到底什麼樣的酒店把客人的私隱這麼不當一回事，住完打電話就算了當時我也給過好評了，過去這麼久了還打電話，今天一接電話被家裡知道了，造成很多誤會，這樣對我生活造成很大的麻煩和困擾，我住這麼多年酒店，第一次碰到這種事，以後誰還敢住？到底要怎麼做才能滿意？

前台範姓員工辦入住不熱情，也不站起來，沒有禮貌，表情很冷淡，在前台等了半天都沒辦好，一直拿着電話在那裡打，不知道在幹什麼，送個東西磨磨唧唧半天。本來開車就累，來到本地五星級體驗一下，服務態度這麼差，以後不會再來了
