The tea bags u needs to ask for refill even I paid the tips in the room, but atmosphere is very good. For laundry u needs to go down all they way to other hotel otherwise u need to paid huge if u stay for a week.

No room service is a big letdown. Having to enter our building via the back wasn’t good. All my bookings made through trip.com were wrecked by them changing it from 6 of us to just 2 adults.

It’s a hotel worth booking. The rooms don’t have any Disney decorations, but they are very clean. You can go to Disneyland early, but the distance will be longer than other Disney hotels.

You must stay at Disneyland Hotel when you go to California Disneyland. It is so convenient. I went out to line up at 7 am and returned to the hotel at 12 pm. I stayed there for two days. It was very convenient to use Gens+. California Disneyland is so fun that you can't miss it! Later, I played Universal Los Angeles. It felt similar to China, except that there was an extra sightseeing and Mario. Personally, I think that if you choose one of the two parks, Disneyland must be more fun, especially the Adventure Park.

This is an old hotel, but it was renovated in 2021, so the room looks pretty good. The room does not provide water, but you can buy water from the vending machine in the corridor, 3.5 US dollars a bottle. It is a bit far to walk to the park, about ten minutes, not as close as Disney's Grand Californian Hotel & Spa, but Disney's Grand Californian Hotel & Spa was renovated in 2017, and the room looks a bit old. Also, Goofy's restaurant is in this hotel, but the princess breakfast is in Disney's Grand Californian Hotel & Spa. So each one takes what he needs~

Hygiene: Overall clean

The room is quite good, very close to the park, within walking distance, and the service is friendly. There is a swimming pool and a water play area. I don't know if it's because of the water or the swimming pool water, but my skin is allergic after playing in the water😓

The hotel is too old, there is no catering service, and the room rates are extremely high during the Christmas period. It is not worth the price.
