We loved the hotel , we booked the normal deluxe room with a city view we liked the room so much we booked again for a king suite when we came back to Antalya! Beautiful hotel with good breakfast and lovely service!

The hotel was perfect. The staff was kind and caring and pleasant. The rooms are clean and pleasant. Next to a train station. 10 minutes drive to the center. Return to the hotel

The room felt like a store room. There was not a single drawer. The frame to hang clothes was in front of the TV, so they have put a frame and the TV in a way just so that they can say it is there. There was no closed cupboard and not even a safe to put away your valuable items, which meant we had to carry these wherever we went whilst on holiday. The only place to put usual items, was a small area near the TV which was not big enough. There was a fridge which did not work as the socket was not lined up properly to the circuit so it could not be plugged in. I spoke with the receptionist 3 times in order to get this fixed, when they eventually understood what I was saying in English. Each time they told me a technician would come round and it took 3 days for this to happen. The AC is pointless - you can change the temperature to higher or lower but it doesn't change, it stays the same. The toilet is viewable from the room so if you want to watch someone on the toilet, this is great for you. The door didn't fully close and there is no privacy whatsoever apart from a frosted see through glass door. The shower was also really bad, the water did not continuously flow through the drain - it was stood and flowing very very slowly so the majority of your shower you were stood in that water. Overall I would recommend to avoid this hotel as my experience was completely terrible. I have attached photos.

It's OK

The hotel is good. 1. The breakfast is rich and the service staff is professional. 2. The handsome bearded guy at the front desk is very nice. Praise. 3. The hotel is right next to the tram station, half an hour to the airport and 2 stops to the ancient city. 4. Cleaning is done on time every day, very good. 5. It is very hot in summer, not just ordinary hot. 6. I rented a car, and the hotel has its own parking lot, underground, which is good. 7. I just checked the current room price, which is much lower than what I booked. The price in the peak season is painful. Overall good comments, recommend Ctrip.

The room type is very good and the location is also very good. The service attitude of the front desk is particularly good. Overall, it is a very good hotel and worth recommending. The price is also relatively reasonable. It is not too far from the beach and can be reached by taxi in more than ten minutes.

My stay was perfect!

We rented a super suite with a bath. The bathtub has cracks in the cover and is unlikely to be used (for those who rent a room for its sake). The hotel is new and interesting, there are a lot of details, even the smell and light in the corridors do not leave you indifferent. Also cleanliness is good. Breakfast is weak, but you can find something to eat. The manager at the restaurant at breakfast tried to leave a review on Google from my phone - that’s why the ratings on Google are so good for this hotel) I think that it’s not very civilized to approach people with reviews at breakfast. Another disadvantage is poor sound insulation; heavy traffic on the highway can be heard in the morning.

The hotel is very new, with good facilities and its own underground garage with free parking. The restaurant is very unique and has a small garden. The breakfast is considered rich in Turkey.

The room is very small, you can't open the suitcase, just enough to turn around, but the price is very reasonable, it is clean and hygienic. Convenient transportation, 15 minutes from the airport, very suitable for rest

The hotel is next to the highway. It is very noisy even with the windows closed. The soundproofing in the room is also very poor. The front desk service is quite good.

The bus stop and tram stop are right in front of the hotel, so it's easy to get to anywhere and the location is great!! It seems they don't provide toothbrushes, so be careful. There was a wide variety of breads for breakfast. For fruit, you could pick a whole apple, pear, orange, etc.
