Hôtel calme et propre, hélas pas très bien signalé. Le parc mériterait plus d'entretien, notamment être tondu. En arrivant ,ça fait négligé. Chambre très propre et agréable au rez de chaussée. Hélas, restaurant fermé le soir de notre arrivée. Obligation de retourner à Ancenis. Excellent petit déjeuner buffet.

Très bon hôtel, chambre impeccable, bonne literie, hôtel très calme. Par contre pour ce qui est du restaurant le rapport qualité prix n'y est pas du tout du tout : 98€ pour 3 plats ( bon mais tout à fait ordinaire) et 3 desserts (fromage blanc fruit rouge) avec 3 verres de vin il y a de l'abus ! D'autant plus qu'aucun prix nest présenté ni affiché ! Arnaque !

Après avoir fait une réservation de 2 nuits via une Smartbox (3 nuits en amoureux), j’ai eu une réponse négative du logis car plus de disponibilités. Je regarde et tente de réserver via booking et via le site du logis sur les mêmes dates, et la surprises!! Aucun soucis de disponibilités. J’appelle ce jour, j’explique le refus, on me confirme qu’il n’y a pas de disponibilité jusqu’à fin août, je donne ma deuxième partie d’explication à mon interlocuteur, qui l’a enfin m’avoue que c’est un problème financier et qu’il privilégie de louer plein pot. On m’invite alors simplement à me rapprocher de smart box. Je n’ai rien demandé à personne, je trouve inadmissible de mentir en arguant le manque de disponibilité…. Le pire, c’est qu’on me reproche limite d’avoir fait perdre 10 min à cet. Quand on appel Smartbox, après 40min d’attente, il propose un échange moyennant bien évidement plus d’argent… Inadmissible….

It's in the middle of nowhere so nothing is nearby you can't even get a taxi. Also no one seems to work on reception as when we checked in our room keys were just left on the desk and a note saying hotel is closed. Other guests there had been locked out numerous times and there was no one to help, lucky some French guests staying in the hotel helped by calling an emergency line and even then it took a while to figure out we needed a master key to unlock the rooms. Staff there do not understand English even using Google translate on one day we did see a reception member. They have a bar but again that was closed throughout the duration of my stay we didn't see anyone working there. There were no amenities at all like a basic kettle or even iron. One of our rooms also had a broken cupboard meaning there was no mirror in the room. Overall, we had an awful stay and wouldn't book back here again. The listing on *********** was very misleading and next time would be good to know that once you get there you can't go anywhere else due to no transport, as you can't book a taxi and there's no one in reception to help you either. And nothing is walking distance from there.
