The housekeeper service is warm and responsive. The room is quite cold in winter, so I specially brought a heater. On Saturday, we lined up outside the lobby on the first floor for breakfast. The staff pushed a cart down to deliver bread and milk to the children. It can be seen that the service team is well-trained.

The room is very suitable for a family to stay, the environment is very good and very close to nature. The staff inside are young and enthusiastic. We arrived at the store at 19:00 that day, and it was a bit cold at night when the temperature was dropping. After receiving the call, the staff went out to wait and sent us to the room. Along the way, they introduced many hotels and surrounding scenic spots, which allowed us to quickly understand the surroundings. After going downstairs from the accommodation, it is the Squirrel Park, which has not only squirrels but also marmots. In addition to being able to observe the little squirrels up close, there are many amusement facilities in the park. The overall experience is very good! It is a good place for parent-child travel.

It was a good parent-child trip. The Squirrel Hotel was impressive. The room was large and warm and clean. Butler Zheng answered all questions and provided considerate service. I will come again next time I have the chance. The children were reluctant to leave.
